Abstract

Abstract The methods of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an which have so far not provided and alternative solution to the huffāẓ to maintain the recitation of the Qur'an easily, practically, systematically, flexibly and in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, so that not a few huffs have difficulty in maintaining their memorization. Ma'had Tahfiẓul Qur'an Abu Bakr Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta offers a method of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an easily, practical, systematic, flexible and in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, namely the famī bisyauqin method. This research is a study that uses a qualitative descriptive approach, carried out in Ma'had Tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research subjects are mudir ma’had and huffāẓ. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method in maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an at huffāẓ in the ma'had tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash -Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Ma’had Tahfiẓul Qur’an Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta menawarkan metode dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW, yaitu metode famī bisyauqin. Peneletian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan di Ma’had Tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitiannya adalah mudir ma’had dan huffāẓ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, dan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi metode famī bisyauqin dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān pada huffāẓ di ma’had tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Abstract

ملخص البحث إن معرفة قصد الشارع من سوق الأحكام أمر مهم يتوجب على الناظر أن يدركه ادراكا موافقا لما رامه الشارع، و لقد تعدد آراء النظار باستصحاب خلفيتهم الفكرية والعقدية وعليه تمايزت جملة من المدارس في النظر للنصوص القرآنية وبيان مراد الله منها. في هذا البحث تذكر ثلاث أنواع من المدارس: الباطنية، الظاهرية،جمهور. تعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي و تحتوي على ثلات الامباحث.من أهم النتائج يتجلى أن للخلفية العقدية والفكرية أثر في بيان المراد وابداء التفسير وفق ما يخدم المنهج والفكر المعين للمتقصد. فن المقاصد من العلوم التي ترفع لنا الخلاف الواقع والمتوقع والمشتبه . الكلمات المفتاحة: مدارس مقاصد، أحكام، النظر Abstact Knowing the purpose of the sharia or judgments is important that the beholder should be aware of in accordance with what was thrown on judgments, and the views of the principals were accompanied by their intellectual and ideological background and therefore differentiated a number of schools in the consideration of the Quranic texts and the statement of The God. In this research mentioned three types of schools: Batiniyyah, Dohiriyan, and Jumhur or in another name call Ahlu Sunnah. This research-based on descriptive approach and contains the three parts of the researcher. The most important results are the background of the faith or theology ideology and intellectual effect in the statement of intent and the interpretation of what serves the curriculum and thought specific to the intended. Abstract

Abstract The Human Rights stated in the United Nation Chartered are believed to be the universal ones. Meanwhile, Alquran as the source of all life aspects of human beings including human rights. Historically, Alquran comes before the United Nation Human Rights Charter. The main purpose of this paper is to highlight the idea that Alquran is the primary resource of human rights including the United Nation Human Rights. This study is conducted by applying qualitative library research. The result of the study emphasizes that human rights in Alquran are the basic paradigma of the human rights of the united nation due to the fundamental and essential human philosophical values coverage in the Alquran. Abstrak Hak Asasi Manusia yang dinyatakan dalam United Nation Chartered adalah semua aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk hak asasi manusia. Secara historis, Al-Qur’an telah meletakan pondasi untuk menjunjung harkat martabat manusia dengan menghargai hak-haknya jauh sebelum Piagam Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana al-Qur’an menyebutkna hak-hak asasi manusia yang erat kaitannya dalam kehidupan social. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, dengan pendekatan tasfir tematik. Hasil penelitian menekankan bahwa hak asasi manusia dalam Al-Qur’an adalah paradigma dasar dari hak asasi manusia bangsa yang bersatu karena nilai filosofis manusia yang fundamental dan esensial dalam Al-Qur’an. Abstract

