Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pelaksanaan CSR yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan BUMN di Provinsi Lampung dan bagaimanakah pengembangan strategi pengelolaan CSR agar lebih optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan obyek penelitian dilakukan pada PTPN VII. Hasil penelitian menunjuukan bahwa PTPN VII telah memiliki unit khusus pengelola CSR yaitu urusan hubungan antar lembaga & corporate CSR pada bagian sekretariat perusahaan. Adapun cakupan pelaksanaan CSR yang dilakukan oleh PTPN VII mencakup 4 (empat) aspek yaitu: lingkungan hidup; ketenagakerjaan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan kerja; pengembangan sosial dan kemasyarakatan; produk dan pelanggan. Namun demikian, pengembangan strategi pengelolaan CSR perlu dilakukan melalui peningkatan koordinasi dengan pemerintah provinsi/kabupaten serta pengelola CSR lainnya sehingga sasaran penerima CSR dapat lebih tepat sasaran. Diperlukan pengembangan instrumen dan pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan dan penerima CSR serta perlunya upaya pembimbingan/pembinaan secara berkesinambungan kepada pihak penerima CSR agar terjadi peningkatan kualitas wilayah ataupun peningkatan usaha mitra penerima CSR sehingga dapat memeberikan dampak terhadap perkembangan ekonomi daerah. Abstract

ABSTRAK. Sosial enterpreneur atau dikenal dengan sociopreneur merupakan membangun usaha berbasis kegiatan sosial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa usaha atau bisnis pembuatan tahu di kelurahan Ganjaragung merupakan salah satu bentuk sociopreneur. Dalam hasil wawancara para pengusaha tahu telah mempekerjakan masyarakat sekitar dalam pembuatan tahu. Selain itu, dalam memperhatikan lingkungan pra produsen telah mengolah sisa hasil olahan tahu. Salah satu hasil olahan limbah cair yaitu nata de soya yang benilai ekonomi dan kualitas tinggi. Sedangkan limbah padat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak bagi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This article aims to describe community participation in village development. The study was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that in the development there is a sense of belonging between the people. Formed a sense of dependence and attachment (sense of belonging and sense of commitment) to the purpose of life. Created skills to adjust to changing circumstances. There is a real manifestation of village development and the existence of initiatives among community members.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The city has several tourist attractions that can be visited by tourists, one of which is the Raman Dam. This article aims to describe the role of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Service, the Society of Unified Communities (PAMBERS), and the IUD Community in synergizing developing the Raman DAM as a new tourist attraction in Metro City. Using a qualitative descriptive approach the results of the study concluded that the Office had a role in providing access to transportation, conducting official visits, holding art attractions and promotions as well as programs for tourism books. PAMBERS has played a role in changing the image of the Raman DAM area as a vulnerable area. While the ADKR community promotes through social media.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Organizational structuring provides many opportunities for the organization being studied and the method to be used. Organizational structuring is tailored to the environmental needs in which the organization lives. This study aims to describe the organization arrangement of the Public Works Irrigation Office in East Lampung Regency. The study was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study concluded that the establishment of the Dinas Pengairan and Public Works was in accordance with the needs and environmental conditions of the organization. However, the existing organizational structure needs to be adjusted to the needs and environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The demands of good public servicesneed quickly response from government. It caused of the perfomance of civil servants still poor. Public services become the purposes of public organization. So, make a good performance of employees in public organization become so important to keep the society trust. This research was conducted at locations Secretariat of district, Middle Lampung. The object of this research is all employees in the Regional Secretariat of district Middle Lampung. In this case the technique of collecting data from samples / sources of primary data by asking a list of written questions / questionnaire, the data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression equation. The results of this research may indicate the relationship between Leadership, Motivation, Implementation of Learning Organization with employee job performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Technology has become the center of attention the wider community because the birth of the phenomenon of globalization where a political promotion no longer done traditionally but have used the mass media communication , to promote political party or a political candidate. This research used the theory of marketing mix is a collection of controllable tactical marketing tools combined company to produce the desired response from the target market. The purpose of this study was aimed to develop and recommend strategies prioritize what should the delivery of campaign whether social media, print media, electronic media and outdoor media during the campaign Election 2014. Governor of Lampung Province descriptive method in this research is the approach of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The research results obtained are some alternative strategy is that when seen from the product of political, the price of political, the promotion of political and media and a political priority is good for outdoor media. More will be of some alternative, is to do with intense and serious marketing activities through other media room.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The title of this research is "Implementation of the Job Training Program Policies of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sukabumi City". The implementation of the job training program is based on regulation of mayor no. 71 of 2016 on the Technical Implementation Unit of the Training Center at the Department of Manpower. The implementation of the job training program encountered several problems, namely the lack of staffing staff and the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This research uses the theory of public policy implementation according to Edward III. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of the policy and the factors that hinder and support its implementation, with informants amounted to 6 people. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data obtained through observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation. The data validity testing procedure is done by triangulation of source data analysis process using model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results revealed that the implementation of training program policies have not run optimally due to lack of instructors training and infrastructure facilities are inadequate. Suggestions that researchers provide to optimize the policy that is necessary to add equipment that can be pursued by requesting the submission of additional to the government. The need for additional instructors with the request of instructors to the central government. It also can temporarily receive the honorary instructor according to the qualification of the instructor. Keywords: Implementation, Job Training Program

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the quality of serviceat One Stop Service Center (PPSA) in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Panjang Branch of BandarLampung City. The method used is qualitative with descriptive type. Determination of informantsbased on the criteria of informants obtained through snowball sampling technique. Furthermore,data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews documentation and observation. While thedata analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification.The results showed that the factors that influence or encourage the quality of service at One StopService Center (PPSA) in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Panjang Branch of Bandar Lampung Cityinclude human resources, services through customer-oriented system, facilities dan infrastructure,and programme activities by engaging customers. While the inhibiting factor of service quality atPPSA is caused the internal factor a company, covering system or network coming from networkprovider itself. Abstract

ABSTRACT. The development of rural areas is inseparable from the participation of all rural communities, so that the performance of a village head as the head of the village administrationshould be able to carry out the main duties of leading and coordinating the village administration inimplementing some village household affairs, fostering and building the community, and fosteringthe village economy . In reality, however, it shows that the village head's performance appraisal bythe community in providing sluggish, slow, and convoluted service and formality. By usingquantitative approach, this study aims to determine the performance of Village Head to improveperformance of village apparatus. Because the population of 15 people, the authors will take theentire sample of research to be a population of 15 people village devices. The result of this researchconclude that there is influence of performance of Village Head to improvement of work performanceof village apparatus with r count 0,69> r table 0,641.
