This study aims to elaborate the strengthening of Islamic moderateism through Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education. The researcher describes the behavior of Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education practiced by Islamic educational institutions as a basis for strengthening religious moderatism. The role of Islamic education institutions in applying moderate Islamic understanding in this disruption era is necessary. Because, students are faced with conditions of changing the order of values and traditions that are very fast and unexpected. Through a descriptive-qualitative approach, data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Through the frame of character education theory, the data analyzed using the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Apparently, Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah's character education at MTs. Miftahul Huda Bulungan Pakis Aji Jepara was developed through teaching the value of tawassuth, tawazun, tasamuh and i'tidal. The implementation as culture of madrasa, such as the obligation to pray before starting the lesson, orderly running pickets, praying dzuhur in congregation, wearing school uniforms, preserving ancestral culture, familiarizing greetings, sympathetic care routinely for yatama and dhuafa, maintaining the cleanliness of the madrasa environment, and a ban on littering the classroom walls. The limitation of this study has specific scope. That is the focus on strengthening religious moderateism in Islamic educational institutions which are under the shelter of the LP. Maarif NU Jepara Regency. There are still gaps for other researchers to conduct development research outside of that scope.

Social and cultural changes in society are increasingly challenging and demanding along with the times marked by developments in technology and communication. However, so that every challenge and change does not lead to setbacks and shapes human behavior to positive values, the value of human hedonism must be bound by positive values. This study aimed to analyze the positive values contained in the Holy Qur'an and al-Hadith. The literature review method has been used in this study to produce socio-cultural changes with thematic studies in the Koran contained in Surah QS al Hujurat: 13, Q.S.Al Qur'an S.Ar Ra'ad: 11, Q.S. Al A'raf: 34, Qur'an S. Ali Imran: 110, QS. Al A'raf: 96, QS. Al Maidah: 8, Qur’an S. Al-‘Asr: 3, Q.S.Al Baqarah: 22, QS. On Tour: 21, QS. Arrum: 41, QS. Joseph: 55) and QS.Hud: 37. The conclusion of socio-cultural education with thematic studies is that every change and development will be followed by other changes, but these changes lead to constructive and positive things, and the direction depends on the belief of each party. individual and collective society.

Internalization of Religious Values in The Islam Program Teacher's Family Education of High School and High Vocational School Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin Abd. Basir; Abdul Rahman

Technology that develops along with social changes so that it has an impact on human life, including educational institutions in the family. The study in this study is a field with a phenomenological nature. This study aims to examine the PAI high school and vocational high school Muhammadiyah teachers in Banjarmasin City about the values given by parents as religious teachers to their children. The results showed that; First, the values given by parents as PAI teachers in Banjarmasin City in providing education in the family are to give the values of faith, faith and sharia. Second, the challenges are so great for parents as teachers in providing education to their children, so parents provide additional religious education to their children, which is to enter the boarding school with a full day school learning system.

This study raises the theme of the values of Moral-Based Moral Education in the Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Islamic Boarding School of Al-Manshur Popongan Klaten. The research method used is qualitative method, using the one used is phenomenology, the subject is the Murshid of the Naqshabandiyah Khalidiyah Order, the Naqshyabandiyah Khalidiyah Congregation and religious figures around the popongan Islamic boarding school, analyzing the data using structured analysis methods, monitoring, and triangulation of data. The results of his research are: 1) Moral Education in the Procession of Suluk Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Boarding School Al-Manshur Popongan Klaten. Based on the content of the requirements and the harmony of the above, that in the procession of suluk it takes the values of moral education that is able to improve the quality of human beings to be perfect beings. And in it there are morals towards Allah SWT, Teachers, Students and Fellow. The implementation of suluk can also be actualized in social life, 2) Values of moral education in the Suluk Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah pesantren Al-Mansur Boarding School in Klongan. That contains moral education which includes: 1. Morals towards God, namely Repentance, Gratitude, Tawakal, and Ikhlas. 2. Morals towards Teachers, namely Ridho, Ta'dzim, Obedience and Amanah. 3. Morals towards Yourself, namely Sidiq, Mujahadah, Istiqomah and Wara '. 4. Morals towards Others, C) Implementation of Suluk Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah in Community or Daily Life. 1. Ukhuwah Islamiyah, 2. Tawadhu ’, 3. Ta'awun and 4. Husnudzan

This research describes and discusses about the importance of using role-playing method in Aqidah Akhlak at Madrasa. Professional teachers are those who are able to lead students to achieve maximum outcomes. This research aims to realize the learning of Aqidah Akhlak that is appropriate to the current context. Thus, teachers are required to use brilliant and different methods from the others. Aqidah Akhlak subject requires an effective method because Aqidah Akhlak has different characteristics from other subjects. That is why 21st century PAI (Islamic education) teachers need to be creative by utilizing a variety of learning methods. An effective method for Aqidah Akhlak subjects is role playing. The skills of a PAI teacher are expected to emerge from the role playing method in the Aqidah Akhlak learning process. The strategy and method of role playing are one of the components contained in the learning system. The components are capable of delivering effective and dynamic learning processes. Therefore, from various learning methods used by PAI teachers, role playing one is considered effective to make directed, capable, and effective learning based on learning goals.

