Abstract

The home ownership financing system used by Bank BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka and BNI KCP Kolaka is generally the same financing system, because it has its own value from the community. And from each side, the Bank has several approaches to customers where the Islamic Bank approach is religious because it is a banking financial institution whose operations and products are developed based on the Qur'an and hadith. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka?, What is the difference between the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka? and What are the implications of different Financing Systems for customers? The purpose of the study was to determine the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka, to find out the differences in the Home Ownership Financing System at BNI KCP Kolaka and BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka and to find out the implications of the differences in the Financing System for customers. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the subject of the Home Ownership Financing System in Conventional and Islamic Banks. Then the research procedures carried out include intensive observations (observations, documentation, and interviews) about the Home Ownership Financing System in Conventional and Islamic Banks. The research instruments are in the form of observation sheets or notebooks, interview guides, voice recorders, documentation sheets, photographs and required documents. The results showed that the Home Ownership Financing System in Conventional and Islamic Banks. It has several differences, namely in terms of contracts, installment calculations and the interest system because conventional banks use an interest system while Islamic banks only use a buying and selling system (murabahah).

Abstract

There are two Sharia Banks in Kolaka Regency, namely BNI Syariah Bank KCP Kolaka and Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCP Kolaka. The determinants of customer satisfaction include service quality and customer experience. To attract the hearts of its customers, every company, especially the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank, must always provide and pay attention to customer satisfaction. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank? The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was a simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach. Determination of the number of representative samples that depends on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 based on the results of a questionnaire with a total of 65 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Accidental Sampling method, which is a sampling technique based on chance. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, the data in this study are direct answers assisted by questionnaires or questionnaires given directly by customers to be filled in according to the actual situation. Data analysis techniques through the SPSS 0.20 program are Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions Test, and Statistics. The results showed that by using a questionnaire or questionnaire, researchers obtained research results by showing that partially the Service Quality Variable (X1) had no positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y) with a Sig value. Of 0.154 while the Customer Experience Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y) with a Sig value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the Service Quality and Customer Experience variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Customer Satisfaction Variable.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many people have used this credit loan to help their lives. However, in terms of payments that must be paid by the customer at the time agreed upon by the bank, there are often arrears. This causes bad credit. Bad credit or non-performing financing is a common problem in the banking world. This can be seen from the many ways of handling non-performing financing. One of them is restructuring. The formulation of the problem in this research is what factors cause problem financing, how is the implementation of restructuring policy in overcoming problem financing, and how is the effectiveness of implementing restructuring policy in overcoming problematic financing at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCP Kolaka? The research objectives are to find out what factors cause problem financing, to know the implementation of restructuring policies in overcoming Problem Financing, and to find out how effective the implementation of restructuring policies in overcoming problematic financing at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCP Kolaka. The research method used includes qualitative research with a descriptive approach, this research was conducted at the office of Bank Mamalat Kcp Kolaka from October to December. The data sources are managers and employees as primary data and documents from Bank Muamalat as secondary data, using interview and documentation data collection techniques. The collected data is analyzed and then concluded to facilitate the reader. The results of this study indicate that financing problems are caused by two factors, the bank's internal factors and the customer's external factors. The policy of providing restructuring for problematic customers is given when the customer is in a 2C collectibility condition, namely the substandard class, where the customer has failed to pay for three months. The effectiveness of the implementation of this restructuring is very effective. This can be seen from the history of customers in helping customer problems.

Abstract

The Kolaka Regent and the Kolaka Deputy Regent were present with the SMS Berjaya tagline (Strategi Mekongga Sejahtera Bekerja dan berkarya) which contained the Vision, Mission and 9 Priority Programs, where one of the points contained the acceleration of infrastructure development, the infrastructure development was carried out as an effort to encourage the district's economic development. Kolaka in general and Kolaka sub-district in particular in a better direction. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Road and Drainage Infrastructure has an effect on economic development in Kolaka sub-district. The research method used includes the type of quantitative research, and uses the Cluster Area Random Sampling method as a sampling technique, as well as using questionnaires and interviews as data collection techniques and using Validity, Reality, Normality and Multiple Linear Regression Tests as questionnaire test tools and domain analysis as tools used in processing interview data. The results showed that road and drainage infrastructure had a positive but not significant effect on the economic development of the Kolaka sub-district. This can be seen if the length of the road increases by 1%, economic development only increases by 0.28%. Drainage infrastructure has a positive and significant influence on the economic development of the Kolaka sub-district. With a confidence level of 0.785.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat Indonesia is a sharia bank that was first established in Indonesia and one of the banks whose operational activities are based on sharia principles or Islamic principles, namely the Qur'an and Hadith which aims to realize a superior financial services and payment traffic or banking system, and free from the usury or interest system by applying sharia principles. The products in Bank Muamalat Indonesia have diversity, including financing products based on buying and selling using murabahah contracts. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to apply murabahah financing at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka? and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic murabahah financing at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of murabahah financing at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic murabahah financing at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka. The research method used is this type of research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The process of collecting data was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation of murabahah financing. The research instruments were in the form of observation sheets or notebooks, interview guides and voice recorders, and documentation sheets in the form of photos and required documents. Data analysis used data reduction methods, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that murabahah financing that was practiced at Bank Muamalat KCP Kolaka in general was in accordance with sharia principles, namely the provisions stipulated in the DSN MUI fatwas both in terms of the terms of the parties, the murabahah contract, the pillars of murabahah, the stages of murabahah that applies to Islamic banking in Indonesia and several provisions relating to murabaha financing.

