Abstract

Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park as one of the national priority tourism destinations seeks to minimize the negative impact of Covid-19 as an effort to maintain tourism activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the tourism destination of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. In addition, policies by destination managers and stakeholders are also reviewed in preventing the spread of the pandemic. The research approach uses qualitative with the type of data used is secondary data. Secondary data is obtained from previous research, policy documents, and the internet related to the unit of analysis which includes tourism destinations or tourist attractions, the tourism industry, tourism marketing, and tourism institutions. The results showed that Covid-19 had a negative or positive impact on tourism activities in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Managers and stakeholders establish policies with standard operating procedures for tourism activities in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Destination marketing efforts are needed to attract tourists after the pandemic that focuses on improving hygiene, health, safety, and environmental sustainability. This is useful for building tourist confidence to return to the tourism destination of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Abstract

Developments and in the era of globalization have brought changes in tourist motivation in choosing tourist attractions which gave birth to rural tourism that presents community life, culture, and local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the components of the Muara Enim tourist village, analyze the classification of the Muara Enim tourist village, analyze the potential and problems of Muara Enim tourism. This research method uses qualitative research with primary data collection using observation and surveys with interviews. Then secondary data collection uses various sources of agencies and literature such as print and electronic media, laws and regulations, statistical data, and others. Respondents in this study were 10 resource persons at the district government level, the Kelurahan Office, as well as Groups, Forums, and Community Self-Help Agencies in Muara Enim Village. The results of the research from the assessment of the components of the tourist village already have a basic capital as a seed which is still low at 21.2%. Therefore, support from the community, government and other stakeholders is needed to fulfill the standardization of tourist villages and improve aspects of tourism development so that Muara Enim Village can be developed into a Tourism Village. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) job satisfaction on service quality; (2) job satisfaction on job loyalty. The method used in this study is simple regression analysis, the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique, the population is the same as the sample, namely 40 respondents. The results of the study of job satisfaction have a significant effect on service quality with a t-count value of 4.669 > t-table 2.024, while job satisfaction has a significant effect on job loyalty with a t-count value of 2.975 > t-table 2.024. The higher the job satisfaction of employees, the higher the quality of services provided to employees and customers. Then the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the higher the employee's work loyalty given to the company. For the management of the Mostgihan restaurant, it provides a remuneration system based on performance, length of work, career path, and old age insurance. Employee welfare will have an impact on increasing job satisfaction. In improving the quality of service, the Panggihan restaurant provides training for its employees so that employees are more confident in communicating with guests and have expertise in serving in order to achieve good service quality. Abstract

Ecotourism is a form of tourism activity that is oriented towards the balance of the ecosystem. Ecotourism demands environmental development and changing community needs. Based on several cases, ecotourism has an impact on the environment. Reality shows that ecotourism activities can provide economic incentives for conservation but also have the potential to affect the quality of environmental degradation if not managed properly. The problem raised in this paper is how to realize the concept of ecotourism and environmental balance so that it does not only become a utopia in sustainability. The method used in this paper is a literature review or literature review by reviewing writings related to ecotourism and sustainability. The result obtained is that the natural environment becomes the main basis as an attraction in ecotourism. Ecotourism that is growing rapidly needs to be anticipated so that it does not exceed the limit resulting in natural and cultural degradation. A strategy is needed so that ecotourism does not cause environmental damage, among others, by utilizing local initiatives related to conservation and paying attention to aspects of the area's carrying capacity to support sustainability efforts. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of foreign tourists via sea transportation, the number of domestic tourists via air transportation and hotel room occupants on economic growth in Bali during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses multiple regression analysis method. Data obtained from BPS Bali Province, the period of this research is from 2018 to 2020. The results show that the number of foreign tourists via sea transportation and the number of domestic tourists via air transportation have no significant effect on economic growth in Bali. Meanwhile, hotel room occupancy has a significant effect on economic growth in Bali. This is due to the small number of tourists visiting Bali via sea transportation, many of whom are tourists who use air transportation, the decline in economic growth in Bali because many people have lost their jobs, companies that generate sales and less spending for the country's economy like all decreased, when hotel occupancy decreased, there was a lack of visits to Bali resulting in a drastic decline in economic growth. Therefore, the tourism sector since the Covid-19 pandemic has required a long time and the right policies so that this sector can recover quickly. Abstract

