The primary issue in this study is how the level of professionalism of teachers of Islamic education in improving the quality of school at SMK (vocational high school) Bhakti Anindya, SMKN 8, and SMK Tiara Angkasa of Tangerang is. This study aims to find the level of professionalism of teachers of Islamic education of SMK Bhakti Anindya, SMKN 8, and SMK Tiara Angkasa of Tangerang in overcoming barriers to school’s quality. The purpose of this study is to know the importance of Islamic Education Teacher’s Professionalism in improving the quality of learning. This study employs a combination of design/model of sequential exploratory, with its main steps: In the first stage, the study conducts a qualitative method to determine the setting of study that has problem. In the second stage, this study employs quantitative methods to test the hypothesis obtained in the first stage. The population of this study is 150 students with a 5% error, so the number of the sample is 105 students. The sampling collection is conducted by using proportional random sampling. The instrument of this study is collected through questionnaires that are arranged according to the Likert scale model. The results reveal that there are positive contributions from the Professionalism of Teacher of Islamic Education to the quality of the school. This is shown by the determination coefficient of 44.89%, which provide simple information that 44.89% of school quality is determined by the Islamic Education Teacher’s Professionalism. Thus it can be concluded that the higher the professionalism of teachers of Islamic education, the higher the quality of schools.

Kesultanan-kesultanan Melayu di Borneo memiliki tradisi keilmuan yang relatif baik. Para ulama di kawasan ini meninggalkan sejumlah karya tulis yang masih dapat dijumpai hingga kini. Di samping itu, ulama-ulama ini terhubung dalam jaringan ulama lokal, regional, bahkan internasional. Di antara ulama-ulama tersebut adalah Syekh Arsyad Banjar (1710-1812), Syekh Ahmad Khatib Sambas (1803-1875), dan Syekh Muhammad Basiuni Imran (1885-1976). Ulama-ulama ini telah memainkan peranan penting dan strategis dalam melakukan proses islamisasi di pulau terbesar ketiga di dunia ini. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan jejaring keilmuan antara Brunei dan Sambas (Indonesia). Fokus kajiannya adalah korespondensi antara Naib Kadhi Tutong-Brunei, Awang H. Mas Hanafi dan Maharaja Imam Sambas, H. Muhammad Basiuni Imran. Melalui korespondensi ini penulis berhasil mengungkap isu-isu yang berkembang di dalam jaringan selama korespondensi berlangsung. Selanjutnya, penulis juga menggambarkan karakteristik hubungan kedua ulama tersebut di dalam jaringan yang mereka bangun.

Orang-orang munafik pada dasarnya adalah mereka yang ingkar kepada Allah, dan Rasul-Nya, kendatipun secara lahir mereka memakai baju mukmin. Abu Bakar Jabir Al-Jaziri berpendapat bahwa orang-orang munafik itu adalah mereka yang menampakkan keimanan terhadap orang-orang mukmin dengan ucapan-ucapan mereka, akan tetapi menyembunyikan kekafiran dalam hati mereka dan juga mengingkari syara’ serta kufur untuk kepentingan mereka kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya. Dalam pandangan Murtadha Muthahari, kemunafikkan dimaknai sebagai sikap bermuka dua dan menampakkan diri secara berbeda dari keadaan yang seseungguhnya. Kendati merupakan sifat yang licik, kemunafikkan menunjukkan evolusi manusia. Artinya manakala manusia jauh lebuh berkembang daripada binatang biasanya tidak memiliki sifat seperti itu. Tanda orang munafik ada tiga : • Apabila ia berbicara berdusta, • Apabila ia berjani ia ingkar, dan Apabila dia dipercayai ia berkhianat. Ciri yang paling mendasar adalah kebimbangannya antara keimanan dan kekafiran serta ketakmampuannya membuat sikap yang tegas dan jelas berkaitan dengan keyakinan tauhid. Hal itu karena ia adalah pribadi yang kurang percaya diri. Mereka tidak dapat membuat keputusan yang tegas dan jelas untuk bergabung dengan kaum mukminin atau dengan kaum musyrikin.

