Abstract

Shopping is an activity that humans do to fulfill their basic daily needs. There are many ways to shop today, one of which is shopping online. Shopping online makes it easy for people to shop from home without having to go to the store and not having to worry about wasting time, so shopping online is the best choice because it is more practical and efficient. Therefore, the researcher aims to design a mobile application for Supermarket Shopping Pickup Services in North Minahasa. The design of this application uses the Scrum method with the technology used is the Javascript programming language with React Native and ReactJS frameworks, and Firebase as the database used. The final result of this research is a mobile application for customer and courier users, as well as a web application for admin and store users. Both applications have been tested and run well. The benefit of this research is that it makes it easier for people to fulfill their shopping needs and can provide additional income for people who want to become couriers in this application.

Abstract

Every higher education institution has a goal to carry out a quality educational process so as to produce quality graduates. Universitas Klabat which has been established in 1965 and has produced thousands of graduates and alumni. Alumni have an important role in developing the quality of their alma mater education, even though alumni are no longer on the Universitas Klabat campus. Some of the roles alumni can take to contribute to their alma mater include financial donations, sharing practical knowledge in the workplace to students by becoming resource persons in various academic and student activities, as well as information about job vacancies in their companies or businesses owned by alumni. . Having a website that can bring alumni together, a source of information about alumni is an unavoidable need. Therefore, in this study, a website was developed that consists of two applications, namely a portal that contains alumni news, information on alumni associations, and activities to be carried out. The second application of the results of this research is a system where alumni can register, fill in personal data in detail, interact with fellow alumni, find friends, and post information such as job vacancies. With this website, alumni can contribute, both to Klabat University as their alma mater and build networks with fellow alumni.

Abstract

The improvement of technology today is highly expected because it has an impact on human needs every day. There are still many people who have not taken advantage of these technological developments in this case as a medium of buying and selling, especially furniture. The current sales system still uses manual or offline methods so that prospective customers still have to go to store or place of business and it takes quite a long time. By utilizing existing technological facilities, sellers and buyers can trying to make better sales facilities. So the business of selling furniture needs technology as a medium to make it easier for seller and buyers to make transactions. Therefore, the researchers will developed an android-based mobile application, namely HC-Furniture which aims to make it easier for customers to get information about various products and help increase the sales power of furniture business owners. The research uses Agile software development method, the framework used is react-native, and firebase as a realtime database to store data. Based on the results of the study, we can see the application developed can running and can help connect sellers and buyers of furniture products and make easier to market furniture products.

Abstract

Information technology governance has become an essential part of most companies. The use of information technology is not only limited to companies but also educational institutions. Information technology capabilities must keep pace with the times to help achieve process efficiency. Return on investment in information technology is an important consideration, so an assessment of information technology governance needs to be carried out. This study aims to determine how well information technology at the XYZ institution supports companies in doing their business. The COBIT 2019 framework is used in this research to achieve good information technology governance by showing how information technology can be aligned with the business. The study results show that the BAI03 Managed Solutions Identification and Build, BAI07 Managed IT Changes Acceptance and Transitioning, BAI10 Managed Configuration, DSS01 Managed Operations, and DSS05 Managed Security Services processes were found to be priority processes for XYZ institution. Using the COBIT 2019 design factor toolkit, the DSS01 process has a target capability level of 4, while the BAI03, BAI07, BAI10, and DSS05 processes have a target capability level of 3. Each priority process was found to have a capability level of level 1, resulting in a gap in the capability level between the current capability levels and the target capability level. The BAI10 process has the lowest capability level among the five priority processes with a partially rating of 20%.

Abstract

Several studies regarding the selection of game-themed learning models concluded that they can eliminate boredom in the learning process, so that students are enthusiastic and play an active role in following the lessons, this game-themed learning is called Game Based Learning. That is a learning method that has the concept of combining educational content or learning principles with games that aim to attract students to learn. In designing game-based learning, of course, it must be well structured and conceptualized, and meet the standards for applying game concepts to learning. A method that can record and document every detail of gameplay design and game based learning design is the Game Design Document (GDD). This study aims to implement GDD in game based learning design, using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. It is hoped that this research can produce conclusions regarding game-based learning design standards documented in GDD.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and provide recommendation about the implementation of Accounting Information System related to the components and the procedures in the respective business cycle. The object of this research is PT. YYY, a company engage in the fishing industry. The method conducted in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study. The data collection process is taken from observations and interviews. This study compares theory and practice in PT. YYY with the purpose of providing recommendation for future development. By using the Accounting Information System theory as the benchmark we suggest the company to use a cloud-based Accounting Information System. We recommend Odoo Software as one of the great options, as Odoo have the standardized Accounting Information System components and features. Implementing this platform could help the company to improve its Accounting Information System, as it is such a crucial and fundamental component that the company ought to have to be able to sustain and grow in the future

