Abstract

AbstrakDaya Tarik Wisata (DTW) Telaga Ngebel adalah salah satu sektor pariwisata terdampak akibat penyebaran COVID-19. Hal ini menyebabkan krisis kepariwisataan di DTW Telaga Ngebel. Manajemen krisis merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk menghadapi krisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen krisis kepariwisataan di DTW Telaga Ngebel pada menghadapi situasi COVID-19. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini ialah reduksi data, penyajian data, serta menarik kesimpulan. Triangulasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber serta triangulasi teknik. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan krisis di DTW Telaga Ngebel melalui empat tahapan yaitu tahap prodromal, akut, kronis, dan penyembuhan. Manajemen krisis dilakukan oleh Disbudparpora Kab. Ponorogo dan satgas COVID-19 Kec. Ngebel dengan langkah 1) Identifikasi dan analisis krisis yang menyebutkan bahwa krisis yang terjadi di DTW Telaga Ngebel merupakan krisis SDM Pariwisata dan krisis pemasaran. 2) Isolasi krisis dengan memberlakukan buka-tutup dan pembatasan kunjungan wisatawan DTW Telaga Ngebel. 3) Pemilihan strategi untuk menanggulangi krisis bencana non-alam dengan strategi adaptif yang diterapkan oleh pengelola DTWTelaga Ngebel. 4) Program pengendalian guna menjadikan DTW Telaga Ngebel menjadi destinasi daya tarik wisata yang aman pada masa COVID-19. Abstract

In early 2020, Indonesia and almost all countries worldwide faced the Covid-19 pandemic. The government issued a regulation to implement online learning activities in the education sector. Responding to the regulation, the Directorate General of Tax issued a policy stating that the dissemination activities can be done online. Effective communication is needed to fill the gap between information delivered by the dissemination officer and taxpayers' understanding. Therefore, the online tax education in the Makassar Utara Tax Office is required to be presented attractively to change the taxpayers' behaviors. The present study aims to analyze the communication effectiveness in online tax dissemination held by the Makassar Utara Tax Office. Conducted in the Makassar Utara Tax Office, this quantitative action research involved 105 taxpayers classified as high compliance risk, recruited using a probability sampling technique. The primary data were collected using a questionnaire, while the secondary data were gathered from literature and the Makassar Utara Tax Office reports. The study found that online learning communication in tax dissemination was very effective. Most taxpayers access tax-related information more than five times a year to fulfill their tax obligation. Most taxpayers stated that the online dissemination was presented attractively, clearly, and relevant to their tax-related needs.

Abstract

AbstrakPerpustakaan Univeristas Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor merupakan perguruan tinggi pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi kalangan mahasantri. Data Perpustakaan UNIDAGontor menunjukkan bahwa literasi informasi di kalangan Mahasantri masih rendah, padahal telah dilakukan berbagai program untuk meningkatkan literasi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi Perpustakaan UNIDA Gontor dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi di kalangan mahasantri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara pada informan penelitian yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Selain itu, data dikumpulkan dari observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis data interactive model. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa strategi komunikasi Perpustakaan UNIDA Gontor dilakukan dengan mengenal khalayak, menentukan tujuan, mendesain pesan dan menentukan metode serta media yang digunakan. Mengenal khalayak dilakukan dengan menganalisis rendahnya kunjungan mahasantri ke perpustakaan. Tujuan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan literasi informasi, pesan yang digunakan mengunakan poster tokoh ulama’ penulis buku dengan sifat pesan persuasi. Saluran komunikasi yang digunakan adalah saluran komunkasi publik dalam bentuk seminar literasi dan sosialisasi literasi informasi di kegiatan OSPEK. Adapun media yang digunakan Perpustakaan menggunakan media cetak buletin dan media sosial instagram. Beberapa aspek dalam startegi komunikasi dilakukan dengan tepat, namun artikel ini menawarkan beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam strategi komunikasi peningkatan literasi informasi dikalangan mahasantri.AbstractThe Darussalam University Library (UNIDA) Gontoris a boarding school that has an importantrolein improving information literacy among students. UNIDAGontor Library data showsthat information literacy among students is still low, even though various programs have been carried out to improve information literacy. Thisstudy aimsto determinethe communication strategy of the UNIDA Gontor Library in improving information literacy among students. The research method used is qualitative with case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing research informants who were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected from observation and documentation. Analysis of research data was carried out with interactive model data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the communication strategy of the UNIDA Gontor Library is carried out by knowing the audience, determining goals, designing messages and determining the methods and media used. Getting to know the audience is done by analyzing the low number of student visits to the library. The purpose of communication is to improve information literacy, the message used is to use posters of ulama figures, book authors with the nature of persuasive messages. The communication channel used is a public communication channel in the form of literacy seminars and information literacy socialization in OSPEK activities. The media used by thelibrary uses bulletin print media and Instagram social media. Some aspects of the communication strategy are carried out properly, but this article offers several aspects that need to be improved in the communication strategy to increase information literacy among students.

