Abstract

Abstract: Strategy in improving school quality using project based learning (Project Based Learning) aims to determine the strategies used by schools in project-based learning. This research method is qualitative with multi case study. The results of this study the strategies of SMK PGRI 2 include (1) increasing teacher professionalism (2) improving the quality of students (3) Being able to meet the needs of DU/DI. While the strategies of SMKN 1 Jenangan Ponorogo are (1) increasing the absorption of graduates in DU/DI and the world of work (2) developing the potential of students and education staff (3) developing soft skills and hard skills of students.2 and SMKN 1 Ponorogo schools in the absorption of graduate work received by DU/DI. Keywords: Strategy; Quality; School Learning; Project Based (Project Based Learning) Abstrak: Strategi dalam pengupayaan mutu sekolah menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang di gunakan sekolah dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi multi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini strategi dari SMK PGRI 2 meliputi (1) meningkatkan profesionalisme guru (2) meninggkatkan kualitas peserta didik (3) Mampu memenuhi kebutuhan DU/DI. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between five principal digital leadership constructs, namely visionary leadership, digital age learning culture, excellence in professional practice, systemic improvement, and digital citizenship with teacher performance and student competence in the 21st century. The number of samples in This study consisted of 96 people consisting of principals and teachers from 24 schools. The data analysis in this study used SEM with the help of the AMOS 24 program. The results showed that the five components of digital leadership namely visionary leadership, digital age learning, excellent in professional, systemic improvement, and digital citizenship have a direct effect on teacher performance and student competence in the century era. 21. The five components of digital leadership also indirectly affect student competence through teacher performance. The contribution of this research shows that with adequate digital leadership practices, supporting the efforts of teachers in achieving the expected performance, can improve student competence in the 21st century era.Keywords: digital leadership, teacher performance, student competence, elementary school Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara lima konstruksi kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah, yaitu kepemimpinan visioner, budaya pembelajaran zaman digital, keunggulan dalam praktik profesional, peningkatan sistemik, dan kewarganegaraan digital dengan kinerja guru dan kompetensi siswa di abad 21. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah dan Guru dari 24 Sekolah. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan program AMOS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelima komponen digital leadership yakni visionary leadership, digital age learning, excellent in professional, systemic improvement, dan digital citizenship berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru dan kompetensi siswa di era abad 21. Kelima komponen digital leadership tersebut juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kompetensi siswa melalui kinerja guru. Kontribusi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan praktik kepemimpinan digital yang memadai, mendukung upaya guru dalam mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan, dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswa diera abad 21.Kata kunci: digital leadership, kinerja guru, kompetensi siswa, sekolah dasar

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategic management carried out by the governing body in improving the competence of CAS teachers at Evangelical Christian Church in Timor (ECCT) Klasis East Kupang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the chairs of the CAS as many as 10 people. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Analysis Interactive which is divided into 4 parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the management of increasing the competence of CAS teachers in Klasis East Kupang City had been running according to the stages of implementing strategic management consist of observation, planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. This activity is carried out according to the conditions in each congregation. The efforts to increase the competence of CAS teachers in Klasis East Kupang City were carried out in the form of Bible Study (BS), training, CAS teacher exchange and comparative studies.Keywords: Strategic Management, Governing Body, Teachers’ Competence, Child and Adolescent Services Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen strategi yang dilakukan badan pengurus dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pelayanan Anak dan Remaja (PAR) di Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) Klasis Kota Kupang Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu ketua PAR sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analysis Interactive yang terbagi menjadi 4 bagian yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen peningkatan  kompetensi guru PAR di Klasis Kota Kupang Timur sudah berjalan sesuai tahap-tahap pelaksanaan manajemen strategi, yaitu pengamatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kondisi di masing-masing  jemaat. Upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru PAR di Klasis Kota Kupang Timur dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Pendalaman Alkitab (PA), pelatihan, pertukaran guru PAR dan studi banding.Kata kunci: Manajemen strategi; Badan Pengurus; Kompetensi Guru; Pelayanan Anak dan Remaja

