Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian  ini adalah untuk menentukan  pelatihan  kerja yang diikuti oleh  karyawan   "PT  Bank  Syariah  Mandiri   Cabang  Madiun",  untuk  mengetahui   kinerja karyawan  "PT Bank Syariah Mandiri  Cabang  Madiun",  serta untuk menentukan  apakah  ada pengaruh  pelatihan  kerj a terhadap  kinerj a karyawan  pada "PT Bank Syariah Mandiri  Cabang Madiun".   sampel  dalam  penelitian   ini menggunakan   sampel jenuh,  semua  karyawan   "PT Bank   Syariah   Mandiri   Cabang   Madiun",   sebesar   23  orang-orang.    pengumpulan    data menggunakan   kuesioner   dan  dokumentasi.   Dalam  menganalisis   data  digunakan   metode statistik  korelasi  produk  moment  untuk  menguji  apakah  ada pengaruh  atau tidak,  alat dan metode  yang digunakan  untuk uji regresi  valid yaitu dengan  hipotesis  yang diajukan  dalam basil  pembelajaran.    Hasil  penelitian     menunjukkan   bahwa  ada  pengaruh   posistif   antara pemberian   pelatihan   kerja  terhadap   kinerja   karyawanpada    "   PT  Bank  Syariah  Mandiri Cabang  Madiun   ". Hal  ini  diperoleh   dari  uji  korelasi,   menunjukkan   r11itung     adalah    rtabeI0,4130sedangkan    besamya  Sig., Sigprob 0,05. Ini berarti bahwa nilai rhitung~ rtabeiC0,809  ~ 0,413) atau Sighii:S;  Sigpro/0,000   :S;   0,05) berarti  penolakan  HO yang menunjukkan   bahwa  pelatihan kerj a memiliki  hubungan  dengan kinerj a karyawan  pada "PT Bank Syariah Mandiri  Ca bangMadiun".  Hasil tes juga  diperoleh  Fisher, Fhitung  adalah  39,678  sedangkan  nilai FtabeI  4,325  di sisi lain adalah 0,000 sedangkan  besamya  Sighit Sigprob0.05.  Ini berarti bahwa nilai Fhitung ~ FtabeI  (39,678  ~ 4,325)  atau Sighit:S;  Sigprob(0,000  :S;  0,05) berarti  HO ditolak yang menunjukkanbahwa  ada pelatihan  kerja yang signifikan  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  di "PT Bank  SyariahMandiri  Cabang  Madiun".  Hasil  uji t, thitung  adalah  6,299  sedangkan  t1abeI  dari  1, 721,  di sisi lain nilai  Sighit  adalah  0,000  sedangkan   Sigprob  0,05.  Ini berarti  bahwa  nilai  t11itung   ~ ttabeI( 6,299   ~    1, 721)   atau  atau   Sighii:S;   Sigprob(0,000     :S;        0,05)   berarti   penolakan    HO yang menunjukkan   bahwa  ada efek yang berbeda  dari pelatihan  kerja terhadap  kinerja  karyawan di "PT Bank  Syariah  Mandiri  Cabang  Madiun".  Hasil R2 yaitu  0,654 menunjukkan   bahwa65,4%  dari  karyawan   dipengaruhi   oleh  kinerja  dari pelatihan,   sedangkan   sisanya  34,6%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penjualan lewat online pada butik busana muslim “Zieta” di Desa Sewulan Kecamatan Dagangan Kabupaten Madiun, untuk mengetahui omzet penjualan pada butik busana muslim “Zieta” di Desa Sewulan Kecamatan Dagangan Kabupaten Madiun. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini    menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sampel yang diambil adalah laporan penjualan pada butik ZIETA sebelum dan sesudah melalukan penjualan lewat online selama 3 tahun per 6 bulan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan metode analisis statistik t test (uji t) dengan uji perhitungan manual data yang digunakan dalam analisis adalah data omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah adanya penjualan lewat online selama 3 tahun per 6 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penjualan online mempunyai beda pengaruh terhadap omzet penjualan pada butik busana muslim Zieta-Madiun. Untuk uji t diperoleh nilai thit   adalah 19,67 sedangkan ttab adalah 1, 943. Hal ini berarti nilai thitung  > ttabel (19,67 > 1,943). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak, artinya ada beda pengaruh penjualan lewat online terhadap omzet penjualan pada butik ZIETA Desa Sewulan Kecamatan Dagangan Kabupaten Madiun.

Abstract

The problem faced by micro business tempe customer of micro financial institution (LKM) of Sidoarjo Regency so that can improve competitiveness of Micro Business of Tempe for business sustainability is loan interest rate and unstable of soybean price as main raw material of tempe product. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine alternative micro business tempe competitiveness strategy that has obtained financing from MFIs so as to create sustainability of business in the era of MEA competition amid widespread imports of soybeans. The method of research used mix method (mixed method) object of this research is micro entrepreneur of tempe product in village area sepande subdistrict of Sidoarjo district which is not member of cooperative and have become customer of Micro Finance Institution amount 10 person. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT Analysis, SWOT matrix then continued with QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of the research shows that the right competitiveness strategy is product development strategy by developing the type and variant of tempe product, especially the change of form and packaging which is more interesting and hygienic so that it can give the added value of the product and increase the selling price, which in turn will increase the business profit and can overcome the weaknesses in the burden of interest costs on loans provided by microfinance institutions.

