Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of the study 1) to determine effect for additional cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency, 2) to detemine effect in local revenue realization of the budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency. This research was conducted in the Office of Financial Management Revenue and Asset Soppeng Regency using financial statement data. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of different test two average through the program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) .21. The results of hypothesis testing in this study shows that 1) there are influences in the addition of cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy, 2) there are influences in the realization of local revenue to service revenue budgeting policy on financial management and asset Soppeng Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the Compensation and Working Environment Influence on Job Satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency either partially or simultaneously.This study will be conducted at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency, with a total population of 142 people. The technique of determining the number of samples in this study is based on a formula slovin so that the number of 59 employees. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Compensation has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency. 2) Work Environment has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency. 3) Compensation and Working Environment have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) to know the effect of education on employee performance, 2) to know the effect of training on employee performance, 3) to know the effect of compensation on nurse's performance, and 4) to know which is most significant partially to nurses performance in UIT Makassar Tourist Hospital. The research method is taken from the interview. Data from case group came from data of UIT Makassar Tourism General Hospital. Respondent Criteria consisted of inclusion and exclusion method with number of sample member counted 70 nurses. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study are: (1). To know and analyze the effect of verbal communication on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT Makassar Tourism (2). To know and analyze the impact of nonverbal communication on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT Travel Makassar (3) To know and analyze the effect of verbal and non verbal communication simultaneously on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT Travel Makassar, (4) To know and to analyze which of the more influential variables between verbal or nonverbal communication communication of of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT Makassar Tourism.The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach with cross sectional study approach using variables, both as independent variable and dependent variable. The sample used in this research is as much as 80. Data analysis is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS method of Multiple Linear regression analysis.The results based on hypothesis testing to prove that (1). Verbal communication positive and significant impact on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT namely Makassar travel with a standardized parameter value of 0.409 with a significant value of 0.000. (2). Non Verbal Communication and the most significant positive impact on of patient satisfaction in the treatment room the second floor RSU roses. UIT namely Makassar travel with a standardized parameter values for 0285 with significant value 0.001. Keyword: Therapeutic Communication, Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study are: (1). To know and analyze the impact of workload on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT, (2). To know and analyze the impact of satisfaction on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT, (3) to determine and analyze the impact of the facility on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach with cross sectional study approach using variables, both as independent variable and dependent variable. The sample used in this study is the population of 40. Data analysis is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS program of Multiple Linear regression analysis method. The results of research based on hypothesis test proves that (1). Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nurse In Raising Room of Floor II of UIT Makassar Hospital with standarized parameter value is 0.325 with significant value of 0.003. (2). Satisfaction has the positive and most significant effect on the performance of nurses in the second floor of treatment room of UIT Makassar RSU with the value of standarized parameter of 0383 with significant value 0.000. (3). Facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses in the second floor of treatment room of UIT Makassar RSU with standarized parameter value of 0.383 with significant value of 0.002. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to: determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction of the people in the village office Ompo District of Lalabata Soppeng Regency. This research was conducted at the office of the District Urban Village Ompo Village of Lalabata District Soppeng Regency is located at Jalan Lawo No. 01 Soppeng. While the time will be used in this study for 2 months starting in November and December 2016. This research population is the number of residents registered as a community to get service at the Village Office Ompo 2015 which amounted to 290 people The results of this study explains that there is a positive influence between the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and assurance of the satisfaction of the people, whereas empathy variable has no significant effect on satisfaction Ompo Village community. Test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination adjusted R-square is 0.793. This shows of community satisfaction is influenced by a combination of the five independent variables, physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) and empathy (empathy). The result of the calculation of the t-test is known that from the variable Responsiveness (X3) obtained by value Ompo Village community. arithmetic amounted can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation between responsiveness to community satisfaction village Ompo, it is also clear that of the five independent variables, responsiveness (X3) is a variable that provides a dominant influence on satisfaction Keywords: physical evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and community satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: 1) analyze the effect of education and training to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) analyze the effect of education and training, compensation, and work environment to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency. The research location is at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regenc, South Sulawesi Province. Population in this study were all employees of the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency which amounted to 152 employees. Sampling in this research is using the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples examined in this study are 61 employees. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) education and training has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) working environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) education and training, compensation and working environment simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, .Keywords: Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: 1. To analyze the influence of Simultaneous export procedure, Letter of Credit (L/C) andTransportation training toward international trade. 2. To analyze the influence of Partial export training toward international trade access. 3. To analyze the influence of partial L/C training toward international trade access. 4. To analyze the influence of partial Transportation training toward international trade access. This research done at BP3ED Department of commerce and industry of South Sulawesi Province. This research used accidental sampling method with 71 training participant data analyze in this research used validity, reability and multiple linear regression analyze test processed by using SPSS 31. The results of this research, as follow: 1. Export procedure, L/C and transportation training gave positive and significant influence toward international trade access. 2. Export procedure training give positive and significant influence toward influence toward international trade access. 3. L/C training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. 4. Transportation training give positive influence, however it did not give significant influence on international trade access. Key words: export, L/C, transportation, international trade.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) secara simultan maupun parsial mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan pada pemerintah kota Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan APBD dan Laporan Realisasi APBD kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dari tahun 2011-2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, dengan model regresi berganda. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling, artinya setiap elemen populasi mempunyai kemungkinan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan bahwa Pajak Daerah, Retribusi daerah, Penghasilan perusahaan dan Lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah merupakan komponen pendapatan Asli daerah yang mempengaruhi Kinerja keuangan pemerintah kota Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, akan tetapi secara parsial Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan Mengenai Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli daerah (PAD) Kota Makassar terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kota Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang secara simultan atau pun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pada pemerintah kota Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Kinerja Keuangan. ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to find out how the local revenue (PAD) simultaneously and partially influence the financial performance of the government Makassar city South Sulawesi province. The data used were the APBD report and the APBD realization report of the city in the South Sulawesi province from 2011-2016. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis with multiple regression models. The sampling in this research using technique of non-probability sampling by purposive sampling means that each population element has same possibility to be sampled. but partially the land tax and dominant building influence the financial performance of the government Makassar city. The research result shows that local revenue (PAD) simultaneously has influence on financial performance, but partially only the earth and building taxes that dominantly influence financial performance, while local tax, user charges, company result and local wealth are not dominantly influence the financial performance on the government of Makassar city South Sulawesi. Based on research result and the discussion of the influence local revenue (PAD) Makassar city to the financial performance Makassar city South Sulawesi, can be concluded that local revenue (PAD) simultaneously or partially influence to the financial performance on government of Makassar city South Sulawesi Province. Keywords: Local Revenue, Financial Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims: 1) to analyze the influence of education on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 2) to analyze the influence of training on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 3) to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regenc, 4) to analyze the influence of education, training, and motivation simultaneously on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. This research is located on part of public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency. Population in this study is the overall civil servant of Public Relations and Protocol numbered 39 people. Sampling using census method. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.. The results showed that: 1) education has positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 2) training has positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 3) motivation has positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency, 4) education, training and motivation have positive and significant influence on employee performance of the public relations and protocol Regional Secretariat Soppeng Regency.
