This study aims to determine the factors that cause postpartum depression. This research method is a systematic review by searching for article data sources through electronic databases, namely Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Proquest, and Google Scholar (2016-2020). The results showed that 18 research articles included higher factors for postpartum depression, namely young age, multiparity parity, history of abortion, and lack of husband and family social support. Mothers who work high experience postpartum depression. The factors that are more likely to experience postpartum depression are a history of childbirth complications, the sex of the unwanted baby, higher education, widowed or unmarried women, unplanned pregnancy, low economy, domestic violence, and marital satisfaction. In conclusion, the factors that can cause postpartum depression are age, parity, history of abortion, social support, husband, family, occupation, history of childbirth complications, sex of the baby, education, marital status, unplanned pregnancy, and economic status, violence. Abstract

This study aims to identify how patient and family education programs affect patient satisfaction. This research method is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The results showed a significant effect between the educational program and patient satisfaction with a value of p = 0.000 (p≤0.05), where the coefficient of determination showed the magnitude of the effect of the education program on patient satisfaction with an R-value of squared = 0.133. In conclusion, there is a significant effect between educational programs on patient satisfaction on the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles with the most dominant influence on the dimensions of reliability. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the situational leadership style of the head of the room on the application of nursing ethical principles. This research method is quantitative research with a correlation design. The results showed that the situational leadership style of the head of the room in the inpatient room that dominated more was consultation, namely 35 nurses (33.3%), and the principles of nursing ethics showed a suitable category, as many as 84 (80%). In conclusion, there is an influence of the situational leadership style of the head of the room on the application of nursing ethical principles in providing nursing care at the University Hospital of North Sumatra. Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of modifying drug-taking control using digital communication media on Tuberculosis survivors. The research method used is a literature review by searching five databases. Namely, Google Scholar, Clinical Key, EbscoHost, and Pubmed, using the keywords "Tuberculosis," "adherence," "internet", "Smartphone," and "Directly Observed." The results of the study found that the monitoring method for taking medication involved digital information technology, namely 1) a smartphone that can play videos and the "Video Observed Treatment" application can be installed, 2) "E monitor via a smartphone that is used as a reminder to take medication, 3) a device that functions as a monitoring box to remind people to take medication 4) Reminders that are carried out using telephone devices that are intervened directly from the center. In conclusion, patient adherence to treatment in the control group resulted in a lower estimate of the effectiveness of the intervention with the test case group using digital communication media. Abstract

This study aims to optimize the application of SBAR communication during handovers between nursing shifts. This research method is a case study with a situation analysis. The results showed that the application of SBAR communication was not optimal when handing over patients between nursing shifts. Innovations are developed by making additional recommendations for SBAR SOPs and monitoring and evaluation drafts referring to the literature. A trial of money filling can be carried out. In conclusion, it is necessary to have a supervisor (Karu) whose function is to direct nurses, especially in the implementation of the handover, so that the nurse will carry out the weigh-in following the direction of the head of the room and the SOP that applies in the room regarding the implementation of the handover. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of health education on personal hygiene with audio-visual media (video) on the knowledge and behavior of adolescent girls. This quantitative research method uses a pretest-posttest design with a control group design with the type of intervention using video learning in the intervention group. The results of the t-test showed that the knowledge aspect was p-value = 0.587 (p > 0.05), while the behavior was 0.011 (sig < 0.05). In conclusion, health education using audio-visual (video) is proven to improve the behavior of adolescent girls in improving personal hygiene and is more effective than learning using PPT. Abstract

This study aims to describe family psychoeducation for elderly clients and caregivers with hypertension. This research method uses a case study method to analyze in-depth the benefits of family psychoeducation for clients and elderly caregivers with hypertension. The results showed that the benefits of providing family psychoeducation impacted clients and caregivers by increasing knowledge from those who did not understand hypertension. To become more understanding about hypertension, caregivers were able to practice dealing with stress and burdens in the family. In conclusion, applying family psychoeducation nursing actions to elderly clients and caregivers with hypertension can increase knowledge about hypertension and assist caregivers in providing care to hypertensive clients in managing stress and family burdens so that caregivers can carry out their activities and roles optimally. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of Poisson and Binomial Negative modeling to the causative factors of gum abscess incidence in West Java. The research methods used are Poisson Regression and Binomial Negative. Predictors of this research are the habit of eating sweet foods (X1), the habit of consumption of sugary drinks (X2), the habit of never going to a dental medical personnel (X3). The results of the study obtained AIC values in negative binomial models smaller than in the Poisson regression model. In negative Binomial regression modeling, variables in the habit of eating sweet foods have a positive and significant effect on the incidence rate of Gingivitis in West Java with a value of CI 95%. Keywords: Regression, Binomial Negative, Poisson, Gum Abscess, Gingivitis
