Abstract

The success of a company can be achieved if it has good financial performance. Financial reports are most needed to measure the company's business results and development from time to time, so that it is known to what extent the company has achieved its goals. This study aims to find out and explain the performance of the company PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk based on liquidity ratio analysis in the 2018-2020 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative with liquidity ratio measuring tools (quick ratio, current ratio, cash ratio and inventory to NWC). The type of data used in this study is a type of secondary data in the form of the financial reports of PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk for the 2018-2020 period published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the analysis show that: the company's current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio during the period 2018 to 2020 are in a liquid state; company performance based on inventory to net working capital in 2018 to 2019 in a liquid state, but in 2020 it will be in an ill liquid condition because its value does not meet industry standards

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of bank-specific factors on banking profitability. The samples used in this study were 33 conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the analytical method used in this study was panel data regression. The independent variables in this study consist of bank size, loan ratio, deposit ratio, capital ratio, and inflation, while the dependent variable is banking profitability which includes return on asset and return on equity. The panel data regression results show that bank size has a significant positive effect on return on asset, but has no effect on return on equity. The loan ratio, deposit ratio, and capital ratio have no effect on return on assets and return on equity. Inflation has a significant positive effect on return on asset, but does not affect return on assets. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for conventional banking in increasing its profitability as well as a reference for investors to consider the factors that affect bank profitability.

Abstract

All villages in Gondangrejo District are classified as self-sufficient villages, have a well-known agricultural sector, have high-quality industrial areas, are quite large, and function as economic developers. However, because the carrying capacity of infrastructure is very low due to the absorption capacity used for handling Covid-19, many roads have been damaged and connections between villages have not been tendered. This study aims to observe the pattern of causality between infrastructure, village funds and the level of community welfare in Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency in 2017-2021. This study uses the Granger Causality Test method. In the Granger Causality test, the data requirements used are stationary data. The results of the Granger Causality Test state that there is a one-way causality relationship between the level of welfare affecting village funds and a two-way causality between village funds causing or influencing infrastructure and vice versa. Based on these results, it is hoped that the village government can pay more attention and study more in the management of village funds. Further review needs to be carried out in carrying out the infrastructure development needed by the community, so that the absorbed village funds will produce infrastructure that is directly useful for the economic activities of the villagers.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the role of e-commerce and Social Media is very important in developing and expanding a business, of course, providing Discounts is also a marketing strategy that can increase interest in buying products. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Social Media and Discounts on Interest in Buying Roughneck products on Shopee. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study is consumers who attend Roughneck official stores at Shopee, totaling 2.1 million and are determined using the Slovin formula calculation with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach.  The results of this study show that simultaneously, the variables of Social Media and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. Partially, the variables Social Media and Discounts have a positive and significant effect on the variables of Buying Interest

Abstract

Central bank independence in Indonesia has been regulated in UU No. 33 Year 2004 concerning amendements to UU No. 23 Year 2009 concerning Bank Indonesia. However, the central bank often got intervention in formulating its policies. During the pandemic covid-19 crisis, there were several attempts to intervene Bank Indonesia, such as the idea to form a Monetary Council, suggestions to allow BI Governors from politicians, and Perppu No. 1 Year 2020 which is allow BI to bought SUN in the primary market. Therefore, this study aims to measure the independence index of the central bank in Indonesia during 2007-2020 using the measurement method developed by Cukierman et al. (1994) to analyze the independence of Bank Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic. The result of this study proves that BI independence index during the pandemic has decreased when compared to the pre-pandemic period. This study also proves that Bank Indonesia still needs to maintain its independence from all political attention, so its accountability and credibility of the monetary policy still can assured

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena hasil belajar yang rendah pada mata pelajaran IPS SMPN 11 Dumai. Penelitian ini menggunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah angket dan tes melalui pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear sederhana dan paired sampel statistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 11 Dumai dengan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kelas model pembelajaran make a match dengan konvensional ditunjukan dengan data yang diperoleh yaitu nilai Sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari nilai Alpha penelitian yaitu 0,005.

Abstract

Overconsumption of goods and services is a tendency that is now on the rise, particularly among students. Students also exhibit the traits of a generation that is growing more and more resistant to technology development, especially online shopping. Any objective of this study is to analyze E-commerce transactions and lifestyle choices in relation to consumer demand by using a quantitative survey method. Research data was collected through a questionnaire, the research respondents were FKIP level IV undergraduate students at Kuningan University for the 2021/2022 academic year which consisted of six (6) study programs. The population in this study amounted to 279 and a sample of 164 students was drawn. Analysis of research data using multiple regression and prerequisite analysis of normality, multicollinearity and linearity of the data. The results of the study revealed that Shopee E-commerce transactions, lifestyle and consumptive behavior of students ranged from moderate criteria. The results of hypothesis testing show that E-commerce transactions and lifestyle affect the level of consumptive behavior. As students who live side by side with rapid technological developments, students should have self-awareness and behave more rationally

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy on share price volatility of companies in the consumer non-cyclicals industry. The samples used in this research are 19 consumer non-cyclicals companies that have been listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years (2017-2021). The type of data contained in this research is secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and the analytical method used regression and panel data. The independent variables in this study consist of dividend payout, dividend yield, dividend per share, leverage, and firm size, while the dependent variable is share price volatility. The results of panel data regression show that dividend payout, dividend yield, and firm size have no significant positive effect on share price volatility, dividend per share has no significant negative effect on share price volatility, and leverage has a significant negative effect on share price volatility. This research is important so that companies and investors can find out what factors can affect the share price volatility of a company’s shares in order to get the maximum return in accordance with their respective risk profiles

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of websites, YouTube, and Instagram on organizational image through consumer satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used was the teacher of DINDIKPORA with a total of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and path analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The results showed that the website had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, YouTube had no effect on consumer satisfaction, Instagram had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the website had no effect on organizational image, YouTube had no effect on organizational image, Instagram had no effect on organizational image, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational image, consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship between website and organizational image, consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship between YouTube and organizational image, and consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship between Instagram and organizational image

Abstract

Increasingly more people are becoming aware of the value of having insurance protection, and the government is supporting the expansion of the life insurance sector. Due to the introduction of new companies, the competition in the sharia life insurance market is becoming more intense, necessitating the use of an effective and efficient marketing strategy by PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah in order to remain competitive and hold onto its market share. The goal of this study was to ascertain the Allianz Life Syariah Insurance's Pagaralam City marketing strategy from a sharia perspective. This study falls under the category of qualitative research. Documentation, observation, and in-person interviews with managers, sales representatives, marketers, and employees are the approaches utilized to gather research data. This study uses an inductive, continuous analytical method with the intention of producing concepts. According to the data analysis, Allianz Life Syariah, Pagaralam City, has adopted the following marketing tactics: market segmentation, selling, service, and development. From a sharia perspective, Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah Kota Pagaralam's marketing approach is entirely compliant with syariah because its marketers constantly follow Islamic marketing principles
