Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in basic swimming training by introducing water techniques in the preschool, kindergarten and school-age categories. This study involved 102 swimming school students in testing the validity and reliability, and 97 students were used as research samples using accidental sampling. The research was conducted at the Bandung International Swimming School Swimming Club. The instrument used in this research is the Swimming Games Program questionnaire given to Bandung International Swimming School trainers. The data obtained were then tested statistically using SPSS Version 24 with a significance level of α = 0.05 using the paired sample t-test. The implications of this research can provide information to swimming coaches and parents that swimming games programs have the potential to help train children in increasing courage and basic swimming techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the PJOK learning process in schools from the planning stage of learning and implementation of learning to evaluation through antecedents evaluation, transaction evaluation, and outcomes evaluation. This research is a program evaluation using the Stake evaluation model with the stages of context evaluation, process evaluation, and outcomes evaluation. Data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Qualitative data analysis techniques have four components: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that, in general, the PJOK learning activity program at the State Junior High Schools throughout the Sampolawa District had been running well by the applicable curriculum. The conclusion of learning activities for physical education, sports and health at State Junior High Schools in Sampolawa District, in the context of teachers always making and collecting learning tools, program objectives, policies have been implemented well, and infrastructure facilities are still lacking. In implementing activities by applicable laws and regulations, the implementation and coordination carried out are by the learning plans, materials and performance processes, but facilities and infrastructure are still lacking. The overall evaluation outcomes are good in the academic field; student learning outcomes are by the minimum completeness criteria.

Abstract

This research is motivated by motor educability, and the motor ability of students is an essential factor in physical education learning. This study aims to determine the relationship between motor skills and motor skills on self-esteem in learning physical education. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a dual paradigm design with two independent variables. This study used a sample taken by simple random sampling consisting of 70 student subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjungsari in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research findings and discussion show that: 1) Motor educability has a significant relationship with students' self-esteem scores. The relationship between motor educability and student self-esteem is 97% or is at the level of a solid relationship. 2) Motor skills have a significant relationship to students' self-esteem. The relationship between motor skills and students' self-esteem is 98.4% or is at an extreme relationship level. 3) Motor and motor skills have a significant relationship to students' self-esteem. The relationship between motor educability and motor skills on students' self-esteem simultaneously or together is 98.6% or is at the level of a solid relationship. Motor skills have a significant relationship with students' self-esteem. The relationship between motor skills and students' self-esteem is 98.4% or is at the level of a solid relationship.

Abstract

The physical education learning process, which is still oriented towards mastery of movement and achievement, makes teachers ignore other skills, one of which is social skills which are very important in the process of child development. This study aimed to examine the effect of the TPSR (Teaching, Personal, Social & Responsibility) and Cooperative jigsaw model on students' social skills. The method used in this research is a proper experimental design. The research population was all 5th-grade students at SDN 111 Pindad, Bandung City. The research sample used in class 5 was 60 students according to research needs. The data collection process was carried out pre and post with the social skills instrument (Social Skill Improvement System) developed by Gresham and Elliot. Based on the research results, the TPSR and cooperative models can improve students' social skills. However, in the independent sample T-test of the TPSR model and the jigsaw cooperative, there was no significant difference in improving social skills.

Abstract

Pesantren is an educational institution where to educate and gain knowledge, not only religious knowledge but must be able to form character based on the character values ​​of the Ministry of National Education. The research that the researcher conducted aims to analyze the activities of sunnah worship to increase character values ​​in the Shalafi Islamic Boarding School environment. This research was conducted with descriptive research through a quantitative approach. The results of data processing and analysis show that sunnah prayers and sunnah fasting, on increasing character values ​​in physical education with the results it can be accepted that there is a significant effect. Although based on the calculation of determination, it is known that the increase of 21.2% and 78.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research stems from the findings in the field that athletes experience many difficulties in footwork movements. This study aimed to determine the significant influence between technology and conventional. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test group design. This study showed an increase in using the CF application of as much as 16.27%, with a pre-test value of 48.80% and a post-test value of 65.07%. And conventional exercise had an increase of 12.80%, with a pre-test value of 64.53% and a post-test of 77.33%. This shows a superior difference of 3.47% using the CF application compared to conventional. Thus, it can be concluded that the practice of CF and Conventional applications can affect the footwork ability of Badminton Players at UKM Badminton UPI Sumedang.

Abstract

The teacher is a powerful component in educational success. One of the supporting factors for teacher quality is teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship of teacher competence to the implementation of public elementary school teachers in Bandung Regency. The population and samples in this study were all public elementary school corner teachers in Baleendah District, Bandung Regency, who sold 53 people. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive correlation analysis method. Research results in data processing and analysis show that pedagogic competence, professional competence and social competence both partially and simultaneously affect teacher performance with positive and significant results.

Abstract

The goalkeeper is the player in the last line of the futsal game and must have good reaction speed. Training methods can provide an improved reaction. Methods such as SAQ and 8-Point Star Drill are expected to increase the hand reaction of the female futsal goalkeeper. This study uses a 2x2 Factorial research design. The 2x2 factorial modifies the posttest-only control group or pretest-posttest control group design. The sample used for this study was 28 female futsal goalkeepers from Cirebon U-23 with a purposive sampling technique. The training method data shows a sig value of 0.007 for the effect of the exercise method on reaction speed. The interaction between training methods and the average reaction speed of female futsal goalkeeper U-23 Cirebon shows that the Sig value is 0.019. The comparison between 8-Point Star Drill and SAQ is above the average, with a Sig value of 0.998 and a Sig value of 0.004 for below average. So that the goalkeeper could increase the reaction speed of the female futsal goalkeeper Cirebon U23, she was able to be given SAQ and 8-point star drill.

Abstract

Evaluation is an activity to collect information about the work of something, which is then used to determine the suitable alternative in making a decision. This study aims to assess the evaluation of lectures in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The subject of the research conducted by researcher interviewed four students. This research is qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive method. Study results The results of observations, interviews and documentation that the evaluation of lectures in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor PGSD Penjas students have advantages and disadvantages, especially in terms of lecturers and students who have to work together in lectures that run smoothly

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teaching style command on learning outcomes of shooting in the soccer game of class IV-C students of SDN 159 Sekejati Bandung. The method used is an experimental method with the type of one-group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples is 20 students from classes IV-C. The data collection uses the technique futsal skill game. The result of this study indicates that there is an effect of the command style on the learning outcomes of the command teaching style on the inner foot passage learning in futsal games at class IV-C students of SDN 159 Sekejati Bandung because the t-count is more significant than t-table (16,580 > 2,093).
