Abstract

Inadequate learning media used in hospitality accounting learning has an impact on the difficulty of understanding the learning material. This study examines the effectiveness of learning media in making hospitality financial reports through a spreadsheet application. The research design in this activity will use the development of learning tools, according to Sugiono. This research method uses a learning media development model which includes steps, namely product testing, product revision, and uses trials. The research subjects were students of the hospitality accounting study program. The instrument used consisted of observation guidelines, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The participants of the product trial were 15 students of programming courses in hospitality accounting, and 34 people in one class were tested for use. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive by measuring the results of student learning tests seen from the scores obtained by students in learning the financial statements of hospitality companies. The assessment is carried out based on the scores obtained from the learning outcomes of attitude and participation assessment, assignment of assignments, and an assessment of the resulting product. The results of the evaluation of the use of media in making financial reports through spreadsheets show that student learning outcomes are excellent so that this media meets the requirements for the effectiveness of media learning so that this media can be used in educational accounting learning.

The world community is currently facing a new era that is more advanced, faster, information that is increasingly difficult to filter, and increasingly open competition. The low ability of high/vocational school mathematics teachers to develop HOTS assessments is a serious problem that must be immediately found a solution to be able to increase student competitiveness in the 21st century. This study aims to analyze the relationship between divergent thinking and the ability of teachers to develop HOTS assessments, the relationship between digital literacy and teachers' abilities to develop HOTS assessments, and the relationship between divergent thinking and digital literacy with teachers' abilities to develop HOTS assessments. This research is a quantitative non-causal survey method. The research design used a correlational regression model. The study population was high school/vocational high school mathematics teachers in Bali, NTB, and NTT. The sample selection used the cluster random sampling technique. Research data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results show a significant positive relationship between divergent thinking and the ability of teachers to develop HOTS assessments. There is a significant positive relationship between digital literacy and teachers' abilities to develop HOTS assessments. There is a significant positive relationship between divergent thinking and digital literacy and the teacher's ability to develop a HOTS assessment.

Abstract

The lack of quality learning materials will automatically affect the effectiveness and success of learning. This study analyses the differences in students' perceptions of the e-module product Mathematics I vector material based on gender differences. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The research sample amounted to 90 students using simple random. Data analysis was descriptively carried out using normality, homogeneity, and ANOVA tests where the significance was more than or equal to 0.05. The results of the ANOVA test showed that there were differences in perception. Based on gender with a significance value of 0.037 in women and 0.022 in men. Furthermore, in the post hoc test or further test Gabriel showed that in class A and B with a significance of 0.047 for the female gender. Meanwhile, the male gender in class A and class C had a significant difference with a significance value of 0.033. Compared to the male gender, women have more dominant differences caused by biological factors where women use their emotions more than men, whose more realistic thinking is better. The use of the Mathematics e-module will significantly assist students in the teaching and learning process to make it easier to understand and seem interesting. Knowing how the differences and diversity of perceptions of the developed e-modules will certainly help educators make teaching materials that are appropriate and able to attract students' interest.

This study aims to determine the differences and the relationship between attitudes and self-efficacy of students in science subjects. The type of research is comparative quantitative. The number of respondents as a sample is 74 students. The data collection technique used simple random sampling. The results of the study using the T test, which is a significant difference in student attitudes in science lessons, both female and male students in class VII A and class VII B. From the results of the T test for self-efficacy, there are differences in student self-efficacy in lessons Science both students and male students in class VII A and class VII B. The results of the correlation test between students' attitudes and self-efficacy towards science subjects in class VII A and VII B showed that attitudes and self-efficacy were related. This study has limitations including researchers only measuring the attitudes and self-efficacy of students in class VII. This paper is research on data collected through an open questionnaire and online interviews. An open questionnaire was given to 24  students from three high schools in Malang, East Java Province. In addition, data were also obtained from ten teachers and nine parents. Teachers and parents have difficulty developing social care characters, resulting in the students' low social care character. The selection of the suitable learning model during the pandemic and harmonious cooperation between schools and families become a determinant of success in the learning process of students' social care characters. Thus, the online learning process should change the mindset of teachers and parents that the teacher-centred learning process is not suitable for a student-based learning process as learning actors who have the authority to seek and produce knowledge.

Abstract

The success of education in a country automatically also shows the progress of a country. In essence, education itself is a conscious effort to develop personality and within oneself. School is a place where education is held for the purpose of national education. However, not all schools can achieve the expected goals. Like a school that has priority on certain subjects. One of them is Madrasah Tsanawiyah which dominates subjects with religion. So the importance of this study aims to determine the differences and the relationship between the interests and skills of students in learning mathematics with flat side space material. This study uses quantitative methods with associative and comparative types. The sampling technique used in this study used simple random sampling. From the results of the T test and the correlation obtained, it was found that there were differences in the process skills and interests of students with regard to the material build flat side space. This is evidenced by the value of sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. So can be concluded that student interest affects the process skills of students at MTsN (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) and there is a significant relationship between students' interest and process skills in mathematics with flat-sided geometry. There are limitations in this study where this study only measures students' skills, interests have not been tested with other variables such as attitudes, motivation and others.

This study aims to investigate the pattern, to know the process and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for developing multicultural insights. This research used descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity test used triangulation, while data analysis technique used miles and Huberman interactive analysis, namely reduction, presentation and data verification or conclusion. The results of study showed that diverse cultures, multicultural insights can increase understanding of Indonesian multiculturalism, especially midwifery students. While the process of developing multicultural insights used formal and informal stages, as for the supporting and inhibiting factors of developing insight in midwifery students including the spirit of diversity is fundamental, interaction with students in class when taking ISBD courses is quite conducive to multicultural application, there is a balance between theories and practice and it has been integrated.
