Abstract

This study is expected to explore the elements that can affect the performance of employees one of which the performance of lecturers in Universities by increasing commitment within the organization and have a sense of pride as part of a learning organization, and improve transformational leadership in the community and learning in Indonesia. The research method that will be implemented is to undertake surveys using path analysis. How To gather the necessary data in this study is the use of questionnaires and tests that have been prepared beforehand. This study will examine the relationship between the variables, and measure the effect of one variable to another variable. Tentative conclusions on the results of the study were a group of lecturers who continue to expand their capacity to create, manage and use knowledge for their desired result can be scalable development of science, the development of communication, may collaborate with others, and can utilize the knowledge learning organization in the work and can utilize technology.Keyword: Transformational Leadership, Learning Organization, Organizational Commitment, and Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesempatan Kerja Di Kota Samarinda. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,741> ? = 0,05, upah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja. dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 <? = 0,05, pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peluang kerja dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,076 <? = 0,10.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the social economic characteristics of child hobo in Samarinda City. Using qualitative methods, sampling use accidental sampling. Obtained data from observation, interview, and documentation will be recorded in field notes which usually contains two aspects which is descriptive and reflective records. Findings from this child hobo characteristics researchs shows that most of them on age 6 to 18 years old consists of 50% boys and 50% girls. These childs Hobo, 80,5% dropped out and 19,4% stays on school. Most of these kids origins is from Celebes 66,7%, and few of them came from Borneo 25%. Even fewer came from Nusa Tenggara Timur and Java. The majority of these child hobo still had their family intact, so that 80,6% of them still lives with their respective parents. Based on jobs, 75% worked as street performers, 19,44% as newspaper seller and 5,56% as asongan seller . This jobs is one of the most promising because they need less to none talent and finesse. Most of them 52,78% works 6 to 10 hours a day with earnings about 20 to 50 thousands rupiah a day 50%.Keyword: Child Hobo, School, Jobs and Social Economic

Abstract

This Research aim to analyze The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Turnover Intention In Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy SOGO Department Store BIGMALL Samarinda. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents. Election Procedure sample uses purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Result of Hypothesis testing (1) Job satisfaction have significant negative effect on employee turnover intention Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy of SOGO Department Store BIGMALL Samarinda, the t test values obtained at -5,346 and significant value job satisfaction 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Organizational commitment have significant negative effect on employee turnover intention Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy of SOGO Department Store BIGMALL Samarinda, the t test values obtained by -3,125 and organizational commitment have significant value 0.003 < 0.05. Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine empirically the effect of Debt on Firms Value and the ability of Group Affiliation to moderate the effect of Debt toward Firms Value by using an approach simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This research uses time series data in 2011 2015 for company's finance data that got from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Election Procedure sample uses purposive sampling and the result are existed 35 companies that fulfill criterion. The results show that Debt has positive effect on Firms Value, while Group Affiliation act as a moderating variable can reduce the effect of Debt toward Firms Value. The higher capability of group affiliation to take control of a company, the lower debt financing that company has.Keywords: Debt Financing, Firms Value, Group Affiliation

Abstract

This research aims to analyze market analysis Online based online consumer segmentation, profile and their characteristics. In the first stage of this study conducted a survey related to the Online consumer behavior literature, then perform cluster analysis and segmentation Online consumer spending behavior. A sampel of 328 respondents collected by mail survey. In order to perform segmentation according to usage patterns internet can use descriptive method non-overlapping post-hoc, this method is used to identify segments in accordance with the pattern of internet usage. Results showed that the consumer market Online consists of three segments that are generally commonly used are: segmentation pattern Basic Communication, in this segment of consumers who use the Internet primarily to communicate via e-mail, then the segment of Commerce or shopping in this segment of consumers who using the internet to surf and look around online stores and third segments of social relationships and pleasure, in this segment of consumers who exploit the internet using interactive features to interact and entertainment by way of chatting, blogging, video streaming, gaming, stalking and downloading. Limitations include data collected through a survey whose information comes from the Internet, so it takes the views of other parties who are not users but observers Online businesses that have other opinions on this segmentation. Later on this segmentation actually still can be broken down into several sub-segments, as continued research efforts.Keyword: Internet use pattern, segment, online sonsumer

Abstract

Development can be push by population as a subject of the development it self, and economic growth will be rise up if that population have a hight quality on productivity . But if the big population has low productivity it can make a problem not only in the population, but through the social economic condition. In this case population become a burden of development, it make the economic development run slowly because lack of population contribution in economy it self. In many theory that economic growth suggested will followed with create much employment opportunities, in the other hand population can involve as labor in that economic development. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Green Product (X1), Green Price (X2), Green Place (X3), Green Promotion (X4) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tupperware di Samarinda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 5,994 + 0,264X1 + 0,395X2 + 0,383X3+ 0,334X4. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung (5,748>Ftabel 2,479) yang artinya variabel Green Product (X1), Green Price (X2), Green Place (X3), Green Promotion (X4) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tupperware di Samarinda. Hasil uji t menujukkan bahwa nilai korelasi parsial variabel Green Product (X1) sebesar 0,922 dengan nilai thitung (2,440) > ttabel 1,985 ) dan signifikan 0.000. Artinya dilihat dari nilai korelasi parsial sebesar 0.922 atau 92,0 % bahwa variabel Green Product (X1), menjadi faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y).Kata Kunci: Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, Green Promotion dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of debtors i.e. character of debtor, capacity, condition of economy, and collateral of debtor against non performing loans at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Bontang. This research was conducted in Bontang City. The methods used in this research was field survey by using questionnaire to 32 respondents in troubled debtor status. Sampling using cencus method. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression in statistical analysis with the help of the program SPSS ver. 20. Results of research conducted indicates that the variable character (X1) have significant and negative effect on non performing loans (Y), capacity (X2) have non significant and negative effect on non performing loans (Y), the variable condition of economy (X3) have non significant and negative effect on non performing loans (Y), and variable collateral (X4) have non significant and negative effect on non performing loans (Y).Keywords: non performing loan
