Abstract

Abstract: Work readiness can be defined as the extent to which individuals are seen to possess the attitudes and characteristics necessary for future success in the workplace. This study aims to assess the Student Work Readiness Scale. Five dimensions and twenty-one items are arranged to measure the construct of student work readiness. The questionnaire survey was administered to 151 students at Universitas Negeri Malang. The correlation of Pearson’s Product Moment to test validity and Cronbach’s Alpha to test reliability. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the learning management of children's cognitive development in the Covid-19 pandemic. The relationship between teachers and parents is very influential in early childhood, so cooperation is carried out between the two for learning management in cognitive early childhood in a pandemic because there are difficulties faced in the teaching and learning process at home. The research method used using qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that there is learning management at Raden Sadjad's Angkasa Lanud Kindergarten for the success of early childhood teaching and learning in cognitive development during the current pandemic, namely: 1) Procedures for studying at home with parents, and 2) Principals and teachers. teachers make learning management for early childhood as attractive and efficient as online teaching and learning but does not eliminate the essence of improving children's cognitive development. Keywords: Learning Management; Cognitive; Early Childhood; Covid-19 Abstrak: Penelitian ini berdasarkan manajemen pembelajaran perkembangan kognitif anak dalam keadaan pandemi Covid-19. Manajemen pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini sangat penting diterapkan terlebih saat pandemi Covid-19 sehingga dapat menjadi acuan untuk guru lain di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian ke dalam data untuk di olah oleh peneliti. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan TK Angkasa Lanud raden Sadjad. Peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan guru, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua di TK Angkasa Lanud Raden Sadjad. Hasil penelitian manajamen pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan perkembangan kongitif anak usia dini untuk jadi acuan ataupun arahan dalam guru memberikan bahan ajar pada anak saat belajar daring dilakukan. Kata kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran; Kognitif; Anak Usia Dini; Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: The study is conducted to see if the teacher performance assessment instruments used over the years have accommodating teacher duties and functions at Christian primary schools 03 Eben haezer and kristen 04 Eben haezer. What problems or deficiencies on the ground are when assessing teacher performance using only government instruments. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection takes place through interviews and observations. Data analysis USES data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Studies have shown that the teacher's performance assessments performed over the years are consistent with the established conditions of preparation, practice, value-giving, and reporting. The teacher's performance assessments do not include the principal and function of teachers at the Christian 03 primary school and Christian primary school 04 Eben haezer that is to be a minister of faith, an academic leader, a spiritual leader, a biblical role model, asa mentor and character educator. The assessments used over the years only use the government's teacher performance assessment instruments. School has no special instrument that assesses the principal duties and functions of the teacher, so the principal cannot judge the teacher's strengths and weaknesses based on his or her principal duties and functions. Another obstacle faced was that teachers could not immediately receive the results of the assessment because the process of processing the old and still be done concurrentlyKeywords: Teacher performance assessment; Principal teacher function Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ketepatan penggunaan instrumen PKG yang mengakomodasi tugas pokok dan fungsi guru di Sekolah Dasar Kristen 03 Eben Haezer dan Kristen 04 Eben Haezer. Permasalahan atau kekurangan apa yang dialami di lapangan ketika menilai kinerja guru dengan hanya menggunakan instrumen  dari pemerintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKG yang dilaksanakan selama ini sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, pemberian nilai, dan pelaporan. PKG tidak mencakup tugas pokok dan fungsi guru di Sekolah Dasar Kristen 03 dan Sekolah Dasar Kristen 04 Eben Haezer yaitu sebagai pelayan iman, pemimpin akademik, pemimpin spiritual, model peran Alkitab, sebagai mentor dan pendidik karakter. Penilaian yang digunakan selama ini hanya menggunakan instrumen PKG dari pemerintah. Sekolah belum memiliki instrumen khusus yang menilai tugas pokok dan fungsi guru akibatnya kepala sekolah tidak dapat menilai kelebihan dan kekurangan guru berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Kendala lain yang dihadapi adalah guru tidak bisa segera menerima hasil penilaian karena proses pengolahan nilai yang lama dan masih dilakukan secara  konvensional. Kata kunci: Implementasi; Penilaian  Kinerja Guru; Tugas Pokok Fungsi Guru