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information systems and technology plays an important role in improving the quality of management activities, one of which is the management of personnel data. One thing that comes to mind when talking about something that can be used to store, process and provide personnel data is a personal data management system. The personal data management system was developed to make it easy for users to collect and manage their data digitally. The Yii Framework-based Personnel Database application was developed to make it easier for employees and staff of the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya to carry out their duties, both teaching and educational staff. Based on the explanation above, this research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the "Yii Framework-based Personnel Database Application" at the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya. This research use a usability measurement test method. Measuring usability means measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results of this study indicate, (1) the calculation results from the usefulness aspect show a percentage of 87, 4%; (2) the calculation results from the second aspect, namely ease of use, showed a percentage of 84, 2%; (3) the calculation result from the third aspect, namely satisfaction, shows a percentage of 85, 3%; (4) the results of the calculation of the overall usability test aspect get a percentage of 85, 4%, this means that the Staffing Database Application Based on Yii Framework, Faculty of Education, Unesa is very effective in supporting employee performance to improve the quality of their work.Keywords: human resource management; web based application; yii frameworkAbstrak: Perkembangan sistem dan teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas kegiatan pengelolaan, salah satunya pengelolaan data kepegawaian. Satu hal yang terlintas dalam pikiran ketika berbicara tentang sesuatu yang dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan, memproses, dan menyediakan data kepegawaian adalah sistem manajemen data pribadi. Sistem pengelolaan data pribadi dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya dalam mengumpulkan dan mengelola datanya secara digital. Aplikasi Database Kepegawaian berbasis Yii Framework dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pegawai dan staf Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya dalam menjalankan tugasnya, baik, staf pendidik maupun kependidikan. Berdasarkan paparan diatas, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari “Aplikasi Database Kepegawaian berbasis Yii Framework” di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji pengukuran usability. Mengukur usability berarti mengukur efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasaan user. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) hasil perhitungan dari aspek usefulness menunjukkan presentasi sebanyak 87, 4%; (2) hasil perhitungan dari aspek yang kedua yaitu ease of use menunjukkan presentasi sebanyak 84, 2%; (3) hasil perhitungan dari aspek yang ketiga yaitu satisfaction menunjukkan presentasi sebanyak 85, 3%; (4) dari hasil perhitungan keseluruhan aspek uji usability mendapatkan presentasi sebanyak 85, 4%, ini berarti bahwa Aplikasi Database Kepegawaian berbasis Yii Framework Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa sangatlah efektif dalam menunjang kinerja pegawai untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya.Kata kunci: manajemen sumber daya manusia; aplikasi berbasis web; yii framework

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the academic supervision program of Madrasah Aliyah supervisors in improving the professional competency of teachers in North Bekasi District. The academic supervision program aims to build and assess teacher competency in terms of administration and teaching teacher skills. This research is an evaluation study with context, input, process, product (CIPP) model. This study used CIPP evaluation model. The data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used are triangulation of data and sources. The subject of the study was madrasah supervisor, the principal and teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in North Bekasi District. The results showed: (1) The supervision program can assess teacher performance and professional competence of teachers from the administrative side, (2) Academic supervision program produces 2 products namely teacher performance assessment and follow-up program, (3) teachers can improve their competencies independently facilitated by madrasah supervisor and the principal of Madrasah Aliyah, (4) Academic supervision program can be continued with various improvements to improve the competency of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in North Bekasi District.Keywords : Program Evaluation, Academic Supervision, Professional CompetenceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program supervisi akademik pengawas Madrasah Aliyah yang secara context, input, process dan product dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru di Bekasi Utara. Program supervisi akademik pengawas untuk membina dan menilai kompetensi guru  dari sisi administrasi dan kemampuan guru mengajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah triangulasi data dan sumber. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah pengawas madrasah, Kepala Madrasah Aliyah, pengawas madrasah di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Program supervisi dapat menilai kinerja guru dan kompetensi professional guru dari sisi administratif, (2) Program supervisi akademik menghasilkan 2 produk yaitu penilaian kinerja guru dan program tindak lanjut, (3) guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya secara mandiri yang difasilitasi oleh pengawas madrasah dan Kepala Madrasah, (4) Program supervisi akademik dapat dilanjutkan dengan berbagai perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Supervisi Akademik, Kompetensi Profesional

