Abstract

ABSTRACT In many design practices, assumptions that are used in retrofitting concrete structural elements often ignore the condition of initial load. The concrete structural elements which are loaded by the existing load causing initial strain on the existing cross-section before retrofit is applied. This research will study this parameter in the non-linear section analysis of concrete cross-sections retrofitted by concrete jacketing. A hollow column cross-section is examined as an example, wherein the parameter of initial load considered in two conditions which are above and below the yield point of existing section. The non-linear section analysis was performed by developing a computer package program created in Matlab language code with a fiber section approach to obtain the moment-curvature relationship which is obtained by achieving a force equilibrium condition, assuming that the existing cross-section have similar stiffness due to temporary repair applied before jacketing application and a perfect bond between the concrete and the reinforcing steel. The retrofitted cross-section capacity and ductility will be carried out in conditions wherein the initial load approach is calculated compared with the monolithic approach. The object of this research is applied on Cisomang Bridge were located on Cipularang Highway, in which on 2016, the pier of this bridge was cracked because of the foundation shift caused by the accumulation of soil movement of the Cisomang river. The results showed that initial load parameters did not significantly affect cross-sectional capacity when compared with the monolithic approach (≤ 7%). Abstract

ABSTRACT In order to increase development, the Government is massively infrastructure. Sources of funding for toll road investments under the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) schemes are mostly derived from loans, thus requiring investors to manage cash flow in order to service debts on time. Revenue has a very significant effect on cash flow, while revenue itself is highly dependent on traffic volume. Hence, the accuracy of forecasting the amount of traffic as a reflection of revenue has an important role in determining the feasibility study of toll road investment. The risk in transportation projects is the duration and significance of the transition period from the initial/start operation to the stable traffic level, this period is known as the ramp-up period. This study uses monthly data on 4 cases study as data entry and analysing in the ‘Minitab’ software. From the regression analysis it is known that the profile of the traffic distribution at toll roads in Indonesia is a concave model which means that the amount of traffic has a tendency to increase from time to time and a significant traffic growth ratio significantly occurs from the start of service opening. The F-test analysis statistically known JORR has the shortest ramp-up duration of 9 months and BORR, Waru-Juanda and Bali Mandara respectively 42, 44 and 48 months. Abstract

ABSTRACT There are three types of corrugated steel structure material, standard, deep and superdeeep. These three types are distinguished by the cross-sectional dimension so that there are differences in the value of moment inertia, the greater value of moment inertia it will make maximum span can be wider. In Indonesia, this construction material has been used as a bridge structure. The assessment of the strength of corrugated steel structure seen from three criteria there are, compression failure, plastic hinge, and connection failure. In the planning stage iteration of calculations is needed to get the optimum selection of type and thickness, so calculation and analysis is carried out on a 15-meter wide span with a semicircular construction in order to know the percentage increase in strength of each type change and thickness of steel used. The method of calculation is based on guidelines issued by the Canadian Highway Bridge Designs Code. Based on the calculation results, the greater of moment Inertia will increase the strength of the corrugated steel structure. Evaluation results show that the average strength increase of 3 viewing paremeters for each type and thickness of steel is, for the standard type average value of wall strength compression increasses by 9%, the average of seam strength increases by 3 % and the average of plastic hinge increases by 11%. For deep type, average value of wall strength compression increasses by 24%, the average of seam strength increases by 25 % and the average of plastic hinge increases by 19%. For superdeep type, average value of wall strength compression increasses by 41%, the average of seam strength increases by 27% and the average of plastic hinge increases by 34%. These results show highest incresaing of strength happen in superdeep type. Keyword: corrugated steel strcucture, inersia moment, wall strength compression, seam strength, plastic hinge.

Abstract

Pemenuhan kelaikan fungsi jalan menjadi tujuan penyelenggara jalan bagi terwujudnya jalan andal sesuai amanat undang-undang. Untuk memastikan suatu ruas jalan disebut laik atau tidak, maka dilaksanakan suatu uji yang meliputi pemeriksaan fisik jalan dan pemeriksaan dokumen penyelenggaraan jalan. Pemeriksaan fisik jalan yang telah berjalan selama ini masih dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data serta pengisian formulir secara manual. Oleh karena itu untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat pengumpulan data serta pelaporan hasil survei kondisi jalan, dapat dilakukan pemanfaatan aplikasi teknologi informasi. Untuk itu dalam makalah ini dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi laik fungsi jalan pada kendaraan survei jaringan jalan menggunakan hawkeye processing toolkit. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis berapa banyak fokus penilaian laik fungsi jalan yang dapat dikumpulkan dan diolah menggunakan kendaraan survei jaringan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kendaraan survei jaringan jalan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengumpulan serta pengolahan data uji laik fungsi jalan serta dapat mereduksi 45% dari total data yang harus dikumpulkan dan diolah secara manual. Abstract

Kendaraan desain adalah kendaraan yang dipilih untuk mempresentasikan semua kendaraan yang berada di jalan. Kendaraan desain diperlukan untuk merancang geometrik jalan dan perkerasan jalan. Kendaraan desain yang digunakan untuk perancangan geometrik jalan dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui radius putar, pola pelebaran lintasan, jarak pengereman, tinggi mata pengemudi, kemampuan melakukan percepatan dan perlambatan, dll. Produk kendaraan pada saat ini telah meningkat dengan pesat sehingga perlu ditentukan kembali. Makalah ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi kendaraan desain dan tinggi mata pengemudi berdasarkan dominasi panjang kendaraan-kendaraan <9 meter (kelas jalan 3), <12 meter (kelas jalan 2), <18 meter (kelas jalan 1) yang beredar pada saat ini melalui data sekunder dan primer dengan cara analisis deskriptif. Pengelompokan kendaraan disesuaikan dengan Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan No. 22/2009. Data sekunder adalah data jenis dan dimensi kendaraan yang beredar. Data primer adalah data identifikasi kelompok merek kendaraan yang melalui 21 ruas jalan kelas-kelas 1, 2, dan 3 di Sumatera, Sulawesi, Maluku, dan Jawa. Analisis dilakukan terhadap dominasi panjang kendaraan, dominasi kendaraan yang melewati 21 ruas jalan, persentile panjang kendaraan ke-85, penentuan kendaraan desain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya 12 kendaraan desain yang meliputi 3 kendaraan mobil penumpang (tinggi mata pengemudi 1,5m), 2 bis (tinggi mata pengemudi 1,9m), dan 7 truk berbagai ukuran (tinggi mata pengemudi 2,2-2,3). Penggunaan kendaraan desain tersebut adalah memilih kendaraan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan peraturan yang berlaku. Kata kunci: dominasi kendaraan, kendaraan desain, dimensi kendaraan, tinggi mata pengemudi, tata cara geometrik jalan.
