Abstract

Humanistik merupakan konsep terkait manusia sebagai sentral eksistensi. Teori tersebut sangat cocok diterapkan pada pembelajaran, khususnya pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Terealisasinya hubungan antar manusia satu dengan manusia yang lain sangat baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pentingnya pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islamdi era revolusi 4.0. dengan menggunakan konsep humanisitk.. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, ternyata pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islamdi era revolusi 4.0. dengan pendekatan humanistik di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Gunung Kidul cukup baik. Hal tersebut, dapat dilihat dengan adanya kekompakan dalam menyelesaikan suatu tugas dengan kerja sama yang baik sehingga bisa selesai dengan tuntas.

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan kajian yang mendalam tentang peran pesantren dalam pendidikan resolusi konflik. Konflik yang terjadi di beberapa daerah di Indonesia harus diupayakan solusinya, agar terbangun kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia yang damai. Salah satu cara membangun perdamaian adalah mengubah cara pandang masyarakat dari pandangan konflik sebagai sebuah kerugian, ancaman dan pertanda kegagalan, menjadi pandangan bahwa konflik juga bersifat fungsional dan bisa menjadi sarana pemberdayaan dan pemajuan masyarakat. Hal yang demikian menuntut adanya kesadaran semua elemen masyarakat untuk terlibat didalamnya salah satunya adalah pesantren. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah Pesantren mempunyai peranan sebagai pendorong aktif untuk melakukan proses resolusi konflik sehingga memampukan warga pesantren dan masyarakat agar dapat mengelola persoalannya sendiri. Hasil dari kajian pustaka ini adalah pesantren diharapkan mempunyai berbagai progam pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan persoalan perdamaian, dialog antar agama, mediasi konflik, dan pendidikan perdamaian (pelatihan manajemen konflik, pendidikan perdamaian untuk pemuda dan remaja, dan pengembangan pendirian lembaga). Kata kunci : pesantren, pendidikan, dan resolusi konflik Abstract This paper is an in-depth study of the role of Pesantren in conflict resolution education Conflicts that occur in several regions in Indonesia must be efforted to be resolved, in order to build peaceful life of Indonesian people. One of the way to build peace is to change the community's perspective from the view of conflict as a loss, threat and sign of failure, to the view that conflict is also functional and can be a means of community empowerment and advancement. This requires an awareness of all elements of society to be involved in it, one of which is the Pesantren. The aim of this paper is that the Pesantren has an active role as a motivator to carry out a conflict resolution process so that the Pesantren community and the community can manage their own problems. The results of this literature study are that Pesantren are expected to have a variety of educational programs related to peace issues, interfaith dialogue, conflict mediation, and peace education (conflict management training, peace education for youth, and the development of institutional establishment). Abstract

