Abstract

Abstract - UPS (Uninteruptable Power Supply) is equipment that supports the availability of a continuous supply of electricity that will work when the main electricity supply from PLN is off and the secondary power supply (Genset) is not ready to take over the electricity supply. The purpose of this study is to determine which equipment components are the cause of potential UPS equipment damage and provide advice on appropriate maintenance actions for the selected system using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The study population was 7 units of UPS Benning with a capacity of 80 kVA located in different places at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The results showed that the frequent damage was due to dead air conditioning which caused the temperature of the battery room to be high. Keywords: Airport, Uninteruptible Power Supply (UPS), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), proper maintenance

Abstract

Millennial is indeed synonymous with high employee turnover rates. This research is to performed employee retention for Indonesians millennials through the work environment, career development, and flexible working to give an overview and additional source of information for the organization to be able to manage their employees who are in the millennial generation to keep them stay longer in the workplace and reduce turnover rate among Indonesians millennials employee. Data analysis method in this research is using SPSS program for the Descriptive Statistic and also using PLS program (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0 for calculating the Outer Model and Inner Model. The populations are a millennial employee in Indonesia and the number of populations is unknown, so the sample in this research are 140 respondents. The results of this research can generally be concluded that Work Environment and Flexible Working have a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention. As well as Career Development can be mediation between Work Environment and Flexible Working toward Employee Retention.Keywords: Work Environment, Career Development, Flexible Working, Employee Retention, Indonesians Millennial

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence day of the week effect, week four effect, and month of the year effect toward stock return in LQ-45 index 2015 – 2019. The data used in this study are secondary data from www.yahoofinance.com. The samples of this study were the company that consistently incorporated in LQ-45 index during the research period in 2015 – 2019. This study used GARCH and t-test models. One of the GARCH models used in this study is IGARCH (Integrated Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity). The result of this study indicates the existence of day of the week effect. Specifically, a negative and significant effect on Monday (Monday effect) and positive and significant effect on Tuesday and Wednesday. The week four effect was also found in this study where there was a negative and significant return on Monday 4th week.  This study also indicates the month of the year effect were a positive & significant return in January, February, and December, a negative & significant return in September.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the company's production performance using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) method by looking at the reliability and responsiveness attributes using Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) and Order Fullfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) metrics. Respondents in this study were Production Managers, Operation Managers, Kitchen Admins, District Managers and also Store Managers or Persons in Charge at 35 Krispy Kreme Indonesia stores. The place of observation is in the Central Kitchen of Krispy Kreme Indonesia, which is located in Taman Tekno, Tangerang, Banten. The results of this study found that the weakness of the production machine and the lack of a distribution fleet were the main influences on the lack of and late delivery of donuts to each store during a major promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the perception of young adults during the COVID-19 pandemic that will influence their intention to use Halodoc application. This study examines factors from several theories such as Technology Acceptance Model and Theory Planned Behavior. The population of this research is young adults with an age range of 19-39 years, whether they have experienced or currently experiencing or have never experienced the COVID-19 symptoms, who are non-user yet know about Halodoc application. The sample used in this study was collected in around Jakarta with the total of 213 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability and purposive sampling by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEMPLS. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived privacy risk, and government policy & support influence young adult usage intention of Halodoc application during this COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Abstract

Abstract – This research was carried out to fulfill the curiosity about how the influence of training and competence in influencing teacher performance, especially during PJJ (Distance Learning) which took place at Gunung N 32, Jakarta. Using quantitative research methods in its implementation, as well as the population and samples were taken using a saturated sample purposive sampling technique involving 33 teachers as respondents, then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study partially show the effect of the training variable having the original sample value of 0.368 so that it is declared to have a positive and significant effect and the competence that has the original sample value of 0.546 which can also be declared positive and significant on the teacher's performance during PJJ with a coefficient of determination of 0.605 or 60, 5% and 39.5% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research was cultivate of student interest on saving in SMA Yadika 11 Bekasi, approaching from financial literacy and financial inclusion variables. The population used in this research is the students of SMA Yadika 11 Bekasi. Sampling in this research was determined through a questionnaire using the probability sampling method. Sample for this research obtained 120 respondents. Analized data method used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) from SPSS 23. Result from this research is financial literacy had a significant positive effect on students' interest in saving at SMA YADIKA 11 Bekasi, so do financial inclusion had a significant positive effect on students' saving interest in YADIKA 11 SMA Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Intellectual Capital and the Audit Committee on the Company's performance in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and how much influence the Intellectual Capital and the Audit Committee both partially and simultaneously have on the Company's performance in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Respondents in this study were banking sector companies listed on the IDX which published financial statements in a row for 3 years from 2017-2019 with a sample of 39 companies and the data collection method used Purposive Sampling, namely taking the necessary samples using the criteria specified. has been determined by the researcher. The results obtained from this study are Intellectual Capital and the Audit Committee have no effect on the Company's performance simultaneously or simultaneously and the results also show that individually the Intellectual Capital variable has no effect on the Company's Performance and the Audit Committee variable produces the same thing that there is no influence to the Company's Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Training, and Work Engagement toward Employee Performance for employees in DKI Jakarta. 107 respondents were collected as the research sample using Slovin’s formula with 10% error tolerance and purposive sampling method. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling approach. The research findings indicate that Intrinsic Motivation has positive and significant relationship toward Employee Performance. On the other hand, Training and Work Engagement have negative and insignificant relationship toward Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research conducted to analyze and to know the influence of Current Asset (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share(EPS) and Return On Asset (ROA) on Stock Return at coal mining company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. The population used in this research is all coal mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The sample of this research are 17 coal mining companies that appropriate the criteria. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression with using Eviews 9. Based on Chow test and Hausman test Panel Data Regression Model selected Is Fixed Effect Model. Based on t-test the result showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Stock Return, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Stock Return, Earning Per Share(EPS) has no significant effect on Stock Return, and Return On Assets (ROA) has no significant effect on Stock Return. Based on F-test the result show that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Shareand Return On Asset has a significant effect on Stock Return.Keywords : Stock Return, CR, DER, EPS, ROA