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a relationship between managerial ability and the effectiveness of principal supervision on the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in the East Java region during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis. The samples of this study were public elementary school teachers in East Java, which were taken from 3 (three) regions, namely Surabaya City, Jombang Regency, and Malang Regency. The results of the research obtained in East Java and the details of each region can be read further in this article.Keyword: managerial ability, effectiveness of supervision, performance, supervisionAbstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menelusuri apakah terdapat hubungan antara variabel kemampuan manajerial dan efektivitas pengawasan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru di lingkungan sekolah dasar negeri wilayah Jawa Timur pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi berganda untuk melakukan analisis dari data yang terkumpul. Abstract

Abstract: This Covid-19 pandemic situation makes school principals play an important role in solving problems related to learning problems during the covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of digital era instructional leadership and solving learning problems during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a research design descriptive quantitative. Area proportional random sampling is a sampling technique used, with a total sample of 196 people. The results of the study show (1) that instructional leadership skills in the digital era are the most needed factors for building a school climate, which are then followed by exemplary factors, strengthening, learning in the classroom and outside the classroom, preparing the vision, mission, and school goals that contain era learning digital, and learning program management, and (2) the principal's skills in solving learning problems during the Covid 19 pandemic are the most needed decision implementation skills factors, which are then followed by problem identification, evaluation, alternative development, and analysis skills factors. decide on alternatives.Keywords: instructional leadership, problem solving, digital era, covid 19 Abstrak: Situasi pandemi Covid-19 ini menjadikan Kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam pemecahan masalah terkait dengan permasalahan pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik kepemimpinan pembelajaran era digital dan pemecahan masalah pembelajaran masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Area proportional random sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 196 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) keterampilan kepemimpinan pembelajaran era digital paling banyak dibutuhkan faktor membangun iklim sekolah, yang selanjutnya secara berturut-turut diikuti faktor keteladanan, penguatan, belajar di kelas dan diluar kelas, penyusunan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah yang berisi pembelajaran era digital, dan pengelolaan program belajar, dan (2) keterampilan kepala sekolah dalam pemecahan masalah pembelajaran masa pandemi Covid 19 paling banyak dibutuhkan faktor keterampilan implemetasi keputusan, yang selanjutnya secara berturut-turut diikuti faktor keterampilan identifikasi masalah, evaluasi, pengembangan alternatif, dan analisis dan memutuskan alternatif.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan pembelajaran, pemecahan masalah, era digital, covid 19

