Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket atau kuisioner. Pernyataan yang digunakan sebagai indikator dapat dikatakan valid apabila korelasinya (r) melebihi 0,3. Pengujian Cronbach Alpha digunakan untuk menguji tingkat keandalan (reliability) dari masing-masing variabel. Apabila nilai cronbach alpha semakin mendekati 1 mengindentifikasi bahwa semakin tinggi pula konsistensi reliabilitasnya. Analisis regresi berganda dilakukan dengan Annova yakni dengan output SPSS 16.00. Syarat ini digunakan untuk menentukan korelasi antara variabel bebas, yakni kompetensi (X1) dan budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja (Z) sebagai variabel terikat yang dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja (Y) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar selama 3 bulan. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data sekunder yang bersumber dari informasi di intansi tempat penelitian, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan obyek penelitian dan data primer diperoleh secara langsung dari responden atau yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar; 2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar; 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar; 4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar; 5) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar; 6) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin kerja pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar; dan 7) Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin kerja pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja. ABSTRACT Primary data collection in this study uses questionnaire techniques or questionnaires. The statement used as an indicator can be said to be valid if the correlation (r) exceeds 0.3. Cronbach Alpha testing is used to test the reliability of each variable. If the cronbach alpha value is getting closer to 1, it is identified that the higher the consistency of reliability. Multiple regression analysis was carried out with Annova namely SPSS 16.00 output. This condition is used to determine the correlation between independent variables, namely competence (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on performance (Z) as the dependent variable mediated by work discipline (Y) as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Makassar Shipping Science Polytechnic for 3 months. The sources of data in this study are secondary data sourced from information in the place of research, scientific journals and books relating to the object of research and primary data obtained directly from respondents or who were sampled in this study. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at the Navigation Polytechnic of Makassar; 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at the Navigation Polytechnic of Makassar; 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Navigation Polytechnic of Makassar; 4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Navigation Polytechnic of Makassar; 5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Navigation Polytechnic of Makassar; 6) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at the Navigation Polytechnic of Makassar; and 7) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at the Navigation Polytechnic of Makassar. Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel kemampuan memiliki pengaruh langsung bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Sikap kerja memilki pengaruh secara langsung yang bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Kemampuan memiliki pengaruh secara langsung bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Sikap kerja memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang berniali positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Kemampuan memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Sikap kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kemampuan guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu (2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu (3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu (4) untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu. Dilaksanakan pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu. Sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 50 responden pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara langsung kepada pihak–pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi . Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) budaya organisas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu (3) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu (4) budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Tingkat II Kabupaten Luwu.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kinerja PegawaiABSTRACT This study aims to (1) to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the Secretariat Office of DPRD Level II of Luwu Regency (2) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment to the performance of employees in the Secretariat Office of DPRD Level II Luwu Regency (3) (4) to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and performance on the performance of employees in the Secretariat Office of DPRD Level II of Luwu Regency. The sample uses the saturated sample method, ie the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as a sample. All samples were given 50 respondents at the Secretariat Office of DPRD Level II Luwu District. Data settlement method used is direct interview with parties involved with things that are being done with a questionnaire to employees in accordance with the research undertaken. Data analysis was performed by using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and Determination Coefficient Test (). The results of the analysis show that (1) the organizational culture on the performance of the employees in the Secretariat Office of the Regency Level II of Luwu Regency (2) organizational commitment to the performance of employees in the secretariat office of the Regency Level II of Luwu Regency; (3) compensation for the performance of the employees in the office of the Regency Level II Regional Secretariat Luwu (4) organizational organization, organizational commitment and performance for employee performance in Secretariat Office of DPRD Level II Luwu Regency.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Employees  Compensation and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kompetensi pegawai, kualitas layanan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara parsial dan simultan pada kantor UPT. Pendapatan Wilayah Makassar 1 Selatan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor UPT.Pendapatan Wilayah Makassar I Selatan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dimana jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang dari pelanggan wajib pajak. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode regresi berganda dengan perangkat SPSS.21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara langsung kompetensi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, secara langsung kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, secara langsung disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan secara langsung kualitas sumberdaya manusia tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan kompetensi pegawai, kualitas layanan dan disiplin kerja  memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pegawai, Kualitas Layanan,Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of employee competence, service quality and work discipline on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at UPT office. Revenue Makassar Area 1 South South Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted at UPT Office. Makassar Area I South Area South Sulawesi Province, where the number of respondents used as many as 100 people from taxpayer customers. In this study the authors use multiple regression method with SPSS.21 device. The results of this study show that directly competence has no influence on customer satisfaction, directly quality of service has a positif and significant influence on customer satisfaction, directly work discipline does not have influence to customer satisfaction, while test directly of human resource quality have not influence to customer satisfaction. Simultaneously employee competence, service quality and work discipline have influence and signifikan to customer satisfaction. Keywords: Employee Competence, Quality Of Service, Work Discipline, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP) dan kurikulum 2013; (2)untuk mengetahui perbandingan kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP) dan kurikulum 2013; dan (3) untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP) dan kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai Utara.Adapun hasil kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, implementasi kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP) adalah Merumuskan tujuan bidang pengajaran yang bisa dilihat dari skenario pembelajaran. Sedangkan implementasi kurikulum 2013 adalah Proses pembelajaran terdiri atas lima M atau lima pengalaman belajar pokok yaitu mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi, mengkomunikasikan. Kedua, Pada kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP) proses pembelajarannya yang lebih dominan adalah aspek kognitif, sedangkan pada kurikulum 2013 dalam proses belajar mengajar lebih dominan adalah efektif, psikomotor, baru kognif. Ketiga, kelebihan kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP) Mudah untuk dipahami karena SK. KD dan indikatornya semuanya guru yang menentukan. Kekurangan kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP) yaitu Kurangnya SDM yang diharapkan mampu menjabarkankurikulumtingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP). Kemudian Kekurangan Kurikulum 2013 adalah Pemerintah seolah melihat semua guru dan siswa memiliki kapasitas yang sama.      