Abstract

This research aims to determine some factors that affect employee job satisfaction. Object of this research is the administrative and support staff (educational staff) of Unisma Bekasi. The research was conducted in Unisma Bekasi with a population of administrative staff and support staff of 122 employees. In this research, the data will be analyzed using non parametric statistic test analysis, with the perception of matrix performance Important to show some factors that will be priority and the description method that aims to describe the characteristics of the factors that are taking place when the research is done. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed by using mark rank technique from wilcoxon. The results showed that all indicators of employee satisfaction are financial factors, physical factors, social factors and psychological factors are members of the indication that the expected satisfaction during this tend not to match the reality

Abstract

This article explains on how effective performance management and employee engagement are likely to have an important and unique influence on high employee performance. The result shows that effective performance management has directly and indirectly influence on employee performance and directly influence employee engagement, it also was proved that employee engagement has directly influence on employee performance. Then, to produce some employee performance increments may be best achieved by integrating employee engagement to the performance management system at the organization. Employees who are engaged in their work and committed to their organizations give companies crucial competitive advantages, including higher productivity and lower employee turnover.  To this end, a new approach is introduced to the performance management process that includes employee engagement and the key drivers of employee engagement at each stage of performance management.

Abstract

This study attempts to explain the causality relationship between economic growth and poverty in East Nusa Tenggara Province from 2002 to 2015. The data used is time series data analyzed using Granger Causality analysis tool. It is found that the economic growth is in the stationary state, while poverty is not. It is then differentiated at the first level (1st difference). Economic growth and poverty East Nusa Tenggara Province has a cointegration relationship and direct causal relationship where economic growth affects poverty. The result of Vector Error Corection Model (VECM) test shows that economic growth has a positive and significant impact on poverty in East Nusa Tenggara province, that 1% increase of economic growth can increase poverty by 1.855720. It is due to the diverse natural resources possessed by each area in East Nusa Tenggara, which the government should take into account when making policies in efforts to reduce poverty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, perceptions of rewards and perceptions of supervise affect the performance of lecturers in implementing teaching and learning process at Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi.While, the data in this study were obtained through questionnaires given to the lecturers who remained in the environment of Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi. From a sample of 101 questionnaires distributed to permanent lecturers in Universitas Islam?45? Bekasi, only 34 questionnaires were returned, then analyzed by multiple regression techniques. Based on the result of the questionnaires collected can be disclosed that work motivation and reward perception have a significant positive effect on the performance of lecturers in implementing teaching and learning process, while job satisfaction and perception of supervision does not affect the performance of lecturers in implementing the learning process in Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi.

Abstract

This research focuses on the perception of the factors that influence satisfaction during delay, such as the perceived waiting time, satisfaction with delay information obtained, and satisfaction of environmental conditions during the waiting time, to the waiting time satisfaction and their influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty of customers in the aviation business at Adisucipto airport, Yogyakarta. This study analyzed by multiple regression analysis. This study found that there is a significant and positive effect of satisfaction with waiting environment on waiting satisfaction and customer satisfaction directly and the waiting time satisfaction does not have a moderating effect on the relationship of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of sukuk in national economic development. During this time the source of development financing consists of several kinds including taxes, bonds, foreign debt and Islamic bonds (sukuk). Sukuk has been developed in Indonesia since 2002 (published Indosat) and is still growing and the number of issuers are even greater. The research method using descriptive quantitative, data source in this research is secondary data obtained, balance of payments in the government, the state budget. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were processed using matrix comparison of the performance of sukuk and conventional bonds to finance national development. The role and contribution of sukuk to finance the construction has been increasing. In 2011 amounted to 34% of financing needs are met through sukuk. Until 2016 the proportion was 60%. Instead the role of foreign debt be decreased. In 2011 only 7%, and by 2016 the portion close to 0%.