Abstract

Abstract: The development of LMS is very important to facilitate educational activities so that they are well organized. This study aims to find an LMS development model that is in accordance with students' learning interests in the DKV in Vocational High Schools. The development was carried out using the Research and Development (RnD) method and was analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. LMS development through alpha test with a media feasibility percentage of 80.72% and learning and material aspects of 80%. The research approach uses indicators of interest in learning consisting of feelings of pleasure, attention, interest and involvement. The results of the research show that students have learning motivation which is supported by the use of LMS. Changes in pretest and posttest values with symptoms of an increase of 70%. The indicator approach of students' feelings of pleasure was 85.33% with very good criteria, 74.00% student attention with good criteria, 84.00% student interest with very good criteria and 77.67% student involvement with good criteria using LMS.Keywords: LMS development; interest to learn; vocational high School Abstrak: Pengembangan LMS sangat penting guna memfasilitasi kegiatan pendidikan agar tetap terselenggara dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pengembangan LMS yang sesuai dengan minat belajar siswa pada Program Keahlian Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) di SMK. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Research and Development (RnD) dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengembangan LMS melalui uji alfa dengan persentase kelayakan media 80,72% dan aspek pembelajaran dan materi sebesar 80%. Revisi ahli media dan Ahli materi selanjutnya digunakan untuk memperbaiki LMS. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan indikator minat belajar terdiri dari perasaaan senang, perhatian, ketertarikan dan keterlibatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang ditunjang dengan penggunakan LMS. Tinjauan aspek dalam minat belajar bahwa siswa mempunyai kecenderungan memperhatikan dan mengingat materi pelajaran, memiliki rasa suka dan senang, memperoleh kebanggaan dan kepuasan dengan yang diminatinya, lebih menyukai aktifitas dalam pembelajaran daring, siswa berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran daring sebagai minat belajar dengan menggunakan LMS. Perubahan nilai pretest dan posttest dengan gejala peningkatan sebesar 70%. Pendekatan indicator perasaaan senang siswa sebesar 85.33 % dengan kriteria sangat baik, perhatian siswa sebesar 74.00 % dengan kriteria baik, ketertarikan siswa sebesar 84.00 % dengan kriteria sangat baik dan keterlibatan siswa sebesar 77.67 % dengan kriteria baik dengan penggunaaan LMS. Kata kunci: pengembangan LMS; minat belajar; sekolah menengah kejuruan

Abstract

Abstract: The main task of education in the school system is learning. Improving the quality of school-based education does not occur without improving the quality of learning in schools. The effectiveness of a school in achieving its vision, carrying out its mission, meeting learning goals and targets, as well as in carrying out quality learning activities in a school, requires the existence of a principal who is able to display effective leadership, namely learning leadership. In addition, school principals need to improve their competence as learning leaders on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of principals about: Principal leadership, learning leadership, religious leadership, and leadership change in superior schools in a sustainable, independent, and contextual way. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis sekolah tidak terjadi, tanpa peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Keefektifan suatu sekolah dalam menggapai visi, mengemban misi, memenuhi tujuan dan target pembelajaran, demikian pula dalam menjalankan aktivitas pembelajaran yang bermutu di suatu sekolah, mempersyaratkan adanya seorang kepala sekolah yang mampu menampilkan kepemimpinan yang efektif, yaitu kepemimpinan pembelajaran. Selain itu, kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan kompetensinya sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan kegiatan ini berupaya meningkatkan pemahaman kepada kepala sekolah tentang: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan pembelajaran, kepemimpinan religius, dan kepemimpinan perubahan di sekolah unggul secara berkelanjutan, mandiri, dan kontekstual. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan pembelajaran berbasis moral, kepala sekolah unggul

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how students perceive the effectiveness of implementing online education during the corona virus outbreak, and to find out what factors are inhibiting and supporting the implementation of online learning during the pandemic. The research method uses quantitative methods, through descriptive surveys. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, interview respondents in this study amounted to 350 students. The results of this study show. Student perceptions of online learning during the pandemic showed that 24.7% of students were satisfied with the implementation of online learning and 75.3% of students expressed dissatisfaction with the implementation of online learning. Student perceptions about the application used zoom meeting 27.4%. the use of the google classroom application is 13%, the etmodo application is 8% and the use of other applications is 7.3%. Students' perceptions about the affordability of access 52.8% can access learning materials anywhere and anytime, and 47.2% say it is difficult to access learning materials. Student perceptions of online learning as independent learning 53.6% said they were satisfied and 46.4% said they were not satisfied. Student perceptions of online learning communication and equity 57.5% said they were satisfied and 42.5% said they were not satisfied. Factors supporting the implementation of online learning are internet quota assistance from the center, flexibility in accessing material (information), developing applications or learning ethnology. The inhibiting factors are increasing costs, uneven network, no variety of methods, and no 2-way communicationKeywords: Perception, Effectiveness, Online learning