Kata Kunci: kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP), Kurikulum 2013.ABSTRACT This study aims at first, to find out how the implementation of educational unit level curriculum (KTSP) and curriculum 2013. While the implementation of the curriculum 2013 is the learning process consists of five M or five basic learning experience that is observing, asking, gathering information, associate, communicate Second, On the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) learning process is more dominant is the cognitive aspect, while in the curriculum 2013 In the learning process more dominant teaching is effective, psychomotor, new cognitive. Third, the advantages of educational unit level curriculum (KTSP) Easy to understand because SK. KD and indicator are all teachers who determine. Lack of educational unit level curriculum (KTSP) is lack of human resources that is expected to describe the educational unit level curriculum (KTSP). While the excess of curriculum 2013 is no difference between rural or city children. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of the study 1) to determine effect for additional cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency, 2) to detemine effect in local revenue realization of the budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency. This research was conducted in the Office of Financial Management Revenue and Asset Soppeng Regency using financial statement data. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of different test two average through the program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) .21. The results of hypothesis testing in this study shows that 1) there are influences in the addition of cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy, 2) there are influences in the realization of local revenue to service revenue budgeting policy on financial management and asset Soppeng Regency. Abstract

Abstract This research aims: 1) Compensation Effect partially on employee motivation; 2) Effect of Work Environment partially on employee motivation; 3) Effect of Compensation and Working Environment simultaneously towards employee motivation . The research was conducted at the Department of Revenue, Support of Finance, and Asset Soppeng Regency. The population in this study were all employees in the Department of Revenue, Support of Finance and Asset Soppeng with 142 employees. A technique of determining the number of samples in this study is based on a formula slovin thus obtained a sample of 59 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression. The study concluded that: 1) Compensation partially has positive and significant impact on employee motivation; 2) The working environment is partially has positive and significant impact on employee motivation. 3) Compensation and Working Environment simultaneously have positive and significant impact on employee motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui idiosinkrasi konsumen pengguna Electronic money (e-Money) berupa karakteristik budaya, karakteristik sosial, karaktersitik pribadi, karakteristik harga dan karakteristik psikologis terhadap pengguna e-money di PT Matahari Deaprtment Store Tbk Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan saintific. Populasi adalah pengunjung mall yang melakukan pembelian dengan pembayaran menggunakan e-money di PT Matahari Departement Store Tbk Panakkukang dengan teknik sampel accidental sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik statistic regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 23 digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan : karakteristik kebudayaan, karakteristik sosial, karakteristik pribadi, karakteristik harga dan karakteristik psikologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan e-money. Kata Kunci: karakteristik kebudayaan, karakteristik sosial, karakteristik pribadi, karakteristik harga dan karakteristik psikologi, penggunaan e-money.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. 2) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. 3) Pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. 4) Pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar pada Bagian Umum, dimana menurut data terakhir jumlah pegawai sebanyak 39 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 orang pegawai. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. 3) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. 4) Motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar. Dengan demikian, kinerja pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Makassar akan semakin meningkat apabila didukung oleh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir yang baik. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: 1) The effect of motivation on the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar. 2) The effect job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar. 3) The effect of career development on the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar. 4) The effect of motivation, job satisfaction, and career development on the performance of personnel of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar City. This study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Makassar City in the General Section, where according to the latest data the number of employees as many as 39 people. Samples used are saturated samples so that the number of samples of 39 employees. The data in this study were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing concluded that: 1) Work motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance of the staff of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar. 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the staff of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar. 3) Career development has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the staff of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar. 4) Motivation, job satisfaction, and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of personnel of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar. Thus, the performance of the staff of the Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Makassar will be increasing if supported by motivation, job satisfaction, and career development is good. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study attempts to 1) To know influence of independence ratio on financial performance of Soppeng Regency. 2) Influence the effectiveness of the performance of the local government finance on financial management agency and assets Area Soppeng Regency 2013-2015 years. 3) Influence the ratio growth of the performance of the local government finance on financial management agency and assets Area Soppeng Regency 2013-2015 years. 4) Influence the ratio independence, the ratio effectiveness and the growth of the performance of the local government finance on financial management agency and assets Area Soppeng Regency of the years 2013-2015. The result showed that 1) the independence of the Soppeng Regency has Positive significant against efficiency pad in the past three years (2013-2015). 2) the ratio of the effectiveness of the Soppeng Regency has positive significant against efficiency pad in the past three years (2013-2015). 3) a partial, the ratio of growth the Soppeng has regency negative and not significant against efficiency pad in the past three years (2013-2015). 4) the ratio of independence, effectiveness, and ratio growth significant against efficiency pad in the past three years (2013-2015).