Abstract

Based on initial observations  and interviews  with high school Economics teacher  PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  note that the average  value of the cognitive  aspects of students  in the class XA is 62. These results  indicate  that the numbers  are still low com- pared  to other  classes.  The learning  process  is commonly  carried  out using  a model  of discourse  as a whole,  namely  the delivery  of content  to students  and interspersed   ques- tions and answers.  This leads to learning  as students  tend to be passive  and less meaning- fullearning   for students.  Students  gain experience  less direct,  and less teacher  provides opportunities   as well as self- confidence  in the students  to be active  in learning.  It  also adversely  affects  the affective  aspects  of students.   Based on these problems  researchers to  make  improvements   by  implementing   cooperative   learning  model  of two  stay  two stray  ( TSTS  ). The  learning  model  involves  students  actively  in learning  activities. Pakok mind model of cooperative  learning  are two stay two stray provide  an opportunity for groups  to share  results  and information  to other  groups.  The approach  used  in this study  is a qualitative  approach  to classroom  action  research  that  consists  of 2 cycles. Research  subject  is class XA SMA PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  , the number  of 32 stu- dents.  Data  collection  methods  used  in this  study  is a test  of the cognitive  aspects  of economic  subjects  in the form of daily tests at the end of the cycle, and affective  aspects of the observation  sheets during the learning  process.  The results  of observations  of stu- dents'  learning  in classroom  situations  XA SMA PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  increased, namely:   ( 1 ) The interest  and attention  of students  in the learning process  from 67.25% to 84.60%  increased   17.35%  ( 2 ) The active  participation   of students  in asking  from 54.10%  to  68.25%  an increase  of  14.15%  ( 3 ) the active  participation   of students  in answering  / expression  from 52.22%  to 69.45%  increased   17.23% ( 4 ) the level of stu- dent  discipline  in the process  of learning  from  60.500/0 to 78.13%  17.63%  an increase. The results  of observations  III group  activities  has increased,   namely:   ( 1 ) The active participation   of students  in an opinion  from  51.58%  to 68.75%  increased   17.17%  (2) The active participation   of students  in asking from 50.60% to 66.68%  increased  16.08% (3)the active participation   of students  in answering  questions  from 53.12%  to 71.88% increased18.76% (4)   Respect  tile opinion  of friends from 55.50%  to 74.850/0 increased 19,35%  (5)   Cooperation  in completing  a task group from 60.35% to 78.25%  17.90% an increase. Another thing shown by the increased learning outcomes from 65.63 % to 84.38%. Thus there is an increase  of 18.75% .While the average  value of learning  outcomes  in the first cycle is 71 increased  to 82 in the second cycle. Learning  model  two stay two stray ( TSTS ) can improve  cognitive  and affective  aspects  of students  by providing  a learning environment  that is fun discussions,  opportunities  for students to learn actively  exchange information  with peers and materials,   conveying  the idea to friends,  submit answers and questions  discussion  of the problem,  and it requires  cooperation  within  the group.

Abstract

Selama ini proses pembelajaran kita lihat masih menganut model pembelajarankonvensional, yaitu proses pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru dan selama itu pulakemampuan siswa untuk aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan kemandirian dalam belajartidak akan tampak. Pembelajaran konvensional menganggap guru adalah satu-satunyasumber belajar yang dianggap serba tahu. Hal ini di perkuat oleh hasil observasi yang telahdilkukan oleh peneliti sebelum melakukan penelitian, dan terbukti saat pelajaran dimulaibanyak siswa yang ngobrol sendiri dan kelihatan sekali mereka merasa bosan denganmetode yang dilakukan oleh guru mata pelajaran ekonomi. Hal ini di duga akanmempengaruhi aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa di dalam kelas.Penelitian inidilaksanakan di Perak Jombang, tepatnya di SMA Negeri Bandarkedungmulyo 1.Penelitianini merupakan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Tahap penelitian berupa siklus yangmeliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik - teknik pengumpulandata yang digunakan yaitu: observasi; pengukuran tes hasil belajar; dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan disimpulkan bahwa penggunaanmodel pembelajaran talking stick terhadap aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswaberpengaruh baik.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan modelpembelajaran talking stick terhadap aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa berpengaruhbaik, khususnya pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I aktivitas belajarsiswa dengan nilai rata - rata kelas dari pre test sebesar 31 meningkat menjadi 35 atau sekitar12,9% Sedangkan pada siklus II aktivitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yakni nilairata-rata kelas dari pre test sebesar 35 meningkat menjadi 45 atau sekitar 28,57%. Pada siklusI hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai rata – rata kelas dari pre test sebesar 80,12 meningkatmenjadi 84,71 atau sekitar 5,72%, sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa mengalamipeningkatan, yakni nilai rata – rata pre test sebesar 84,71 meningkat menjadi 92,35 atausekitar 9,02%

