Abstract

This business development plan aims to identify, analyze, and design strategies in developing Biooptik business which is optical business. This business plan uses the analysis of the external environment and the internal environment of the company to determine the strategies to be realized covering four aspects of management namely operational, human resources, marketing and finance. This business plan explains how Biooptik will expand its business by implementing one of the e-business applications so that the revenue will be increased. In this business development plan, Biooptik is conducted a business feasibility study with the addition of 30% of company revenue on the projection of financial statements. This business plan shows that business development is profitable and feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size, and Growth Opportunity on Cash Holding in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research observation period is 2013-2017. The number of samples in this study were 20 samples from 154 selected companies based on the purposive sampling selection technique and using secondary data types. The analysis used is panel data regression with a fixed effect model. The results of this study state that profitability, leverage, firm size, and growth opportunity are proven simultaneously affect the cash holding rate. From the results of the partial test, profitability and firm size have a positive and significant influence on the level of the company's cash holding. While leverage has a negative and significant influence on the level of cash holding and growth opportunity has no significant effect on cash holding rates.

Abstract

The Blengong duck culinary business "LNYBW" is a business plan that had ever been established in Wisma Bakrie, South Jakarta; with a healthy and fast food proposition, as well as the main activity of providing Blengong duck food menu using food truck outlets for employees and families consisting of various meal packages made from Blengong duck. The method that used is descriptive analysis was compiled based on information obtained from field surveys and business models made based on information from duck culinary business players, mainly located in Jakarta and Brebes, with instruments Empathy Map & Business Model Canvas. Assessing the feasibility of the Blengong duck culinary business plan is carried out with financial analysis parameters, payback period, NPV, and IRR. The results of the analysis and discussion of the study concluded that: 1) The Blengong duck food menu is healthy food that low cholesterol; 2) financially, the capital needed is not too high at IDR 60 million, in business feasibility, the projection of financial flows for three years shows a 1-year payback period, also positive NPV, and IRR  which is greater than  deposit interest in commercial bank.

Abstract

This study aim to analyze the effect of influencer, price promo in form of membership program, and the using of instagram ads on repurchase intention of Plaza Senayan Coach’s customer. Plaza Senayan Coach’s customers were taken as respondents. Both primary and secondary data were gathered. Secondary data were gathered from various sources such as journals, books, and other related publications. Primary data were collected using questionnaire which were distributed to the target respondents with a total of 74 respondents were gathered. Various statistical tests such as validity, reliability and classical assumptions tests were employed. It is suggested that Plaza Senayan Coach should be able to maintain the quality of its membership program, the using of instagram ads and improve more ontheir influencer to enhance repurchase intentionfrom their customers. Further research on, it can use other variables to analyze customer repurchase intention, and also develop research methods such as increasing the number of respondents, sampling techniques, and data analysis techniques

Abstract

The focus of this study is entrepreneurs established with the potential to export. The result is that the characteristics of established export potential entrepreneurs are characterized by the highest ability in terms of finding opportunities for markets for products produced, actively seeking information and being creative-innovative. But on the other hand moderate courage to bear the risk, and confidence. The export potential of an established Entrepreneur is high, due to the availability of overseas customers or buyers, and the familiarity of established entrepreneurs in utilizing technology to support the export business. Also sufficient potential is in terms of the depth of export activities that can be carried out, and the potential that can be exported.

Abstract

The topic in the writing of this article is the business plan of an application-based business called O-Bridge that functions as a liaison between service provider vendors and also people who need to use services. This application was created with the mission of facilitating economic activities related to services. This article serves to identify, analyze and also plan business along with predictions of O-Bridge's financial viability. This method of analyzing business uses a SWOT analysis, Business Model Canvas and also a market mix or marketing mix.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the possible of importance-performacen analysis for decision making to assess importance of Shopee Company, an e-comerce company in delivering service quality. This study used a type of descriptive research with quantitative research methods. This study used a sample issued by 100 respondents, which were Shopee customers and had made transactions at least 2 times in the past 6 months. This study used E-SERVQUAL variables by analyzing data using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results were published in general indicate that the level of conformity was not good and has not reached the customer's needs. Four attributes needed to be improved, six attributes needed to be held, and four attributes that need to be reduced by priority are addressed in the Cartesian diagram of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Abstract

Determining the cause of the dominant suitability in a process is the final goal of this study, so the company is able to take action for improvement. The study was conducted at PT. Berdikari Metal Engineering with object research products of Dies Holder Comp Element. The main problem at this time regarding the number of defects is still high, reaching 7.9%. In January to June 2018, the total production reached 735,395 pcs with the number of incompatible products of 52,382 pcs. Case study research methods with quantitative descriptive analysis as the basis for analysis, and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) are used as tools in problem solving. Based on field analysis, the highest RPN value is found in the casting process with a value of 400, so companies must improve accuracy in the stages of material refinement, material classification and rolling process so that it reaches a thickness of 0.4 mm and a length of 39.5 mm. Some actions that should be taken by the company include improving HR skills, especially in the process of working accuracy, making changes in factory air temperature, doing engine maintenance. With this proposal, it is expected to reduce product incompatibility by 31%.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business actors who have different identities from other business actors, aiming at thewelfare of members, ensuring fair equity in the control of economic resources, increasing productivity andparticipation of members in cooperatives. The purpose of this study is to develop the concept of reducing povertythrough cooperatives. The method used is a conceptual method that conveys the author's position on a professionalissue. The results of this study are that cooperatives are the right model for reducing poverty, because membership isopen, businesses are carried out jointly to meet common interests, and profit sharing is based on member transactionswith cooperatives. Independence of cooperatives must be built in order to optimize the internal potential in providingbusiness services to its members. Building member trust through economic education on cooperatives is the key toincreasing participation and responsibility with members developing their cooperatives.

Abstract

Apparatus often do not have standard and specific indicators for determining pre-prosperous families. It will, as a matter of fact, create an impact on targeting the beneficiaries of a welfare program, to the extent that it will cause the community welfare program less effective.This research aims to formulate indicators of poverty and measurement of community welfare in Pagedangan Ilir Village. The formulation of poverty indicators and measurements of welfare is a review from various poverty indicators or standard welfare measures, which are previuosly produced by government and other research institutions. In this research, a study by Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) becomes the basic benchmark to measure the community welfare in Pagedangan Ilir Village, by which the results obtained in the form of welfare based on indicator index, dimension index and aggregate index. The results show that in aggregate, there are no families in Pagedangan Ilir Village classified as "Very Poor", 32% of families are classified as "Poor", while 67% and 1% of them are classified as "Prosperous" and "Very Prosperous", respectively. In terms of classification of welfare levels according to the average aggregate welfare index, the family in Pagedangan Ilir Village is categorized as "Prosperous" with an index of 55.88.
