Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Muslim Clothing Online Business Ethics in the City of Mataram and the suitability of the Online business with the Islamic Perspective. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions / verification. The results of the study are: (1) The informant in this study stated that the Muslim fashion online business transaction in Mataram City has not yet fully run an online Muslim fashion business. Based on the principles of business ethics of buying and selling in Islamic economics namely siddiq, tablik, amanah and fathonah, onlineshop sellers have not carried out these principles. Siddiq principle (honesty), online sellers only explain the condition of Muslim clothing that is sold with a description of the image in the online shop application, without explaining in detail and honest both the condition of the material, size, color and defects. (2) The application of online business ethics in Muslim fashion in the city of Mataram is not in accordance with the principles of business ethics in the view of Islamic law because online sellers are not completely honest in explaining the condition of goods sold, when shipping goods online sellers are often not suitable for delivering goods ordered by consumers both from in terms of quality and quantity.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the behavior of farmers in payment of zakat for agricultural products in Labuhan Kuris Village Lape District Sumbawa Regency. This study uses qualitative methods. The results of this study are: (1) Behavior farmers in paying zakat for agriculture in Labuhan Kuris Village District Lape Sumbawa Regency which tends to follow the customs or habits of grandmothers his ancestors, namely giving alms to the desired people, they are also assume that if it produces a harvest of about 10 sacks the zakat issued about 1 sack, they do not prioritize calculations with the size of a kilogram even though each sack is produced from the harvest The kilograms are not necessarily the same. (2) Communities in Labuhan Kuris Village Lape District Sumbawa Regency in general does not yet understand the meaning of agricultural zakat as a whole, only some Muslims in Labuhan Kuris village know that the zakat law is an obligation that must be fulfilled. In the form of distribution of community agricultural zakat in Labuhan Kuris Village Lape District Sumbawa Regency is generally only in the form of donations, infaq or alms done directly without intermediaries. (3) Community in the Village Labuhan Kuris, Lape Subdistrict, Sumbawa Regency, performs zakat agriculture is given directly to the needy, poor or elderly people who are around the neighborhood and also to their own relatives or relatives.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of household consumption expenditure, private investment and direct regional government expenditure on economic growth in East Lombok Regency in 2001-2017. This study aims to partially and jointly analyze household consumption expenditure, private investment and direct local government expenditure on economic growth in East Lombok Regency and analyze which variables have a dominant influence on economic growth in East Lombok Regency. This research is a type of causal research with quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The dependent variable in this study is economic growth, household consumption expenditure, private investment and direct regional government expenditure as the independent variable. Regression results show that household consumption expenditure and private investment have no significant effect on economic growth at α 5 percent while the local government direct expenditure variable has a significant effect on economic growth at α 5 percent. By simultaneous observations of the three variables are statistically significant at alpha 5 percent. Local government direct expenditure variable has a dominant influence on economic growth with a coefficient value of 4.881637 while the smallest effect on economic growth is the variable of household consumption with a coefficient value of 0.106645.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the types of goods traded by Muslim traders, to analyze the Business Ethics of Muslim Traders viewed from an Islamic perspective and to analyze the welfare conditions of Muslim traders from an Islamic perspective in the Mataram Traditional Market. This study uses qualitative methods, because it examines reality, phenomena or symptoms that are holistic / intact, complex, dynamic and full of meaning. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, sound recordings and photographs. Informants were determined while in the field using snowball sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis. Research conclusions: 1. There are six groups of goods traded, namely: agricultural products, home industry, fishery products, food, various types of snacks and various types of culinary; 2. Most traders have adopted Islamic business ethics, for example not using fake oaths, being loose and generous, building good relationships and setting prices transparently. Some of them have not fully implemented Islamic business ethics, for example, not being honest in selling, not being loose and generous and not building a good relationship with customers; 3. Most traders have gotten a good life (hayaatan tayyibah) and have been qana’ah, even though they live in simplicity. They are also included in a prosperous family, because they have been able to meet the needs of dharuriyyat and hajiyat. Some others do not include a prosperous family, because it has not been able to meet the needs of dharuriyyat (hifzun-nafs).

