Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the feasibility of the learning media website chatbot based on problem-solving in present data for grade 4 elementary school at SDN Kapuk 05 Pagi. This study used research and development as the research method with four stages 4-D Thiagarajan development model, namely: 1) define, 2) design,3) develop, and 4) disseminate. The product of this research was a website chatbot learning media based on problem-solving in present data for grade IV elementary school. The feasibility level based on the results of the percentage assessment of material experts got 78%, learning media experts got 95.5%, linguists got 85%, the instructional design got 92%, one to one evaluation 90,9%, small group evaluation 84%, field test 82,1%, and teacher response assessment results produced was 93,75 %. Based on this result, it could be concluded that website chatbot learning media based on problem learning achieved the category of “very good” and "very decent" to be used as mathematics learning media for present data.

Abstract

The aim of this study to improve students’ listening ability on fairy tales in Indonesian language learning at SD Tunas Karya Sunter especially for students who have difficulty in listening fairy tales. The research uses R&D method with ADDIE development model. Then, data collection techniques uses needs analysis and questionnaires given to media experts, material experts, linguists, and students. Based on the results of research, the development of learning videos using Adobe Premiere Pro software in improving listening ability on fairy tales showed the average result of the expert review test was 88.59% Very Good and in the user trial was 97.4% and it can be used in improving listening ability on fairy tales. Suggestion for this research is it needs a long time to create an optimal product.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: (1) determine the validity of Kediri local wisdom-based caricature media for elementary school students. (2) know the effectiveness of Kediri local wisdom-based caricature media for elementary school students. This research used R & D including five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The technique of collecting data used questionnaire validated by media expert, material expert, as well as limited and wide test. The technique of data analysis used the validity and effectiveness test (Sugiyono, 2012). The results of the research were: 1) Caricature media based on Kediri local wisdom obtained a validity score of 90% from media experts and 92% for material experts. 2) Caricature media based on Kediri local wisdom was categorized very effective, it can be seen that pre-test was 59.95 and post-test was 79.1. The results of limited and wide homogeneity were 0.049 > 0.005 and 0.948 > 0.005 (homogeneous data), while limited and wide normality test were 0.200 > 0.005 (normal data), paired T- test of limited and wide were 0.007 < 0.05 and 0.000 < 0.05, so there is an influence significant between pre-test and post-test. The results of the research are needed as a basis for developing Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research was conducted to: (1) determine the validity of product development of fairy tale material-based Kediri local wisdom and (2) determine the effectiveness of product development of fairy tale material-based Kediri local wisdom. The research method used R&D. The technique of collecting data used questionare validated by the experts. Data analysis was carried out by testing the validity and the effectiveness. The results of this research were: First, from the material expert showed that the product validity got score 94% and 92% from teaching materials expert. It can be said that teaching material was very valid. Second, the results of the effectiveness of fairy tale teaching material showed that pre-test was 45.52% and post-test was 87.5%. The normality test on a limited scale got 0.676 of pre-test score and 0.334 of post-test score. While on a wide scale, pre-test score was 0.680 and post-test was 0.219. Out of these results showed that it was significant > 0.05, so the data was normally distributed. In the homogeneity test obtained 0.067> 0.05, it can be said that the data was homogeneous. The result of t-test was 0.000 <0.05. It means that teaching material for fairy tales is very effective. The results of this study are important as a basis for developing fairy tale material in elementary school.

Abstract

R A restaurant is a business that sells goods and services. The fact shows the restaurant business competition is very tight. The management team needs to be equipped with an understanding of consumer behavior as an influencing factor in decision-making, both internally and externally. In fact, consumer behavior analysis rarely gets the attention of companies. The companies tend to focus on aspects of the marketing mix and customer service. The manager of a company can use it as a reference by understanding the reasons consumers buy to solve the company’s problems. The study aimed to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on consumer behavior both separately and together on purchasing decisions at Keboen Rodjo Kediri Restaurant. Internal factors of consumer behavior include personality, motivation, self-perception, learning, and self-concept. While external factors include culture, social class, reference groups, and family. Purchase decisions are characterized by product selection, brand choice, dealer choice, visit time, and the number of purchases. The research population is all consumers at Keboen Rodjo Kediri Restaurant. The research sample is 60 respondents with an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study prove that internal and external factors have a significant effect separately or jointly on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Problem-solving is the basis for identifying problems, making choices, and considering options based on the obtained information. The research objective is to create a problem-solving-based skills assessment instrument based on Greenstein on ecosystem materials. This research uses the Plomp model R&D (Research and Development) development method. The tool uses an expert validation sheet. The study is limited to testing the feasibility of the instrument. Data analysis with percentage technique. The results showed that the assessment instrument for problem-solving skills was feasible with the results of the validation of practitioner experts 86.2% "Very Valid", 93% assessment experts "Very Valid", material experts 85.8% "Very Valid", and linguistic experts 83.2% "Sufficiently Valid". The validity test results on items with a decent category obtained 17 'Valid' questions. The reliability test results got the results of 0.752 "high reliability".

Abstract

This study aims to produce technology-based PPKn learning media innovations, especially Powerpoint media for SDN Bawang 3 students in Kediri. This research also seeks to increase students’ interest and motivation to learn, improve learning outcomes, and instill independent character. PowerPoint media innovation has three working mechanisms: observe, write, and campaign. The learning media innovation development model used in this study is the Lee & Owens model. The Lee & Owens model steps start from the stages of problem analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study can increase students' motivation, activeness in learning and make learning more meaningful so that students can apply it in everyday life and train students' courage; this is proven by students being able to campaign for ways to save energy in everyday life in the form of videos.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 on physical education and sports learning at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and Madrasah Aliyah public and private levels in the Kediri Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The population in the study is all physical education and sports teachers, totalling 284 under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion of Kediri Regency. The data will be revealed using an instrument in the form of a validated questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 12 that in the Kediri Regency, most of the Physical Education and Sports and Health teachers are constrained in carrying out online learning because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of the factors that become obstacles and obstacles in carrying out and providing evaluations are due to several factors, including because online learning is a new learning method for students and teachers, considering that so far, teachers have implemented physical learning face to face with students. In addition, the constraints of quota costs and the use of mobile phones in the same family that is used together also make students feel burdened. This study indicates that the learning of Physical Education, Sports, and Health in Madrasahs throughout Kediri Regency has had a significant impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic 19, especially in terms of the implementation of learning. So teachers are required to use online or online learning with Android and can make home visits to check students' health

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product diversity and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for ontel bicycles at the Agung Jombang store. This research uses an explanatory research method and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. Obtained a sample of 100 respondents where the collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the validity test, reliability with Cronbach's alpha, classical assumption of simple regression, and t-test. From the results of the data analysis, the calculated t value is 0.084 < 1.66 table. this means that there is a significant influence between the variables of product diversity and price perceptions on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the predictive role of organizational climate in innovative work behavior (IWB) during the COVID-19 pandemic with knowledge sharing behavior as a mediator between the two. These variables were chosen because they are assumed to have an effect on business continuity in the tourism industry during the pandemic. This research method is a cross-sectional quantitative research on individuals who work in the tourism industry, both government and non-government institutions. The study was conducted on selected sample of 84 employees whose jobs are tourism-related across the country. The Hayes Macro Process mediation test was conducted to test the hypothesis. The results showed that knowledge-sharing behavior plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between organizational climate and innovative work behavior. rIt is suggested that the knowledge sharing behavior does not become a mediator between organizational climate and IWB because of the possibility that it can stand alone as a predictor variable. The process of examining employees' perceptions of their climate and its impact on innovation work behavior takes a relatively long time