Abstract Jinnah is a supporter of Hindu-Muslim unity. He joined the All India National Congress, which became the leader of the Indian independence movement with more than 15 million members. In 1913, Jinnah decided to join the All India Muslim League. He worked for Hindu-Muslim unity through the League. Based on the results of the Muslim League Session held in Lucknow, a joint plan, known as the "Lucknow Pact", wich has many actions had finally led to divisions between Muslims and Hindus. The interests of Muslims could only be guaranteed by forming a separate state from the Hindu state in India. Ali Jinnah determination to separate Indian Muslim as known as Pakistan. The methodology used in this paper is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach that focuses on the history of the formation of the Islamic State of Pakistan and the role of Ali Jinnah in realizing Muslim rights as a minority in India. Jinnah is a Nationalist who loves her country (India) and even the formation of Pakistan was a form of his love for India and Muslims. The formation of the Islamic State of Pakistan in the thoughts and movements and efforts undertaken by Jinnah as a form of attention to the rights of minorities and to unify the differences between Islam and Hinduism Keywords: Ali Jinnah, Pakistan, India Abstrak Jinnah adalah pendukung persatuan Hindu-Muslim, ia bergabung dengan All India National Congress. Kongres ini menjadi pemimpin gerakan kemerdekaan India dengan lebih dari 15 juta anggota pada tahun 1913, Jinnah memutuskan bergabung dengan All India Muslim League (Liga Muslim India). Ia bekerja untuk kesatuan Hindu-Muslim dari dalam Liga. Dalam pelaksanaan “Pakta Lucknow” banyak perbuatan yang akhirnya menimbulkan perpecahan antara Muslim dan Hindu. Sehingga Jinnah berupaya untuk membentuk Negara Islam Pakistan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam paper ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka yang menitik beratkan kepada sejarah terbentuknya negara Islam Pakistan dan peran Ali Jinnah dalam mewujudkan hak-hak muslim sebagai minoritas di India. Jinnah adalah seorang Nasionalis yang mencintai negaranya (India) bahkan terbentuknya negara Pakistanpun merupakan wujud kecintaannya terhadap India dan Umat Islam. Pembentukan negara Islam Pakistan dalam pemikiran dan pergerakan serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh Jinnah sebagai bentuk perhatiannya terhadap hak-hak minoritas dan mempersatukan perbedaan antara Islam dan Hindu. Abstract

Modernism and postmodernism were born from mainland Europe and America. This philosophical thought penetrated religious issues. Postmodernism was born as an attempt to understand social conditions and phenomena, the term postmodernism appeared for the first time in literature in 1939. In the context of religion, Postmodernism in its aim so that religious understanding does not fall into the system of totalitarian interpretation in a religious context and the context of social systems, economics, culture, and politics. The topic of Postmodernism in this paper is presented based on its actuality and to stimulate our thinking which is generally still oriented to modern or even traditional concepts. By studying this relatively new concept we will be confronted with the basic question of which philosophical thinking results have correlation values ​​and relevance to the development and demands of contemporary society, not which ones are theoretically correct. The statement confirms the relativity of reason. The realm of absolute truth is not in humans, absolute truth is from and belongs to God. Keywords: Postmodernism, Contemporary Islam, Moderism Abstrak Modernisme dan postmodernisme lahir dari daratan Eropa dan Amerika Pemikiran filosofis ini merambah ke persoalan keagamaan. Postmodernime lahir sebagai usaha memahami kondisi dan fenomena sosial, istilah postmodernisme muncul untuk pertama kalinya dalam sastra pada tahun 1939. Dalam konteks keagamaan, Postmodernisme dalam bertujuannya agar faham keagamaan tidak jatuh pada sistem tafsir totaliter tunggal dalam konteks keagamaan dan dalam konteks sistem sosial, ekonomi, budaya dan politik. Topik Postmodernisme dalam tulisan ini disajikan berdasarkan pada aktualitasnya dan guna merangsang pemikiran kita yang pada umumnya masih berorientasi pada konsep-konsep modern atau bahkan tradisional. Dengan mempelajari konsep yang relatif baru ini kita akan dihadapkan pada pertanyaan dasar tentang hasil pemkiran filsafat yang manakah yang mempunyai nilai korelasi dan relevansi dengan perkembangan dan tuntutan masyarakat kontemporer, bukan yang manakah yang benar secara teoritis an sich. Pernyataan tersebut menegaskan relativitas kebenaran nalar. Wilayah kebenaran mutlak bukan ada pada manusia, Kebenaran mutlak adalah dari dan milik Tuhan. Abstract

This paper purpose to discuss matters of state defense, methods and techniques of presentation in the book of Islamic Higher Education level. The values of state defense include proud of the homeland, the awareness of the nation and the state, convinced that Pancasila as the state ideology, the willingness to sacrifice for the nation and state and have basic ability to defend the country. This research approach uses an analytical approach to analyze the value of state defense in the book of Islamic Education published by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Erlangga, and Yudhishthira. This research produces some important things about the values of state defense which is presented in the book of Islamic Education and its presentation technique. Keywords: Values, State Defense, High School PAI Book Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas nilai-nilai bela negara, metode dan teknik penyajiannya dalam buku Pendidikan Agama Islam tingkat SMA. Nilai-nilai bela negara meliputi kecintaan terhadap tanah air, kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara, yakin Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara, kerelaan berkorban untuk bangsa dan negara serta memiliki kemampuan awal bela negara. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi untuk menganalisa nilai-nilai bela negara dalam buku Pendidikan Agama Islam terbitan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Erlangga, dan Yudhistira. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal penting tentang nilai-nilai bela negara yang disampaikan dalam buku Pendidikan Agama Islam dan teknik penyajiannya. Abstract