Termiologi “pesantren” dan “santri” secara historical memiliki posisi mulia, kini tergerus dan tereduksi oleh stigma negatif, bahkan wujud sikap perilaku kekaguman kepada sang kyai dianggap sebagai symbol terpinggirnya nalar kritis, fenomena ini merupakan karakteristik dari sistem pembelajaran pondok pesantren dengan sistem pembelajaran ke-Timur-an. Terlepas dari itu semua, pada aspek atmosfr sistem pembelajaran keunggulan pesantren terletak pada transfer of values (transmisi nilai/akhlaq). Akhlaq ini yang dianggap memiliki nilai signifkansi kesuksesan dalam proses pembelajaran di pesantren. Namun analisa atas keunggulan pesantren senantiasa diiringi beberapa kelemahan; keterbatasan materi dan fasilitas, pelaku pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan outcome pembelajaran. Berbagai langkah dan upaya dilakukan untuk memperbaiki sistem pembelajaran di pondok pesantren satu diantaranya melalui sintesa pembelajaran tradisional dengan pembelajaran modern cina.

The persistent unbeliever will always find a reason to make moeslem cornered. As mentioned in Surah al-An’am verse 7 which declarating if wanted they have faith, so they asked the Bibel direct from the sky, in fact, if its granted, they will say that it is because or magic. Next, the inbeliever will refuted argument with what you have done. They will always find a reason to put on moeslem teaching that carried out by Prophet Muhammad SAW into cornered. Mentioned in surah al-An’’am verse 121 about the unbeliever protest that assume af dead animal aby Allan (dead it self not because of slaughteret by metioned Allah and become corpse). Its forbidden and animal dead because killed by moeslem its legimate. Then, has been explained that do not do refuted argument with them, next, moeslem commded as not to eating animal that slaughteret as not mentioned Allah because its action considered.

Language is the most effective communication device and has huge influence for its speaker behavior. The way of thinking, understanding, and radicalism cannot be separated from language. Therefore, this article provides several terms related to radicalism, i.e. irhab ‘terorist’ and ‘jihad’. The terms are analyzed using relevant Arabic linguistic theories. It is the theory of semantic development (ath-thawwur ad-dalaly) that constitutes a part of semantics, one of the linguistics disciplines. This article also discusses the definition of both words irhab and jihad based on linguistics. The definition is also viewed from its periodic language history: pre-Islamic and present. Semantic development in the jahili age can be seen from jahili poem related to the use of the two words. As result, the meanings of these two words have been changing from time to time.

Era modern selalu beriringan dengan fasilitas modern, termasuk fasilitas dalam memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan. Era yang menghasilkan kemudahan dalam kehidupan dengan informasi tanpa batasnya seperti yang diberikan oleh internet. Facebook sebagai suatu aplikasi dalam dunia internet awalnya diciptakan bukan sebagai media pembelajaran, tetapi dewasa ini Facebook telah dimodifikasi dan digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran oleh penggunanya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan facebook sebagai media dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di IAIN Pontianak, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui interview dengan 30 orang mahasiswa, mencatat, dan dokumentasi di lapangan. Hasil tulisan ini memperlihatkan bagaimana Facebook merubah gaya belajar mahasiswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris dan betapa Facebook memiliki peran khusus dalam kemampuan berbahasa Inggris mahasiswa, khususnya Mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab dan Dakwah IAIN Pontianak. Facebook dengan segala kontennya digunakan untuk memperoleh kosa kata baru, serta melatih kemampuan menulis dan berbicara bahasa Inggris

Abstract The study is aimed to enhance reading comprehension of the second semester students of PAI students of FTIK IAIN Pontianak by using Authentic Material. This is an action research with the subjects were 34 students of Islamic education students (PAI)FTIK IAIN Pontianak in academic year 2018/2019. This is in two cycles and the result was it is effective in enhancing the Islamic education students’ reading comprehension. These materials were much effective when the students together with the authentic task. The improvements such as more focus and active in participating classroom activities in classroom, also motivated and interesting in reading activities. And the class atmosphere is more enjoy and enthusiastic

This research purposes is to explain gender mark lingual units whether in Arabic or English on morphology level addressed to language pronounciation. Contrastive analysis results can be used to understand Arabic gender by making english as language connections. The data taken from relevant dictionaries because it is one of written language container. The data proceed using three stages : data supply, data analysis and data analysis results supply. On analysis stage: this research using contrastive methods. This research conclusion that both languages have more diffences than similarities. Arabic has dominated by bound morpheme while English has dominated by free morpheme or lexical.