The study aims to explore the paradigm of Islamic education, democratic education to face the globalization challenges in Indonesia. This research method was a qualitative approach with type of literature study. Paradigmatically, democratic education is the process to develop all human potentials that values of plurarity and heterogeneity as a consequence of cultural, ethnic, ethnic, and religious diversity. The emphasized main values in democratic education are equality and tolerance. Whereas in Islamic education, the values of transcendence taught in the curriculum must be practiced in daily life in order to achieve the pious charity conference. The challenges of globalization that have penetrated into the world of education have become a driving force for inclusive and sustainable educational innovation.This study is expected to provide contributions for academician, education practical, and teacher in Indonesia as an actualization of Islamic education and democratic education to confront globalization challenges in Indonesia. The main objective of the integration of Islamic education and multicultural education is to provide student to face globalization challenge as khoirul ummah.

Construction of Islamic Boarding Shcool in Developing Moderate Islam Siti Yumnah

Islamic teachings are moderate teachings as set out in the Koran. However, at the level of practice, Islam sometimes becomes radical and sometimes becomes liberal. This is because of the lack of in-depth Islamic knowledge. Therefore, this study examines the construction of Islamic thought, develops moderate Islam. Based on the analysis of literature and field facts, moderate Islam in pesantren is inseparable from the Wali Songo who spread the religion of Islam in the archipelago by (1) maintaining the balance of fiqh reasoning and Sufism, (2) making the theology of Ahlussunah a monotheistic approach, (3) maintaining traditions that exist in the community. The pesantren develops (1) values in caring for the understanding of Islamic religious thought, (2) values in caring for the understanding of thought among religious people, (3) values in caring for religious and cultural understanding. These values are always maintained and preserved by pesantren in the process of religious thought, education and preaching.

Many cases show that the condition of existing resources will cause problems for every educational institution. There are two possibilities; (1) If the number of teachers is lower than the ideal number, and (2) If the number of existing teachers exceeds the ideal number needed. Therefore, each institution must plan teacher needs with a scientific approach, both qualitative and quantitative. This study aims to plan teacher needs for the 2018/2019 school year at the International Standard Madrasah, Amanatul Ummah, Pacet, Mojokerto, East Java. The teacher planning used in this study is a trend analysis predicting the number of new students in 2018/2019 which will then be the basis for determining the number of study groups. Based on the number of study groups, it is then determined by the needs of teachers, especially those who are subject to national testing. The results showed that the composition of the teacher was needed, based on the basic and current needs of the trend analysis.

Development of Pesantren Teachers In The Perspective of Uswah Nubuwah Supian Supian; K. A Rahman; Sulhi M Daud; Nanang Thohirin

Qualitative research using this case study approach is to explore and describe the supervision of the principal in managing teachers from the perspective of the nature of the Prophet: Shidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah in the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Muara Jambi Regency. The data were collected through interviews and document studies of 4 participants, namely the headmaster of kindergarten/early childhood schools, SDIT, MTs, and the leader of the Hidayatullah Muaro Islamic Boarding School Jambi. Interview data were analyzed using a case and cross-case analysis between participants. The results showed four main categories, namely (1) like fingerprints, most of them had been carried out (2) like the mandate that they had been carried out (3) like tabligh that they had run as the program (4) there were obstacles and supporters in implementing the program following the nature of the prophet. The obstacles are laziness, not istiqomah (discipline), a busy schedule of activities, lack of awareness, while the supporting factors are a family atmosphere, halaqoh marhalah ula, marhalah wustho, deliberation, meetings, congregational prayers, reading the Koran, recitation, training, Madrasah working group (KKM), and Teacher working group (KKG).

Design of Improving The Quality of Human Resources Based on Islamic Schools in Anak Saleh Foundation, Malang City Anwar Sa'dullah; Muhammad Fahmi Hidayatullah

The quality of human resources has become a vital aspect in the development of Islamic education institutions in particular. Almost every leading school has a design to improve the quality of human resources, bearing in mind that this aspect is the key to the birth of a quality generation. Learn from the Saleh Children's Foundation in improving the quality of human resources as a non-LPI general education institution to become one of the leading primary and early childhood education institutions in Indonesia. adi therein are Elementary Schools and Age Education. The two schools became role models of Islamic school-based management in line with the ideals of reform and independence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach with a multicase design. The results of this study are: improving the quality of teachers in early childhood education programs (PAUD) Anak Saleh through internal workshops and seminars which are held every Saturday. Its activities are based on output in the form of scientific work, and outcomes in the form of student and parent handbooks (news stories and prayers). While improving the quality of administrative and non-administrative education staff through collaborative activities with government agencies and non-government organizations.