Abstract

Bina Insan University has done a lot of development on the progress of information technology, especially information systems, as an example with the Academic System/academic portal. Puskom translates UnivBi's vision and mission into an information technology innovation. UnivBi Puskom Unit, it is realized that there are a number of things that have not been maximized, this is due to the small number of employees who have the ability to deal with risks that may occur suddenly and the unavailability of standard procedure documents for handling risk, and an assessment of the level of risk capability has not been carried out so that risk control is not yet implemented. goes well. To support this research, several previous research results are referred to as the basis for IT risk management analysis activities. From the results of this study, it was found that Bina Insan University had implemented the Ensure Risk Optimation and Risk Management processes, this was evidenced by the results of capability at level 3, which means the process was performed, but Bina Insan University had not been optimal in its operation. The gap value resulting from the APO12 domain is 1 and the EDM03 domain is 2. This gap value indicates that the condition of information system governance at Bina Insan University is still not good and does not match what is targeted by the University

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan di Indonesia setiap tahunnya masih sering terjadi. Dalam menanggulangi kebakaran hutan sendiri, para peneliti belakangan ini semakin fokus untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem yang mampu melakukan prediksi kebakaran hutan. Selain melakukan prediksi mengenai kebakaran hutan, antisipasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu menangani pencegahan kebakaran hutan salah satunya adalah melakukan pengelompokkan terhadap wilayah yang memiliki potensi kebakaran. Pada penelitian ini melakukan Clusterisasi titik panas (hotspot) untuk membagi wilayah yang berpotensi untuk terbakar. Pengelompokkan wilayah dilakukan berdasarkan cluster kebakaran rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Clusterisasi wilayah dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC). Data yang digunakan pada perhitungan ini menggunakan wilayah Kalimantan Barat dengan menggunakan variable longitude, latitude, frp, confidence, dan curah hujan untuk menentukan clustering wilayah kebakaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengcluster titik panas kebakaran hutan berdasarkan wilayah yang berpotensi terjadi kebakaran hutan sehingga memiliki peluang untuk segera ditindaklanjuti. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh pembentukan 2 cluster yang dimana menunjukkan terbentuk 2 pengelompokkan titik panas (hotspot) pada kelas sedang dan tinggi dengan nilai evaluasi silhouette coefficient 0,771. Abstract

Kebakaran hutan telah diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu isu lingkungan utama yang memiliki dampak terhadap keanekaragaman hayati dan iklim global jangka panjang. Riau merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang sering mengalami kebakaran hutan. Upaya untuk memulihkan hutan pasca kebakaran dapat dilakukan dengan pengawasan lahan seperti mengamati tingkat vegetasi pada kawasan kebakaran. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat vegetasi kawasan pasca kebakaran dengan memanfaatkan indeks vegetasi dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat vegetasi pasca kebakaran pada wilayah rawan kebakaran di kabupaten Riau. Model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini memakai algoritma Random Forest dan variabel penentu yang digunakan adalah NDVI, NBR, EVI, dan SAVI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 citra satelit, yaitu Citra Landsat 8 dan Sentinel-2. Dasaset yang didapatkan menggunakan landsat-8 adalah 1871 data, sedangkan dengan menggunakan sentinel-2 diperoleh 606 data. Akurasi data testing maksimal yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan landsat-8 adalah sebesar 99%, sedangkan dengan menggunakan sentinel-2, diperoleh akurasi maksimal sebesar 94%.

Abstract

Jurnal digital (e-journal) melalui Open Journal System (OJS) menjadi salah satu sarana dalam mempublikasikan hasil penelitian pada lingkup yang lebih luas. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan reputasi yang baik sebagai referensi dari para penulis dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Server adalah tempat untuk menyimpan konten website atau sering juga disebut dengan istilah hosting. Tanpa adanya server, maka sebuah website tidak bisa diakses. Banyak web server yang ada saat ini, cotohnya yang populer adalah Apache dan Nginx. Dua web server ini merupakan web server yang banyak digunakan saat ini oleh banyak website di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisa kinerja dari web server untuk kebutuhan OJS. Sebab, dengan traffic yang tinggi pada OJS, sebuah web server diharapkan mampu untuk menangani permintaan yang tinggi. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap beberapa parameter, website Open Journal System yang menggunakan web server Apache bekerja lebih optimal daripada website Open Journal Sytstem yang menggunakan web server Nginx sehingga saat diakses menggunakan secure tunnel, web Open Journal System (OJS) gagal memuat file header dan footer sehingga tampilan website jadi kurang menarik dan tidak user friendly.