Abstract

This research have a purpose to know organizational culture in SMK Neger 2 Ngawi Year 2014, to know performance learn SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014 and to know is there any cultural influence of organization to performance learn SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014. Determination of sampel in this research use saturated sampel that is all teacher in SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014 amounting to 40 teacher. Data collecting use or enquette of kuisioner. In analysing data use statistical aid method and use linear analysis modestly to test hypothesis which is told in research. Pursuant to result of research obtained by the level of value of rhitung is 0,834 and rtabel 0,312, on the other hand the level of Sighitung 0,000. and Sigprob 0,05. Matter this means that value of rhitung ≥ rtabel ( 0,834 ≥ 0,312) or Sighitung ≤ Sigprob ( 0,000 ≤ 0,05). On the basis of correlation test, test F and test of t can be concluded that there is influence among/between Organizational Culture to Performance Learn In SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing job training on the performance of employees home industry "Praktis" Magetan. The research used quantitative descriptive method. The instruments used to collect data are questionnaires or questionnaires. The result of this research indicates that there is a significant positive effect of training variable on employee performance, it is proved by regression analysis result that get Y = 14,340 +0,5307X,  that  means  if  job  training  variable  (X)  increase  by  1%,  hence  employee performance Will increase by 0.5307, if other factors are considered fixed. Test t calculationresults  obtained  tcount(9,9076)  ³ ttable(1.66691)  This  situation  can  be  said  there  isdifferent influence of training on employee performance on the Shoes and Slippers "Praktis" Magetan Leather Sandal. Thus it can be concluded that the training effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In the Actifity The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of th implementation of  based on REE instruction and regular Economical instruction and prior knowledge on Economical communication capabilities and understanding of grade 7 Sunior High School (SMP) students.  The study was carried out through a preliminary survey continuedby an experiment using factorial design with non-equivalent control group of Junior High Schools at Madiun cities.  The samples were choosen by cluster random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using multivariat nalysis of covariance (MANCOVA) factorial 2 x 2.  This study showed that, for achievement of Economical communication capabilities and understanding, Economical instruction with REE was better than regular Economical instruction, the prior knowledge had a positive effec, and they was no interaction effect between Economical intruction (based on REE and regular) and prior knowledge (high and low).

Abstract

This research have a purpose to study about influence of motivation work to employees productivity. Motivation represent one of factor influencing employees productivity. With existence of good motivation a employees will be responsible for the work and the work will be completed effectively and efficiently. The samples in this study using the saturated sample is all employees working in the factory pulleys crackers "Telor Walet" Madiun. In analyzing the data used product moment correlation statistical method to test the validity of the instruments used in regression testing method to test the hypothesis put forward in this study. Pursuant to result of research obtained the level of value of rcount 0.717 and rtable 0.339 table, on the other hand the level of Sighitung 0,000 and Sigprob 0,05. Matter this means that value of rcount ≥ rtable (0.717 ≥ 0.339) or Sigcount ≤ Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0,05). While, level of R2 (R Square) 0,514. Becoming, contribution influence of motivation work to performance equal to 56,6% while the rest equal to 43,4% influenced by other factor. From result of test of F obtained the level of value of Fcount 33.830 and Ftable 4.149, on the other hand the level of Sigcount 0,000 and of Sigprob 0,05 matter this means that value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (46,973 ≥ 4,113) or Sigcount ≤ Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0,05).In test of t can be made line of regresi the following Y= Y 10,320 + 0,773X, its meaning if motivation improved once will happened increase of employees productivity counted 0,773%, if the other factor remain to. Level of value of tcount 5.816 and ttable 2.037, on the other hand the level of Sigcount 0,000 and Sigprob 0,05, matter this means that value of tcount ≥ ttable (5.816 ≥ 2.037) or Sigcount ≤ Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0,05). On the basis of correlation test, test F and test of t can be concluded that there is influence Motivation Work to Productivity Employees Pabrik Krupuk Puli "Telor Walet" Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of authentic assessment is based on the curriculum in 2013 at SMA Islam Al-Hidayah Jember; and (2) the obstacles in the implementation of authentic assessment in SMA Islam Al-Hidayah Jember. This study is an evaluation research with quantitative descriptive approach. This was an evaluation study employing   the   quantitative   descriptive design. The research subjects were economics teachers. The data were collected through observations, documentation, and interviews. They were analyzed by means of the descriptive method. The  results  of  the  study  are  as follows. (1) Authentic assessment in economics learning at SMA Islam Al-Hidayah Jember, is fairly well implemented; 77% has been implemented in accordance with the indicators and23% has not been implemented in accordance with the indicators. The indicators that have not been implemented in the planning aspect is the assessment design in the syllabus; in the implementation aspect it includes information of the assessment system; and in the processing aspect it includes the follow-up of the results of the analysis of the learning achievement assessment.; (2) The constraints in the authentic assessment implementation include: (a) complex planning, (b) the number of components that the teachers have to take into account at the same time in the assessment implementation, and (c) the attitude assessment that has to pay attention to a large number of students in detail.