Abstract

Abstract: This study reveals the Management of Education Finance During the Covid-19 Pandemic At Muhammadiyah Elementariy School in Yogyakarta City. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the financial management of education funds during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi and SD Muhammadiyah Miliran experienced a significant difference. This is because the economic power of guardians among these schools has decreased due to the impact of the pandemi which has a direct effect on the ability of guardians to pay education fees. School income has decreased and school expenditures have adjusted cost items adjusted to the needs of online teaching and learning during the pasndemic. Keyword: financial management; educational institution; Covid-19 pandemic Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengungkap pengelolaan keuangan dana pendididikan pada sekolah dasar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian pada SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi Kota Yogyakarta dan SD Muhammadiyah Miliran Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dana pendididikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi dan SD Muhammadiyah Miliran mengalami perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan daya ekonomi wali murid di ke dua sekolah tersebut menurun akibat terimbas pandemi yang berpengaruh secara langsung pada kemampuan wali murid dalam membayar biaya pendidikan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to research the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of educators and education personnel at MTs Swasta Maarif Cilageni, Kadungora, Garut Regency. This study involved 51 respondents who were educators and education staff at MTs Maarif, Cilageni, Kadungor, Garut Regency. Total sampling technique is used in the research where all respondents are used as research samples. The data collection technique was done through a questionnaire. Classical assumption and simple regression tests were carried out in this study to find the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of educators and education personnel at MTs Swasta Maarif Cilageni, Kadungora, Garut Regency. To analyze the data used SPSS 24 for windows program facilities. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that job satisfaction had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of educators and education staff at the Maarif Private MTs, Cilageni, Kadungora, Garut Regency. Job satisfaction can have an effect of 59.4% on organizational commitment while the rest 40.6% is influenced by variables not included in this study. Keywords: Job Satisfaction; Organizational Commitment; Education Administration Management Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MTs Swasta Maarif Cilageni Kecamatan Kadungora Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 51 responden yang merupakan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MTs Maarif, Cilageni, Kadungor, Kabupaten Garut. Teknik total sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimana seluruh responden dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Uji asumsi klasik dan regresi sederhana dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MTs Swasta Maarif Cilageni Kecamatan Kadungora Kabupaten Garut. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan fasilitas program SPSS 24 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MTs Swasta Maarif Cilageni Kadungora Kabupaten Garut. Kepuasan kerja dapat berpengaruh sebesar 59,4% terhadap komitmen organisasi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja; Komitmen Organisasional; Manajemen Administrasi Pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract: The complexity of the challenges for nursing education makes the nursing study program think hard to produce various innovations in curriculum implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to explore the strategy of the nursing undergraduate study program in implementing a nursing curriculum that is oriented to stakeholder demands during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach, using interpretive phenomenological methods. Purposive and snowball sampling was used in this study to help the researchers identify the key informant, with the criteria: ten nursing lecturers who are active in giving lectures in the COVID-19 pandemic, twenty stakeholders (among them: students, nursing clinical instructors, clinical professional nurses, users of nursing graduates) and willing to be an informant. Using semi-structured interview techniques, the data obtained is then analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman & Saldana. The results found five themes, including (1) Increase collaboration with instructors from the clinic; (2) Strengthening the skills of teachers with the blended learning method; (3) Streamline the learning management system; (4) Develop community-based nursing learning during pandemic; (5) Open-effective communication with stakeholders. The effectiveness of the curriculum implementation strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic requires pro-activity from the entire academic community of the nursing study program, to produce quality nursing graduates and meet the high demands of stakeholders during the multi-crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic. The success of the nursing education curriculum system during the COVID-19 pandemic is strongly influenced by the active and positive contributions and collaborations of nursing stakeholders. Keywords: COVID-19 pandemic; curriculum strategies; nursing education; resilience; stakeholders challenges.

