Abstract

The maternal health record is a record that contains the development of the fetus and the pregnant health record as well, this note is very important as a reference when a pregnant woman will give birth so that in addition to this note is given to the patient (pregnant women) midwife and gynecologist place control should also have this health record. Patients also often forget to bring even forget to put or keep this health notebook so forget the date of return control that has been written on the note note. Patients should not forget the date of re-control and not be empty of health record book then made the design of health information system for pregnant mother and mother-based sms notification with the aim can be a reminder of date of control visit for pregnant mother and reminded of date of estimated delivery. Methods of data collection is done by direct observation, interview and literature study. System design using UML modeling language. The result of this research is the design of information system of maternity health record and maternity based on sms notification with purpose as reminder of date of control visit for pregnant mother and reminder of estimated date of labor and assist in better management of maternal and maternal health record.

Abstract

In general, people spend more than 90% of the time in the room, so they need a comfortable air in the space where they move, therefore the good indoor air velocity is very beneficial to them. Resolving indoor comfort issues is possible through a thorough research based on the air velocity in the cooking room. The analysis of the physical work environment of the cooking room of Burjo Borneo, the researcher will give the output or the result of the relationship of air temperature influence to the convenience of cooking operator, therefore, work and effort can be done to cooking operator to cook and serve food, the negative impacts arising from the problem. Air temperature to comfort level, it is known that the minimum temperature with an average of 29.300 C and a maximum temperature of 30,500 C gives the amount of discomfort much higher than the air quality level. This is because during breaks to cook and serve food, cooking operators hard to concentrate on doing activities. It was found that the factors of discomfort and the temperature of the hot air into the treatment that caused the feeling uncomfortable. This is because in hot temperatures, cooking operators experience rapid sweat excretion.

Abstract

Proses pengamplasan kerajinan monel di industri kecil kerajinan monel Jepara posisi kerja operatornya belum diperhatikan kenyamananya. Ketinggian mesin dan kursi operator yang tidak disesuaikan dengan dimensi tubuh para pekerja membuat posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Postur kerja tidak ergonomis yang berlangsung terus-menerus dapat mengakibatkan keluhan pada sistem muscoloskeletal atau muckoloskeletal disorders (MSDs). MSDs dalam jangka panjang dapat menyebabkan permasalahan kesehatan yang juga mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas produksi. Perbaikan postur kerja diawali dengan mengidentifikasi tingkat keluhan muckoloskeletal. Penilaian keluhan musculoskeletal menggunakan metode Rappid Entire Body Assesment (REBA) dan Nordic Body Map (NBM). Hasil analisa keluhan muscoloskeletal mennggunakan REBA diperoleh skor 7 yang berarti tingkat resiko sedang. Tingkat resiko keluhan muscoloskeletal diperkuat dengan hasil kuesioner NBM dengan nilai skor terendah 47 dengan kategori resiko tinggi sehingga perlu adanya tindakan perbaikan. Redesain fasilitas kerja didasarkan pada data Anthropometri para pekerja diperoleh ukuran 45,8 cm untuk tinggi alas duduk, lebar alas duduk 33 cm, panjang alas duduk 40 cm, tinggi meja 54,8 cm, lebar meja 20 cm, dan panjang meja 57 cm.

Abstract

Abstract The increasing business competition between buying and selling shops to get customers has caused building shops to compete to provide the best service for their customers. Consumer satisfaction is the key to building long-term relationships between customers and building stores. Sumber Mulyo Shop which is four in Ds. Piji Rt.1 Rw.2 Dawe Kudus is engaged in buying and selling building materials. The customer service system that is currently available at the Sumber Mulyo Shop is still utilizing for the process of buying and selling and service manually, namely when in the store to respond to customer complaints. Therefore, complaints are not confidential to building shops. The registration process is still done by recording documents, in recording documents causing the customer service takes longer if one day is needed. In making the registration data report member marketing will be difficult in managing store data so that in recording member transaction data there will be many errors. The method of applying the system used in this study is the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and using a web-based programming language, PHP. This CRM service system makes it easy for customers to register members, provide input in the form of criticism and suggestions, and can provide convenience for Sumber Mulyo Shop owners for web-based data processing. In this study using this system needs analysis through a SWOT analysis. Keywords: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customers, SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

Pemasaran sangat penting bagi pengusaha yang memprduksi barang yang dihasilkan. Pada persaingan global ini pengusaha harus mencari solusi untuk menghadapi pasar bagaimana cara untuk memasarkan barang produksi agar laku dan diterima pada masyarakat luar. Salah satu solusi untuk menyebarkan informasi dengan cara menempelkan brosur yang isinya mengenai kualitas barang produksi, informasi dari tetangga dan benner. Pemarasan yang sekarang ini sedang mengema di masyarakat adalah dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi internet, yaitu melalui situs internet (website) yang dapat diakses di seluruh dunia. Website ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana promosi pemasaran produksi umkm di Kudus. Sebelum membangun website tersebut diperlukan analisa dan perancangan agar sistem yang dihasilkan dapat semaksimal mungkin. Dengan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language dan bahasa pemrograman php serta database mysql, dan social media content marketing (SMCM) merupakan pendekatan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi variasi dalam pengalaman pemasaran masyarakat tentang menggunakan informasi, pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website mampu memberi informasi dihasilkan website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi untuk mengetahui produk barang umkm di Kudus.

Abstract

All processes that work must be controlled by a system that can be controlled with the aim of increasing efficiency and minimizing the risk of errors. Likewise the production process with a system that can be controlled, in this case in the process of separating goods based on certain criteria as needed with PLC as the basis of control will make a combination of a complex and interrelated system to improve the performance of the system. Analysis of loading prototype of a separator system based on PLC-based altitude, with a power supply voltage of 12 Volt DC to run a prototype system, it was found that the load that can be passed on each data conveyor loading on 12volt dc motor conveyor performance eg-530ad-2f is a load starting from 10-120 gr where the drive used is a 12 Volt DC motor with coupled by a 5mm elastic rubber van, with overall required current of 2.15 A, the required voltage is 12Vdc ± 8.99%.

Abstract

Kebutuhan rumah layak huni yang bersih lengkap dengan sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur memadai menjadi hak setiap warga. Negara dalam hal ini pemerintah telah jelas mengaturnya di dalam Undang Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 atau yang dikenal dengan UU Desa dan Peraturan Bupati No.5 tahun 2016 tentang alokasi dana desa. Pada Undang Undang tersebut spirit masyarakat untuk membangun desanya yang lebih baik tidak menjadi hal yang mustahil untuk dapat dicapai, terlebih bantuan dana dari pusat ke daerah lebih banyak diberikan dibandingkan kegiatan untuk lembaga lainnya. Akan tetapi kenyataanya fakta dilapangan banyak warga khususnya di desa-desa masih belum memiliki tempat tinggal yang dapat dikatakan layak huni (sejahtera). Pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuah model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk menentukan pemberian bantuan kepada warga desa. Objek penelitian dilakukan di desa Cangkring Rembang Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Demak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah model sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) untuk menentukan bantuan pemugaran rumah tidak layak huni sesuai kriteria kepemilikan rumah, status rumah, status dinding rumah, status lantai rumah, status atap rumah, status luas bangunan dan status penghasilan