Abstract

Penelitian komuikasi lintas agama ini memilih obyek mahasiswa Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta karena memiliki mahasiswa dari berbagai latar belakang sosial budaya, etnis dan agama. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kehidupan beragama di kalangan mahasiswa, bagaimana mereka berkomunikasi dalam ranah formal diantara UKM Kerohanian dan secara informal pada level individu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara terhadap informan terpilih secara purposive. Analisis dilakukan secara interaktif selama proses penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Unisri tidak terjadi komunikasi formal diantara ukm kerohanian. Komunikasi mahasiswa beda agama lebih bersifat interpersonal, berlangsung secara informal namun tidak membicarakan permasalahan agama, karena agama dipandang sebagai masalah pribadi yang tidak patut dibicarakan, kecuali diantara mahasiswa yang sudah sangat akrab dan berkepribadian terbuka. Hasil penelitian ini diharap memperkaya khasanah ilmu komunikasi, terutama komunikasi antarbudaya.

Abstract

AbstractThetransition from onlineto offlinelearning occurred during the covid-19 pandemic; this madestudents need time to adapt to the learning process. Therefore, innovation in learning is needed, especially in science subjects, where teachers can choose the suitable learning method; one method that can be used is the inquiry learning method. Thisstudy aimsto: (1) analyzetheeffectiveness of inquiry learning communication on student learning outcomes in science subjects in public junior high school 2 Makassar, and (2) analyze the effect of inquiry learning communication on student learning outcomes in science subjects in secondary schools. The first istheland of 2 Makassar cities. The method used in thisstudy is quantitative with a descriptive correlation approach. The sample in this study amounted to 144 class VIII students with the cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that (1) the effectiveness of inquiry learning communication affected student learning outcomes in science subjects at public junior high school 2 Makassar. There is a change in student behavior due to the stimulus carried out by the teacher during the learning process, and (2) There is a positive and significant influence of inquiry learning communication on student learning outcomes. The simple linear regression analysis results show the R Square value of 0.380. This shows that the effect of variable X (effectiveness of inquiry learning communication) on variable Y (student learning outcomes) is 38.0%. AbstrakMasa transisi pembelajaran daring menjadi luring terjadi saat pandemi covid-19, hal ini membuat peserta didik membutuhkan waktu untuk beradaptasi kembalidalam prosespembelajaran. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan adanya inovasi dalam pembelajaran terutama pada pelajaran IPA (Ilmu pengetahuan Alam), dimana guru bisa memilih metode pembelajaran yang sesuai, salah satunya yaitu metode pembelajaran inkuiri.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk: (1) menganalisis efektivitas komunikasi pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA di SMPN. 2 kota Makassar, dan (2) menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA di SMPN. 2 kota Makassar. Adapun Metode yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif correlation. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 144 siswa kelas VIII dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Efektivitas komunikasi pembelajaran inkuiri berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA di SMPN 2 kota Makassar. Dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat perubahan perilaku peserta didik yang diakibatkan karena adanya stimulus yang dilakukan oleh komunikator(guru) pada proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung, dan (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,380. Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi pembelajaran inkuiri (Variabel X) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (variabel Y) dengan nilai sebesar 38,0%.

Abstract

Penyampaian dakwah di media sosial seperti facebook dan youtube membutuhkan beragam cara agar dakwah tersebut menjadi layak untuk dikonsumsi publik. Mulai dari isi dan konsep audio visual diatur sedemikian rupa dengan tujuan untuk membangun sebuah pesan mampu dipahami dengan baik. Melalui proses ekternalisasi, objektivikasi, dan internalisasi, Ust. Khaliel Anwar melakukan dakwah di Media Sosial yaitu dengan: 1. Sasaran dakwah yang lebih tertuju pada kalangan pelajar, intelektual, kampus, dan perumahan; 2. Isi Pesan dakwah yang disampaikan terkait dengan Tasawuf: Islam cinta kasih; 3. Metode Dakwah yang digunakan adalah Ceramah pendek melalui Facebook (NU Jepang TV) dan Youtube (Taman Cinta); Strategi dakwah yang digunakan beliau adalah Sentimentil dan Rasional, dimana dakwah yang disampaikan mampu menyentuh hati maad’u karena selalu berbicara kedamaian dan dikolaborasi dengan dalil-dalil dan fakta yang mendorong mad’u untuk berpikir, merenungkan, dan mengambil pelajaran.