This research aims at studying a significant precise issue of the science of Illal al-hadith, which is to discuss the validity of some narrators who al-hadith critics have differed upon in proving their hearing from their Shiekh. In view of the fact that it was not proven that the narrator has heard al-hadith from his Shiekh or some others have refuted it. To achieve the aim of this study, I followed the incomplete inductive method in collecting the models studied and the reviewed data. Then I used the deductive and the critical approach in analyzing and studying these data to conclude a precise result for the issue of hearing. I devoted a chapter to each model. The most significant results of this study include the following: the fact of proving hearing or refuting it is a matter of judgment according to what evidence the critic has found and has proven. it does not always take on consideration the words of the critic who has proven the issue of hearing against the one who has denied it. The existence of many of the evidence used by al-hadith critics to prove hearing or refuting it, and other results. Abstract

The different interpretations of the holy texts of the Qur'an further broaden the horizon of Muslim understanding of the content of God's messages on the one hand. But on the other hand, the greater the interpretation if not accompanied by an attitude of openness will lead to idiologization (talwiin) to certain understandings arising from that interpretation. Such an idiologisation will elicit a blind and faithless fanatic attitude in religion. Violence in the name of religion and the various conflicts among fellow Muslims recorded in the history of Islam from the past until now is concrete evidence of the negative effects of an interpretation. Therefore this paper is present to provide a comprehensive picture of the recitation of the Qur'an. Keywords: Al-Qur'an, Contemporary Tafsir, Interpretation Abstrak Perbedaan penafsiran terhadap teks suci al-Qur’an semakin memperluas horizon pemahaman umat Islam tentang kandungan pesan-pesan Tuhan di satu sisi. Namun di sisi lain, semakin banyaknya penafsiran tersebut apabila tidak dibarengi dengan sikap keterbukaan akan menimbulkan idiologisasi (talwiin) terhadap pemahaman-pemahaman tertentu yang muncul akibat penafsiran itu. Idiologisasi tersebut akan memunculkan sikap fanatik buta dan ketertutupan dalam beragama. Kekerasan atas nama agama dan berbagai konflik antar sesama pemeluk Islam yang tercatat dalam sejarah Islam dari dulu hingga sekarang adalah bukti kongkrit efek negatif sebuah penafsiran. Abstract

يركّز هذا البحث على بيان موقف القرآن الكريم من تثبيت أنشطة النساء حول المساجد، كالمشاركة في صلاة الجماعة واستماع الخطبة والمساهمة في الأعمال الخيريّة والإصلاحية. لأن النساء في القارّة الهندية خاصّةً تمنع من المساجد استدلالاً من بعض الأحاديث فقط، والقرآن أحق في بيان الأصول لهذه القضية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي، وتم ذلك عن طريق جمع الآيات القرآنية التي تتحدّث عن حضور النساء في المساجد، والمنهج التحليلي تم عن طريق تحليل الآيات المتعلقة بالموضوع. وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج، ومن أهمّها: خروج النساء إلى المساجد وعقد الأنشطة حولها أمر ثابت بالقرآن الكريم. فمن يشتبه في مثل هذا الحكم الثابت فلا بدّ له من الرجوع إلى المصادر الأصليّة للإسلام: القرآن الكريم ثم الأحاديث النبوية. فقضية حضور النساء في المساجد جائز لما دلّ عليه القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية تُبين كيفيّتها وضوابطها، كما تُبين الموانع منها.

Abstract

The development of science and technology can reduce the interest and learning of the Koran. An increasingly modern era gave birth to various gadgets in which there are exciting applications and games. Responding to the problem, the government of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia then made an application for the Ministry of Religion's Qur'an, that the Qur'an can now be studied not only through printing media but turned to applications that are more practical and easier for the community. On the other hand, the study of al-Qur'an in the gadget then leaves many problems dilemma around the sacredness of the Qur'an. with a descriptive analytical-writing method, it examines and explores the application of the Ministry of Religion's Qur'an from its development background, features, patterns of presentation of the Qur'an to its advantages and disadvantages.
