The task of teacher guidance and counseling in schools is to deal with problems related to physical and psychological that occur in students in school, especially student behavior including student learning motivation. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of student motivation by using role playing methods , and to find out what factors can increase student learning motivation. The research method used is descriptive with a case study of an event presented in the form of role playing. The results of the study showed that in the first stage there was no learning motivation for group members. Stage 2 there are still some who are still joking in role playing. Stage 3 has got positive results, only some of the group members have not followed the guidance properly. Stage 4 has got positive results because all group members followed the guidance well, all students were active and enthusiastic following the last guidance given. Through this stage 4 guidance service, the group members' learning motivation has been seen. The conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in student learning motivation through 4 stages by using role playing techniques . Suggestions from this study are that teachers pay more attention to students whose motivation is less in terms of learning in school and for students to be more enthusiastic to learn.

The above problems we often find in schools especially in high school, As has happened in high school SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin, teachers BK said there are still many students who are still confused in determining the department and career or what work is chosen later for the future, this is due to lack or BK teachers never provide career information services to students. Based on data analysis shows that there are significant differences in understanding of career planning of class XI students before and after service information that is giving tips and tricks career planning. This is true from the results of the initial test (Pre Test) with an average of 129.12 increased after being given Treatment through information service by providing career planning tips and tricks which then performed the final test (Post Test) with an average of 139.72. Then the initial test difference with the final test is 10.6. Thus, information services with the provision of career planning tips and tricks can be used as a very effective means in determining career planning students XI SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin.

Evaluation is an important activity in management because evaluation of a program can be seen as exhausted. There are several facts in the field regarding Guidance and Counseling evaluation, namely the lack of BK teacher knowledge of the Guidance and Counseling evaluation model, BK teachers are more focused on evaluating the process and the results relating to students and counselors using the 2014 and 2016 Guidance and Counseling Guidance BK teachers who do not have Guidance and Counseling guidelines as a reference for evaluating Guidance and Counseling. The purpose of this study is to find out the factual conditions of Guidance and counseling evaluation, analyze the needs of BK teachers for CIPP based Guidance and Counseling model evaluation and produce CIPP based Guidance and Counseling based evaluation models. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D) carried out with 4 steps namely preliminary study, hypothetical model development, expert validation and model revision. The analysis technique used uses miles and huberman techniques. The results of the study, the BK teacher carried out Guidance and Counseling evaluations well but not yet maximally, the BK teacher needed a comprehensive evaluation model and CIPP based Guidance and Counseling model evaluations that had been validated by experts and practitioners. KONSELING INDIVIDUAL DENGAN PENDEKATAN BEHAVIORAL UNTUK MEREDUKSI PERILAKU MEROKOK PADA SISWA KELAS IX SMP NEGRI 17 BANJARMASIN Rahman, Arif; Jarkawi, Jarkawi; Susanto, Didi

Perilaku merokok dapat dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu fungsi merokok, tempat merokok,intensitas merokok, dan waktu merokok. Perilaku merokok dapat di tunjukkan dengan sikap siswa sehari-hari, kebiasaan ataupun aktifitas lainnya. Dilihat dari permasalahan tersebut terdapat pada siswa SMPN 17 Banjarmasin yang mengalami perilaku merokok khususnya kelas IX, sehingga diperlukan sebuah upaya untuk mereduksi perilaku merokok melalui konseling individual dengan pendekatan behavioral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada penurunan perilaku merokok menggunakan konseling individual dengan pendekatan behavioral pada siswa SMPN 17 Banjarmasin Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Pre-Experimental Design The One Grup Pretest-Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 orang siswa dan sampel yang akan diambil dengan jumlah 3 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa yang mengalami perilaku merokok dikategori sedang sebanyak 6 orang, dan rendah sebanyak 15 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan wilcoxon dengan nilai sign. (2-tailed) adalah 0,002 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling individual dengan pendekatan behavioral dapat mengurangi perilaku merokok pada siswa kelas IX di SMPN 17 Banjarmasin.

Noble character that plays an important role in realizing a life that is understood and dignified. Noble character supports ethics, character, morals as manifestations of religious education. Group counseling service is one of the guidance and counseling services in schools. the field of guidance and counseling services received is effective enough to help students improve and develop good morals and protection at MTS Noor Aini Banjarmasin. The research method used was one group, the pretest-poststest design that is in this study design, first from the group of subjects given a pre-test and then given treatment at a certain time and then measuring back the post-test to compare the situation before and before treatment (Sugiyono ) Based on the results of observations with Guidance and Counseling teachers at MTs Noor Aini Banjarmasin, there was an assessment of IX A class students who discussed about participants who lacked morals, this can be shared with students who have poor moral behavior. This can be seen from the still many students who like to be caught, like cheating, like to participate, do not pay attention to the teacher when giving lessons, always deny winning promises, and even more so about what is spent while spending class hours. The researcher took 20 students or one class for interviews related to students who lacked morals. From the results of the questionnaires given to 20 students, it can be seen that before being given counseling services the group of 6 (six) students entered the criteria of the students. Of the 6 participants who have not been given assistance or care, this shows that the general participants of the students have poor character Based on the results of the pretest, students need to get further training.

This study is linked up by a low- profile discipline of a low- tempered student of disorient students, which is market in the first class of education, not attending to the eye of the class, not to be held, not to be responsible, to be in the middle, of the class of no time, to be in the middle of the school, to be in the school, leaving the school without permission, and not to wear uniforms and attributes according to the terms. The behavior shows a student of students who conduct a student of the grave scientific violations that need to be done with the research of the dignity of the public class of the 2018/2019 years. Which is the purpose of the words resources, wich is the purpose of the world study of investigation of the student of the student of the worlds studies, which is the research of the investigative of the experimental expert experimental with the decisive behavioral of the decisive one of the pretest theme of pretest-poststust. The sample that the guard was taken into this study was two students from a class of viku high school in six-time resources, the battlements of the imperial dealers were in the same book of the unexpected, the observation of the unearthorial contract (pretest-poststust), data technique using using interviews using interviews, the observation, observation and documentation, results of the discipline and the behavial dealer with the behavioral contract is 46,50 and after following the individual counsellors biology of the contract is 81,50. According to the test result thitung =22,136 by the degree of freedom (df) 1 then compered to ttabel 0.05 = 6,134 with the price povisions thitung bigger than ttabel ( 22,135 ≥ 6,314),then Ha roger that and Ho dropping.