Abstract

AbstrakSeseorang yang memasuki budaya baru seringkali akan merasakan kekagetan budaya (culture shock) dalam proses adaptasi. Mahasiswa reguler UNIDA Gontor yang merupakan mahasiswa lulusan sekolah menengah atas dan sebagai pendatang dengan keadaan minoritas inilah salah satu contoh mahasiswa yang mengalami gegar budaya sejak memutuskan untuk kuliah di UNIDAGontor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana culture shock yang dialami oleh mahasiswa reguler angkatan 2018 dalam adaptasi di UNIDA Gontor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi yang mengkaji dengan jelas pengalaman hidup seseorang. Subjek penelitian adalah 5 (lima) orang mahasiswa reguler angkatan 2018. Peneliti menggunakan teknik perolehan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian ini berbeda pengalaman pada setiap informan dalam menghadapi culture shock di UNIDA Gontor. Pada fase kegembiraan, terdapat rasa kegembiraan, harapan dan euforia, meski salah seorang informan mengaku tidak begitu bahagia saat diterima di UNIDAGontor. Pada fase kekecewaan, mereka merasakan kebingungan terkait bahasa, tidak terbiasa dengan disiplin, dan larut dalam stigma atau pandangan tentang pesantren yang mengerikan sehingga menimbulkan rasa kecewa, depresi, dan tidak puas dengan lingkungan. Untuk mengatasinya, mereka memodifikasi perilaku dengan belajar bahasa Arab dan mencari lingkungan baru yang lebih positif, sehingga pada fase terakhir mahasiswa reguler dapat beradaptasi di UNIDA Gontor. 3 (tiga) orang berada pada tahap full participation, dan selebihnya pada tahapan accommodation dan fight.AbstractSomeone who enters a new culture will often feel cultureshock in the adaptation process. UNIDAGontor regular students who are high school graduates and immigrants with minority circumstances are examples of students who have experienced culture shock since deciding to study at UNIDA Gontor. This study aims to clarify how to do this. culture shock experienced by regular students from class 2018 in adaptation at UNIDA Gontor. Thisstudy uses a phenomenological approach thatexamines clearly a person’slifeexperience. The research subjects were 5 regular students of the 2018 class. Researchers used Data collection method by interview, observations and documentation which were validated by triangulation of sources, methods And time. Theresults of thisstudy arethateach informant has differentexperiencesin dealing with cultureshock at UNIDA Gontor. In thejoy phase, 4 (four) informants claimed to feel joy, hope and euphoria. although another informant admitted that he was not so happy when he was accepted at UNIDA Gontor. In the disappointment phase, they feel confused about the language, are not used to discipline, and are absorbed in the stigma or view of the terrible pesantren that causes feelings of disappointment, depression, and dissatisfaction with the environment. To overcome this, they modify their behavior by learning Arabic and looking for a new, more positive environment, so that in the last phase regular students can adapt at UNIDA Gontor where 3 people are at the full participation stage, and the others are at the accommodation and fight stages.

Abstract

Organizational climate is a situation in an organization, where each member interacts with each other, limits themselves, or interacts with each other so as to improve the quality of cooperation and organizational satisfaction. Organizational satisfaction is the satisfaction of members of the organization regarding their work, supervision, wages and profits, assessment of achievements, and peers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the organizational communication climate and organizational satisfaction in the dormitory of Al Azhar Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 2 Madusari, Siman, Ponorogo. This research uses a survey method with an explanative type of research. The population of this study was new students in the dormitory of Al Azhar Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 2 with a total sample of 115 students. The sampling technique is carried out by cluster random sampling. The results showed a correlation relationship with the degree of "quite strong" relationship with the form of a positive relationship between the organizational communication climate and organizational satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of the correlation coefficient value of 0.558 or 55.8%. The variables of the organizational communication climate have a significant influence on organizational satisfaction, while the magnitude of the influence of the organizational communication climate on organizational satisfaction is 31.1% while the other 68.9% is influenced by other factors. This study recommends to the administrators of the Al Azhar Dormitory Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 2 to further improve the organizational climate on indicators of joint decision making and organizational satisfaction on satisfaction indicators of achievement assessment, promotion, and job opportunities.