Abstract

Abstract: The research objectives are: 1) conducting a needs assessment and 2) designing the development of an integrative thematic educational booklet and guidelines for its use. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The research was conducted at "SD Laboratorium UM" Blitar City. The sample is 54 respondents in upper-grade elementary school. Meanwhile, to collect data with a questionnaire via a google form. The results of the study: (1) Needs analysis consisting of the background of the students who were most studied was class V, the education of parents of students was on average already S1 and then SMA/SMK/MA. Parents' income is more than IDR 5 million, then IDR 2 million - IDR 4.9 million. Parent's job is another answer, then private employees and entrepreneurs. The physical condition of all children is normal. (2) The design of the educational booklet is that many respondents agree, the size is medium, the thickness is medium (50 sheets), the booklet section consists of the beginning, content, closing, the Beginning of the Educational Booklet consists of the introduction, table of contents, list of pictures. The contents of the booklet consist of clean and healthy behavior, nutrition education, puberty, reproduction, and sexual violence. The closing part of the booklet consists of closing remarks, bibliography, glossary, and contact numbers. Physical appearance is bright and soft (soft). Contents and Materials in the Booklet consist of pictures and text (you can also add diagrams and tables). The color of the contents of the educational booklet is soft.Keywords: Educational booklets; integrative thematics; and reproductive health education Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1) melakukan analisis kebutuhan (needs assessment) dan 2) merancang pengembangan buklet edukatif tematik integratif dan pedoman penggunaaanya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis descriptive. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Lab UM Kota Blitar. Sampel sebanyak 54 responden di SD kelas atas. Sedangkan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan angket via google form. Hasil penelitian: (1) Analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari latar belakang siswa yang paling banyak diteliti adalah kelas V, pendidikan orangtua siswa adalah rata-rata sudah S1 selanjutnya pendidikan SMA/SMK/MA. Pendapatan orangtua lebih dari Rp 5 juta selanjutnya Rp 2 Juta – Rp 4,9 juta. Pekerjaan orangtua yaitu jawaban lainnya, selanjutnya pegawai swasta dan wirausaha. Keadaan fisik semua anak adalah normal. (2) Rancangan Buklet edukatif yaitu bahwasannya responden banyak yang setuju, ukuran sedang, ketebalan sedang (50 lembar), bagian buklet terdiri dari awal, isi, penutup, bagian Awal Buklet Edukatif terdiri dari Kata pengantar, daftar isi, daftar gambar. Isi dari Buklet terdiri dari perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, pendidikan gizi, pubertas, reproduksi, dan kekerasan seksual. Bagian penutup buklet terdiri dari kata penutup, daftar pustaka, glosarium, dan nomor kontak. Tampilan fisik yaitu terang dan soft (lembut). Isi dan Materi dalam Buklet terdiri dari gambar dan tulisan (bisa juga ditambah diagram dan tabel). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the needs and determine strategic steps in monitoring activities during online learning as a quality control measure at Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School Salatiga. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of FGD (Forum Group Discussion), observation, and documentation studies involving 20 respondents consisting of principals and teachers at the Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School, Salatiga. The results or data obtained are then analyzed and measured using SWOT analysis to determine the steps and strategies to be taken in the development of the next Gsuite-based monitoring model. This research was conducted in three stages (early stage, process stage, and development stage). In the initial stage, 5 strategic steps were generated, in the process stage 5 strategic steps were generated, and in the final stage 3 strategic steps were generated for the development of a Gsuite-based monitoring model. Keywords: quality control; online learning; monitoring Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan dan menentukan langkah-langkah strategis dalam kegiatan monitoring selama pembelajaran daring sebagai langkah pengendalian mutu pada SD Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara FGD (Forum Group Discussion), observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan 20 responden yang terdiri kepala sekolah dan guru pada lingkungan SD Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Hasil atau data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisa dan diukur dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk menetukan langkah dan strategi yang akan diambil dalam pengembangan model monitoring berbasis Gsuite selanjutnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap (tahap awal, tahap proses, dan tahap pengembangan). Pada tahap awal dihasilkan 5 langkah strategis, pada tahap proses dihasilkan 5 langkah strategis, dan pada tahap Akhir dihasilkan 3 langkah strategis untuk pengembangan model monitoring berbasis Gsuite. Kata kunci:pengendalian mutu; pembelajaran daring; monitoring