This study aims to determine the awareness of halal and halal labels on the interest in buying Korean instant noodles in school teenagers in Jakarta. The research method used is multiple regression analysis method. The population is all school youth in Jakarta, while the sample is 100 people. Sampling by means of cluster sampling. The results showed that partially halal awareness had a significant effect on buying interest, while the halal label had no significant effect on buying interest. The greater the understanding of teenagers who love Korean instant noodles about halal, the more positive the behavior of teenagers towards things related to halal that affect buying interest. Factors that influence teenagers' buying interest in Korean instant noodles are not seen from the halal label but because the teenager really likes Korean culture from all kinds of food, clothing, music, movies, cosmetics and so on. Korean instant noodle producers are expected to continue to prioritize the halal label because teenage consumers understand their awareness to consume halal food which is important for health. Abstract

Interest in buying souvenirs from tourists is an important factor for business actors in the tourism sector. Buying interest can be influenced by various things. This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image and taste on the interest in buying souvenirs by tourists at tourist attractions in Semarang. This research is a quantitative research using multiple regression analysis method. The population in this study were all tourists who had visited tourist attractions in Semarang. While the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with variable measurement using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that partially price and brand image have no significant effect on buying interest. Meanwhile, taste has a significant effect on buying interest. Entrepreneurs who sell souvenirs in the city of Semarang pay more attention to the quality of their products, so that the taste of their products will be able to increase consumer buying interest so that they get even better results. To develop the business in the future, entrepreneurs who sell souvenirs from the city of Semarang are expected to carry out product strategies and pricing strategies. Abstract

This study aims to determine brand image and price on buying interest at Koi Thé Mall Central Park Jakarta. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression with quantitative qualitative research. The population in this study are consumers of Koi Thé Mall Central Park Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the study partially brand image and price have a significant effect on buying interest at Koi Thé Mall Central Park Jakarta. Brand image is a seller's promise to consistently provide certain benefits and services to buyers. Prices are adjusted to the benefits received by consumers, where consumers want the price paid in accordance with the benefits received. It is recommended that Koi Thé improve its brand image by expanding its sales market, so that consumers can find KOI Thé products in the area where consumers live. Koi Thé must be able to regulate and determine the price of the product properly in accordance with the quality and quantity of the product so as not to lose competition with other bubble drink brands. Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using path analysis method which distributes google form questionnaires to 100 customers of Hotel Mercure Jakarta. The data is processed using SmartPLS. The results showed that the interaction of social influence was significant on hotel booking intentions through health risks. Meanwhile,hotel cleanliness has no significant effect on hotel booking intentions through health risks. Then social interaction has a significant effect on hotel booking intentions. Furthermore, hotel cleanliness has no significant effect on hotel booking intentions. Health risk has a significant effect on hotel booking intentions. Hotel guests expect a low level of social interaction from check in to check out, which can pose a health risk and intend to make hotel reservations. Hotel cleanliness through health risks cannot increase hotel booking intentions. Hotel guests expect the hotel to make technological innovations that increase guest intention to make room reservations. Hotel cleanliness is not the main expectation of hotel guests, guests expect a low level of social interaction during their stay at the hotel. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of organizing special events and city branding of tourist destinations in the Ciletuh Geopark area, Sukabumi Regency. This research uses multiple regression analysis method. Respondents in this study were the government, tourism managers, tourists and the community by providing a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The total population is 1,371,367 inhabitants. While the sample amounted to 139 people using the Slovin formula. The results of this study partially show that the quality of organizing special events has no significant effect on tourism destinations. While partially the quality of city branding has a significant effect on tourism destinations. Ciletuh Geopark is an area that is part of the UNESCO Global Geopark as an attraction that attracts tourists to visit, with many natural and cultural attractions that are still very strong in the local community. For the Indonesian Fishermen's Association, establishing broader relationships with stakeholders is useful in improving the quality of the organization, both in terms of marketing and the implementation of the Palabuanratu Fisherman Day Festival. The government is expected to be able to catalog events, so that visitors have the desire to explore tourist destinations.