Abstract

Abstract: The conclusion of this study is in the perspective of Islamic law and keindonesiaan context of family planning, are permissible under certain conditions. This study proves that family planning has been deemed taboo and forbidden by religion was not to be but it can also be a thing that is recommended. This study agrees with some Muslim leaders like Quraish Shihab, Mahmud Syaltut, Imam al-Ghazali, Sheikh al-Hariri that allow the practice of birth control both in the realm of an individual (family) or social (community at large). This study rejects suggestions by some scholars as Madkour Professor of Islamic Law at the Faculty of Law and Abu Ala al-Mawdudi, who stated that the practice of birth control is forbidden by religion. This type of research in this paper is categorized as library research (library research) that is descriptive critical analysis using classical fikh science approachconcept}} maslahah. As for the source of the data in this study, there are two, namely primary and secondary data: the first primary data in this study is the Koran, the Hadith, the BKKBN. Abstract: Amid the crises of life which is too materialistic, secular as well as a very hard life, economically and psychologically, Sufism provides the antidote spiritual, which gives resilience to the crisis of spirituality modern which has resulted in them no longer know who he is meaning and purpose of life on earth. The lack of clarity on the meaning and purpose of life, eventually resulted in a prolonged agony. The purpose of this study to determine the type - the type of inner conflict can be resolved with psychotherapy mysticism, Sufism as describe the role of psychotherapy in overcoming inner conflicts, and to describe the implementation of Sufism as psychotherapy in overcoming inner conflicts. This research includes the study of literature and when viewed in terms of closers including qualitative research because the data presented in the form of a statement. the answer of psychological problems, Sufism teaches about a happy life. Happy life should be alive and well both physically and mentally. Live happily with the inner conflict will never be obtained. This is because the happiness that is created will throw the whole mind - brain inner nature.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a field study on the phenomenon of interfaith marriage, using subjective paradigm-Phenomenology interpretive method and theory of symbolic interaction to identify the types of motifs, adaptation and religious symbols in interfaith marriage. Data collection techniques natural setting, observation, interviews and documentation. The research objective is to explore apamotif interfaith marriage, how adaptations in marriage and religious symbols on families of different religions. The results showed that the pair families of different religions have a motive of love, appearance, comfort, education and the economy, in the adaptation of the marital interfaith marriage portion has a communication climate of consensus, where children married couples of different religions to adapt among married couples that have implications the decision to follow the religion of one parent and or choice in child later handed over to an adult. The authority of the couple in the election decision religion children found their own authority as a husband and wife having legitimacy, had a religious reference. In connection with religious symbols for families of different religions is not a sacred thing. Interfaith families have a high tolerance. Knowledge and strengthening the values ​​of their respective religions encourage the growth of tolerance and high empathy.

Abstract

146 sampling research taking care of people who are driving license (SIM) in the police force aims to examine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the public image of the police institution. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Likert model of multiple regression techniques. Results of hypothesis testing showed R = 0.619; F = 44.422; and p = 0.000 (p <0.05) showed that the quality of services and satisfaction of the people together influenced the image of the police. The coefficient of determination explains that the simultaneous quality of services and satisfaction of the people were able to contribute effectively to the image of the police amounted to 38.3%. The results of partial analysis shows that the relationship between service quality and image of the police has a value of p = 0.000 (p <5%), and r = 0.361, which means the quality of service to the image of the police institution is low. Partial assay analysis results between peoples satisfaction with the image of the police obtained value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05); r = 0.322, which means peoples satisfaction with the image of the police institutions have a significant positive correlation with the level of relationships is low

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to investigate the transitivity and the modality used by the president of Indonesia “Jokowi”. I wanted to find out the power and the image of the president through the analysis of his utterances and answered the relation between social and context. I analyzed two speeches. I took the speech texts from Rappler.com. It was an online news site. I analyzed the data by using Halliday’s theory of Systemic Functional Linguistics. There were three findings in this research namely: 1) the word ‘say’ as the verbal process could be also as the example for behavioral process but it needed more explanation that it was verbal in action; 2) The most common process types used by Jokowi were material process, relational process, and mental process. 3) The biggest part of speech 1 and speech 2 were in the level of median politeness.

Abstract

Abstract: The library is an effort to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process. Various means have been used to enhance the librarys role in community development. One way is to develop a concept and a different orientation in the management system or the library. The concept in question is gamification. Gamification is a process with the aim of changing jobs or activities that usually go tedious and less enjoyable to be more interesting and fun to do. One approach taken is to reward both virtual and non-virtual that can increase peoples motivation to do something, in this case, is to visit and take advantage of the functions and library facilities. This research resulted in a model that features a library application with the concept of gamification. The model can be implemented into an application that will increase visits and activities at the library. Thus the function and the main purpose of the library be met..