Pattimura University is one of the universities that has implemented MBKM as a curriculum. This study aims to assess the implementation of MBKM from students' perspectives. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The technique used for data collection is to use a survey. The results of this study indicate that students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Pattimura University agree and strongly agree with the MBKM curriculum; independent study activities as much as 82%, entrepreneurial activities as much as 86%, research activities as much as 87%, student exchange activities, practical work/internship activities, teaching assistance activities as much as 88%, as well as humanitarian project activities and thematic actual work lecture activities as much as 90%.Keywords: curriculum implementation; MBKM; student perception Abstrak: Merdeka Belajar Kampus (MBKM) merupakan kebijakan yang baru ditetapkan di Indonesia untuk pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Pattimura adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan MBKM sebagi kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilaipelaksanaan MBKM dari perspektif mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan survei. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan di Universitas Pattimura menyatakan setuju dan/atau sangat setuju dengan kurikulum MBKM, baik dari kegiatan studi independen sebanyak 82%, kegiatan wirausaha sebanyak 86%, kegiatan riset sebanyak 87%, kegiatan pertukaran pelajar, kegiatan praktik kerja/magang, kegiatan asistensi mengajar sebanyak 88%, serta kegiatan proyek kemanusiaan dan kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata tematik sebanyak 90%.Kata kunci: implementasi kurikulum; MBKM; persepsi mahasiswa

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the positive effect of student perceptions about the professional competence of lecturers in research methodology subjects on student achievement. The research method used is descriptive associative research, the analysis used is Path Analysis. Research variables include: the professional competence of lecturers in the research methodology subject (X1), learning motivation (X2), and learning achievement (Y). The population in this study were lecturers at the Ministry of Health Jakarta 2 Poltekes who were certified educators, the sample of this study was a lecturer at the Ministry of Health Jakarta 2 Poltekes who were certified educators who taught research methodology courses. The number of research samples was 10 lecturers who taught research methodology courses, which were distributed in 6 departments at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II. Research respondents were students who were taking research methodology courses, totaling 315 students who were divided into 7 classes. Taking respondents in this study using the technique "Proportional Random" as many as 63 respondents by taking 20% of the total number of students per class. The results of the Spearman Correlation Test statistical test with a degree of confidence of 95%, overallthere is an effect of student perceptions about the professional competence of lecturers in research methodology subjects on the learning achievement of students at the Jakarta Health Polytechnic 2. Significantly with a value of p = 0.003 (p value ≤0.05).Key words: competencie; percepti; motivation Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi profesional dosen mata kuliah metodologi penelitian terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif deskriptif, Analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Variabel penelitian antara lain: kompetensi professional dosen mata kuliah metodologi penelitian (X1), motivasi belajar (X2), dan prestasi belajar (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen poltekes kemenkes Jakarta 2 yang bersertifikat pendidik, sampel penelitian ini adalah dosen poltekes kemenkes Jakarta 2 yang bersertifikat pendidik yang mengamu mata kuliah metodologi penelitian. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 10 orang dosen pengampu mata kuliah metodologi penelitian yang terdistribusi pada 6 jurusan yang ada pada Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang sedang mengikuti mata kuliah metodologi penelitian yang berjumlah 315 mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi 7 kelas. Pengambilan responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik “Proportional Random sebanyak 63 responden dengan mengambil 20% jumlah maha siswa tiap kelas. Hasil uji statistik Spearman Correlation Test dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%, secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi profesional dosen mata kuliah metodologi penelitian terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa politeknik kesehatan Jakarta 2. secara bermakna dengan nilai p=0,003 (nilai p≤0,05).Kata kunci: kompetensi; persepsi; motivasi
