Abstract

This Research aim to analyze The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Turnover Intention In Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy SOGO Department Store BIGMALL Samarinda. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents. Election Procedure sample uses purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Result of Hypothesis testing (1) Job satisfaction have significant negative effect on employee turnover intention Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy of SOGO Department Store BIGMALL Samarinda, the t test values obtained at -5,346 and significant value job satisfaction 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Organizational commitment have significant negative effect on employee turnover intention Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy of SOGO Department Store BIGMALL Samarinda, the t test values obtained by -3,125 and organizational commitment have significant value 0.003 < 0.05. Abstract

This research aims to analyze market analysis Online based online consumer segmentation, profile and their characteristics. In the first stage of this study conducted a survey related to the Online consumer behavior literature, then perform cluster analysis and segmentation Online consumer spending behavior. A sampel of 328 respondents collected by mail survey. In order to perform segmentation according to usage patterns internet can use descriptive method non-overlapping post-hoc, this method is used to identify segments in accordance with the pattern of internet usage. Results showed that the consumer market Online consists of three segments that are generally commonly used are: segmentation pattern Basic Communication, in this segment of consumers who use the Internet primarily to communicate via e-mail, then the segment of Commerce or shopping in this segment of consumers who using the internet to surf and look around online stores and third segments of social relationships and pleasure, in this segment of consumers who exploit the internet using interactive features to interact and entertainment by way of chatting, blogging, video streaming, gaming, stalking and downloading. Limitations include data collected through a survey whose information comes from the Internet, so it takes the views of other parties who are not users but observers Online businesses that have other opinions on this segmentation. Later on this segmentation actually still can be broken down into several sub-segments, as continued research efforts.Keyword: Internet use pattern, segment, online sonsumer

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers on the Direct and Indirect Expenditures as well as on the Economic Development in Indonesia. The variables in this research were Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers as independent variables whereas Direct, Indirect Expenditures and Economic Developments were the dependent variables. The sample included 33 provinces in Indonesia over the period of 2009 to 2013. The research findings indicated that the Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers had a positive and significant influence on the Direct and Indirect Expenditures. In addition, Local Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfers had a negative influence on the economic development through Direct Expenditure and had a positive, significant influence on the economic development through the Indirect Expenditure.Keywords : Local Revenue,Fiscal Balance Transfers on the Direct, Indirect Expenditures and on the Economic Development in Indonesia

Abstract

This paper aims to review several studies on service culture in term of concept and measurement aspect. Conceptual review is urgent to guide scholars develop and choose the best concept which is represented the phenomenon in human resource management context. Meanwhile, for empirical studies, it is important for researcher using appropriate measurement in its questionnaire development. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of population, inflation and investments in open unemployment in the province of East Kalimantan. The method or tool of analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis approach to the classical assumptions are processed in a detailed explanation. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). From the results of data analysis that I do can be concluded that: (1) Large population can move the market in terms of demand through the multiplier effect due to the aggregate demand is high. (2) From the results it is observed that there is a close relationship between inflation and unemployment. (3) The size of investments that occurred in the community will greatly affect the size of employment opportunities created.Keywords: Regression Analysis, Population, Inflation, Investment, Unemployment.

Abstract

Effect of Disclosure Sustainability Report on Return on Equity (ROE) on Infrastructure Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2010-2014. Sustainability Report is a concept that companies have a responsibility towards customers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of company operations. With the implementation of the sustainability report Sustainability report will have an impact on the sustainability of the company. Sustainability report is a non-financial report consists of six elements, namely economic performance, environmental, human rights, labor practices and decent work, social, and product responsibility. This study aims to examine the relationship between the financial sustainability report of an individual's performance on the financial performance of the company. Samples were 30 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2014. The independent variable is the disclosure of economic performance, environmental, human rights, labor practices and decent work, social, and product responsibility. The independent variables were measured using an index of disclosure. Free sustainability report comes from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is used as the basis for calculating the value of the index. The dependent variable is the Return on Equity (ROE) as a measure of financial performance. This study uses secondary data gathered from the company's site and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that only the disclosure of social performance and disclosure responsibility performance products that affect the company's financial performance.Keywords: Sustainability Report, ROE, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI-index)

Abstract

Effect of Money Supply and Interest Rates and Government Expenditures to Inflation in Indonesia..This study aims to determine the effect of the money supply, interest rates and government expenditures to inflation in Indonesia. Theory used the theory of Irving Fisher, Gibson Paradox theory and the theory of Keynes. The study was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis tool Cobb-Douglas function. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test is used to determine the feasibility of the model.The analysis revealed a significant effect of money supply on inflation, interest rates have a significant effect on inflation and government expenditures significant effect on inflation. Abstract

This research is to examine the effect of inflation, interest rate, exchange rate and money supply on stock returns LQ 45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is the return - shares out of the category LQ 45 years of research by 2010-2015. Its Sampling using purposive sampling and get the 24 stocks that meet the criteria of 45 stocks LQ 45 as a sample. Thus, the number of samples studied was 144 shares for 6 years. The method used is multiple linear regression analyzes that examine whether or not a significant variable - the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the results known that R indicates that there is an ideal relationship of Inflation, Interest Rate, Exchange Rate and Money Supply toward to Return shares in LQ 45. R square indicates that the variable inflation rates, interest rates, the value of exchange rate and the money supply can explain the variable return shares at LQ 45 index. Based on F test indicates the same that the variable inflation rate, interest rate, exchange rate and money supply have a significant influence on shares returns in LQ 45 listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of T test showed that the rate of inflation significant and negative effect on shares returns and interest rates positive and significant effect on shares returns while exchange Rate and the money supply no significant effect on shares returns in LQ 45 Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: stock return, Inflation, Interest Rate, Exchange Rate, Money Supply.

Abstract

The effect of Price Discount and In-Store Display toward Impulse Buying in Matahari Department Store Samarinda, under supervised by Mr. Suharno and Mr. M.Amin Kadafi. The purpose of this study is to know is there any positive influence and significant from price discount variable and In-store display toward impulse buying variable. The analysis technique employed in this research was the multiple linier regression analysis.Based on the result of the research and discussion of the data, the writer can conclude that price discount has positive effect and significant toward impulse buying in Matahari Department Store Samarinda.

Abstract

After a literature review and hypothesis formulation, data collected through questionnaire method to 82 people consumer of water purifiers Forbes in Samarinda which is obtained by using the purposive sampling technique. Thisresearch was conducted by using multiple linier regression. The conducted and analysis of data obtained with quantitative data. Quantitative data analysis are includes of : multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the t test and F test, also the analysis of the correlation coefficient (R), and coefficient of determination (R ).Based on the results of the observation, obtained the following regression equation : Y= 0,834 + 0,106X1 + 0,490X2 + 0,244X3Where the purchase decision variable (Y), brand awareness (X1), brand association (X2), and the perceived quality (X3). testing the hypothesis using the t test showed that the three independent variables brand awareness, brand associations, and perceived quality, positive influence on purchasing decisions. Coefficient of regression equal to (R) 0621a is translated into a table that all the variables of brand awareness, brand associations, and perceived quality, has a very strong influence on the consumer's decision to purchase a water filter Forbes. Asses R2 equal to 0,386 it means 38,6% variable purchase decision (Y) is influenced by three independent variables (X) and the remaining 61.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