Abstract

In submitting a pledge for goods for this micro and small business, Perum Pegadaian needs to see and analyze the feasibility of a customer, namely by completing the financing application procedure, completing the financing requirements (such as conducting an assessment of prospective customers with 5C aspects (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), conduct an analysis of the business feasibility of the customer and assess the estimated guarantee held by the customer. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the feasibility of customers in submitting goods pawns for micro, small and medium enterprises at PT. Pawnshop Kolaka Branch? The aim is to describe the feasibility of customers in submitting pledges for goods for micro and small businesses at PT. Pawnshop Kolaka branch.The approach of this research is a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research using field data obtained. The data collection instruments used observation sheets, interview sheets, and documentation sheets. The results of the study are aimed at assessing the feasibility of customers used by PT. Pegadaian Kolaka Branch in providing KREASI financing is by completing the financing requirements and fulfilling the KREASI financing procedure. Assessing prospective customers with aspects of 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), conducting analysis of customer business feasibility and assessing the estimated guarantee owned by customers, namely BPKB for motorbikes or cars. The purpose of the customer's business feasibility assessment is to avoid bad financing where the customer is unable to repay the debt, for this reason a business feasibility analysis is needed in this financing.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the BNI Syariah Bank KCP Mikro Kolaka, which is the only Islamic bank in Kolaka that is still actively receiving financing, especially for iB Griya Hasanah KPRS financing. BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka provides mortgage financing products that are in accordance with sharia principles, namely the murabahah contract. Therefore, it is necessary to know the systems and procedures carried out at BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka. This study aims to explain and analyze the implementation of the KPRS financing system and procedures based on the murᾱbahah contract applied to the BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka bank, and aims to determine whether the theories of the experts and the implementation of KPRS financing with the murbahah contract at the BNI Syariah KCP Micro Kolaka bank have been implemented corresponding. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe or provide a clear and systematic description of the research on systems and procedures for providing financing, receiving installments, and financing problems. Collecting data in the form of primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted by means of observation, interviews, and documentation to the parties concerned. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of KPRS financing systems and procedures with murabahah contracts at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka includes procedures for providing financing from filling out forms to disbursing financing, procedures for receiving installments, and resolving non-performing financing by way of restructuring has been carried out quite well, in accordance with sharia provisions and the ideas of scientists.

Abstract

Home Industry is a place to live that doubles as a business, both offices, trade in goods and services. Home Industry plays an important role for the economic growth of the community, one of which is the Ayu Bakery Home Industry which is located at Jalan. Andi Jemma, Kolaka sub-district, but in terms of marketing it is not yet comprehensive. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the success strategy of Ayu Bakery's Home Industry Business in Kolaka District and the inhibiting factors of Ayu Bakery's Home Industry Strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the Success Strategy of Ayu Bakery's Home Industry Business in Kolaka District and the inhibiting factors of Ayu Bakery's Home Industry Strategy. The research method used includes the type of qualitative research, which is the object of the Ayu Bakery Home Industry Business Success Strategy in Kolaka District. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation and observation. And the research instrument used is an interview guide to the owner, employee, distributor, and consumer of Ayu Bakery as well as documentation in the form of interview sheets and documentation photos. The results of this research are that the Ayu Bakery Home Industry Business Success Strategy in Kolaka District is to increase production capacity to meet market demand, maintain the quality of raw materials, maintain good relations with distributors by providing guarantees and feed back for consumers and distributors in terms of taste, size , and packaging, create a healthy competitiveness, and innovative product development and maintain prices.

Abstract

The marketing strategy in selling the products used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kolaka especially in Wadi'ah savings products is generally the same as the marketing strategy with other banks but Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kolaka has its own value. The Bank has approaches to customers, whether it is a religious or emotional approach where customers see that Islamic Banks are banking financial institutions whose operations and products are developed based on the Qur'an and Hadith. What are the obstacles faced by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kolaka in carrying out marketing strategies? How is the development of the wadi'ah savings product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kolaka? The aim is to find out how the marketing strategy of wadi'ah savings products at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kolaka. To find out what are the obstacles faced by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kolaka in carrying out marketing strategies. To find out how the development of wadi'ah savings products at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kolaka. Descriptive method to describe, describe, or explain the state of the object of the wadi'ah savings marketing strategy. Then the research procedures carried out included intensive observations (observations, documentation, interviews), research instruments in the form of observation sheets or notebooks, interview guidelines, documentation sheets. The data analysis techniques are in the form of data collection, data processing/data reduction using the QSPM matrix, presenting data using the QSPM method, drawing conclusions using the QSPM method. The results of the study show that in the QSPM matrix, researchers can draw the conclusion that the sequence of strategies that have the most opportunity to get customers is the pick-up strategy, personal selling, gathering, CS optimization, door to door.

Abstract

The development of technology that forms the online system in socializing also affects the economic system that takes place online. The online system in muamalah activities should provide a positive side in facilitating activities that are able to bring the seller closer to the buyer without any restrictions on the seller's space. However, the positive side will raise doubts about the muamalah system that is in accordance with Islamic law. Which raises several questions in the formulation of the problem, namely; how is the online buying and selling transaction system?, what are the benefits that arise from buying and selling online?, and whether online buying and selling does not contain elements of maghrib?. From the research conducted, it shows that in selling online there are two types of payment transaction models, namely there are those who pay half the price of the goods as collateral and there are those who pay in full after the goods arrive. The benefits of buying and selling online are that it makes it easier for online sellers to market their goods and for buyers no longer need to go to the store to look for the items they need. In buying and selling online there are also those that are not in accordance with Islamic law, as in this study there is an element of gharar in it, namely the difference in the color of the goods (clothing) as much as 98% because of the lighting when photographing the item. However, the element of gharar can still be forgiven because the element is still relatively small and there is voluntary action from both parties, especially to the buyer.
