Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the issue or phenomenon where there are some users of hospital services less memuasakan as the sample is; Baby missing, the alleged malpractice, patient complaints because the queues were so maximum and the lack of speed and accuracy in pasien.Hal menanganan this may indicate that the hospital services to the customers (patients) have not and or do not satisfy the customer. In general, this study aimed to analyze the effect of Service Quality, Competence and Education Level on Customer Satisfaction with Work Experience as a moderating variable. So it can be analyzed whether the variable Work experience can serve as a moderating towards Customer Satisfaction. Specifically, this research aims to increase customer satisfaction on hospital services in the city of  Semarang. With good service, competence and level of education and experience sufficient work of the hospital staff then the output will be achieved customer satisfaction.The variables in this study consisted of five variables which in the first stage variable Service Quality, Competence and Education Level becomes the independent variable while Customer Satisfaction becomes the dependent variable. Then in the second stage of the three independent variables with the variable in moderating Work Experience.Research data collection techniques by means of a questionnaire spread on hospital visitors in Semarang systematically arranged with multiple choice answers are easy to understand. Distribution of the questionnaire by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period MayAugust 2014 with a sample of some 155 people. Then the data were collected through a questionnaire to test the data analyst; validity and reliability, the classic assumption test followed by a multiple regression analysis, testing moderating variable by using MRA (Moderated RegressionAnalysis).

Abstract

Declining student achievement happens in SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang estimated as maximal performance of teachers in guiding students. The ability of teachers views of education and training is still less than the maximum because of the lack of opportunity to follow pendididikan and training. Census method used in this study. The fourth hypothesis proposed in this study are all accepted. Results of research by multiple linear regression analysis showed that the most dominant variable is the motivation to work with the highest regression coefficient, amounting to 0.433 followed by a variable commitment, amounting to 0.281; and variable working capability of 0,260. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.577, or (57.7%), describes the work motivation, commitment and ability to work simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. While the rest (100% - 57.7% = 42.3%) is explained by other variables outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

The general purpose of these paper is to empowerment of fishing society through the strengthening of fisher koperasi as one of the breakthroughs of capital needs to increasing revenue for the break cycle of poor. Model of institutional strengthening directed to revitalized organization and business which has been there. The respondent of these research are people of semarang coast. Primer data was collected in Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method which questionnaire and interview. A data analysis used descriptive analysis. This study identified some of the benefits if fisher join with koperasi are 1. To bulid economies of scale in any transaction in input markets and output markets. So that will achieve efficiency and improved bargaining power to higher prices in the output market and reduce price in input markets. 2. To get external economics that can be encrease productivity.3. To get the benefits of non-economic because of the pooling individuals into groups. So that fishermen decision to join koperasi is a strategic decision and relevant to strengthening the bargaining power in input and output markets and strengthening cooperation in partnership with other external partie.

Abstract

Among the resources that supports the organization is human resources that have a central role. The central role of human resources is due to any shape and purpose made by various organizations for the benefit of human vision and mission execution is managed and taken care of humans, so if an organization wants to be able to achieve its goals by both the organization must be supported by human resources quality.The object of this research was conducted at the District Office employees Gunungpati. The population in this study were employees of the District Office Gunungpati and sampling using census techniques that produce samples totaling 68 employees. The data analysis technique used is the use of multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable (X) against compensation (Y1), there is a positive and significant effect of motivation variables (X2) on employee performance (Y2) and there is a positive and significant effect of  variable compensation (Y1) on employee performance (Y2).

Abstract

This study aimed to examine debt to equity, profitability, ownership structure, firm size, auditor quality and auditor switching on timeliness of the submission of the financial statements. The samples in this study were food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange during 2010-2012 amounts to 46 data. The data were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Research results showed that auditor switching had significant influence on timeliness of financial statements. While debt to equity, ownership structure, firm size, profitability, and auditor quality had no effect on timeliness of financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the wisdom in addition to the company as well as to determine the influence of company policy, namely: the provision of salary or wages, proper staffing, work environment, provision of facilities and incentives to the spirit and enthusiasm of employees at PT. Borneo Oil Kusuma (BOK) in Sukamara. Using multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) with 63 respondents. The analysis showed that the dimensions of the company’s policy that includes: provision of salary or wages, the provision of facilities and incentives significant and positive impact on the morale and enthusiasm of employees at PT. Borneo Oil Kusuma (BOK) in Sukamara. While the dimensions of the company’s policy which includes: proper placement of employees and the work environment is not significant and positive impact on the morale and enthusiasm of employees at PT. Borneo Oil Kusuma (BOK) in Sukamara.

Abstract

This research is motivated by business competition in the smartphone market where smartphones are growing very rapidly. This study aims to determine the effect of service performance and relationship marketing on customer loyalty. Specifically, this study aims to provide solutions to increase smartphone sales amid increasingly fierce competition. The variables in this study consists of three variables: service performance and relationship marketing becomes the independent variable while loyalty becomes the dependent variable. Data collection techniques by spreading questionnaire study on smartphone users in the city of Semarang are arranged systematically with few options easy to understand answer. Distribution of questionnaires carried out in the period from January to March 2015, with the sample for a total of 90 people. Then the data collected through a questionnaire to test the validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. To obtain regression results BLUES (best linear Unbiased estimated), previously performed classical assumption. The result of the research proves that there is positive direct influence between service performance and relationship marketing to customer loyality.