Abstract The development of pesantren is very interesting to be discussed. This is because the boarding school is an Islamic educational institution of Indonesia that is believed to be able to mint the student who are characterized and become the guidance of society in religious life. Pesantren in its development follow the development of the times that always move to a better direction, so there are some values and systems that are renewed. This review will discuss the change of pesantren towards the modernization of Islamic education in philosophical methodological review. In this study there is a discussion of modernization in terms of historical aspects and their understanding from various opinions of experts. Modernization that occurs in Islamic educational institutions has an impact on Islamic educational institutions, thus giving birth to the pattern of modernization and modernization form. Motivation in pesantren learning also develops in order to upgrade students ability and adjustment of time.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan dan pelatihan memberikan kesempatan pada guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dan juga melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ke dua variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari program pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru yang ada di SMP Negeri 1 Keritang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Variabel bebas (X) Program pendidikan dan pelatihan, variabel terkait (Y) Peningkatan kompetensi. Dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang guru SMP Negeri 1 Keritanng dengan menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.0 . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) program pendidikan dan pelatihan berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 83%, (2) peningkatan kompetensi berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 86%, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara program pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru di SMP Negeri 1 Keritang dengan nilai rhitung 0,776 lebih besar dari rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 0,361 (0,776>0,361). Jadi dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik program pendidikan dan pelatihan maka semakin berkualitas pula peningkatan kompetensi guru. Sekolah diharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan efektifitas pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan agar peningkatan kompetensi guru terus mengalami peningkatan dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstrak : Indonesia bangsa yang mayoritas dari penduduknya adalah muslim dan sangat kaya dengan warisan nilai tinggi dengan itu ia mampu melahirkan manusia yang ungul. Karakter yang ditanamkan pada siswa, didalamnya mencakup komponen tentang kesadaran, kepedulian, pemahaman yang sempurna terhadap Allah, khususnya diri masing-masing, masyarakat, lingkungan, serta bangsa pada umumnya. karenanya seharusnya nilai-nlai luhur tersebut terinternalisasi pada setiap pribadi seseorang agar selalu senantiasa bisa diaktualisasikan melalui implementasi sehari-hari. Dalam mengembangkan sebuah potensi generasi pemuda penerus bangsa, karakter baik harus terkonstruk pada jiwa generasi yakni karakter tanggung jawab. pastinya ini bukanlah perkara yang eenteng, maka dari itu suatau kesadaran dalam masing-masing pihak sanagt dibutuhkan terkait perkembangan karakter, bahwasanya pendidikan karakter dinyatakan begitu perlu untuk dilaksanakan. Adapun kurikulum ialah suatu instrumen yang tunggu-tunggu adanya, karna diharapkan mampu menyumbangkan suatu arahan demi berjalannya sebuah proses demi lebih berkembangnya kualitas dan potendi pada peserta didik. Maka demikianlah, kurikulum mulai disusun serta dikembangkan untuk dipergunakan sebagai pemandu ketika proses mengarahkan seluruh pesrta didik sehinga mereka membentuk manusia yang berkualitas. Ada berbagai pengalaman baik yang setidaknya sudah dikuasai oleh siswi dengan tujuan agar mereka bisa membantu, menyumbangkan atapun menyempurnakan kehidupan masyarakat diantaranya yaitu dalam cakupan penguasaan materi yang hendak diajrakan prestasi menjulang, keterampilan diri, sikap, kecakapan, kebiasaan baik, beberapa apresiasi Kata Kunci : Kurikulum 2013, Karakter, Peserta Didik Abstract : Indonesia is a nation whose majority of the population is Muslim and is very rich with a heritage of values that can create the human personality of into a superior character. Planting character values to students, including components of awareness, understanding, caring and commitment to God, to ourselves, society, the environment, and the nation in general to become human beings naturally. Thus noble values should be internalized in each person so that they can be actualized through the practice of everyday life. Developing the potential of this nation young generation to gain the good character is the responsible of all elements. Therefore we need an awareness from all elements regarding character development that character education is very important to do. The curriculum is one of the instrument expected to provide direction in order to realize the process of developing more quality and potential of students, Therefore, the curriculum is compiled, developed and use and as a guide in directing students to become qualified human beings. There are a number of experiences that students must have to help human life in mastering certain knowledge, skills, attitudes, habits, achievements and appreciation.

Abstract

Radical action is a serious problem facing the Indonesian people. This case cannot be separated from the lack of public attention to religious education Coupled with the role of the government which pays little attention to the Islamic Religious Education system for schools in Indonesia. Islamic Education that fosters moderate character can be a solution to this problem. Therefore the purpose of this study is to explain how Islamic Religious Education plays a role in deradicalization and how PAI's curriculum innovations can produce people of moderate character. This research is a literature research using content analysis. The conclusion of this research is that first, Islamic Education can play a role in deradicalization through material content, the Teacher's thinking style and teacher's guidance to students. Secondly, curriculum innovation to form moderate character can be done by giving a load of tolerance values ​​and patriotism, creating teachers with an inclusive paradigm, implementing learning in a creative and actual way.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the results of the analysis of the suitability of the illustrations. In the analysis results of the illustrations listed at the beginning of the chapter, namely the beginning of chapters II-XIV are not appropriate, the discrepancy is because the illustrations listed do not match the chapter title, the scope of this study is SKI textbooks for grade 9 MTs students published by the Ministry of Religion. This study is important because illustrations that fit 11 standard dance perspectives can add to the attractiveness of a reader. This research is a library research using library analysis, which is done through collecting data, compiling or classifying it, and then interpreting the data, results from this study the SKI textbook for 9th grade MTs students published by the Ministry of Religion still needs improvement. According to the analysis, the illustrations at the beginning of the chapter (chapters II-XIV) with the chapter titles are not appropriate. The illustrations listed do not match the material to be conveyed, so there is a need for revisions to the 9th grade SKI textbook illustrations and the need for additional illustrations.

Abstract

This study describes the application of the direct instruction learning model in improving learning motivation, learning activities and student achievement in the moral subjects of the eighth grade MTs YAPIN Kertasemaya Indramayu. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were the eighth grade students of MTs YAPIN Kertasemaya Indramayu, totaling 30 students. The instrument used to obtain preliminary data was the daily scores of students, data on student achievement was carried out objective tests carried out at the end of each cycle, and questionnaires to obtain data on learning motivation and observation to obtain data on student learning activities. The results of this study indicate there is a significant increase in each cycle. To increase student motivation, the average cycle I was 49.6%, the second cycle was 77.8% and the average cycle III was 81.3%. To increase learning activities in the first cycle by 68.9%, while the average cycle II was 77.75% and the average cycle III was 86.6%. As for the increase in learning outcomes that can be seen from the results of the classical learning completeness percentage in the first cycle by 40%, in the second cycle by 60% and in the third cycle by 80%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transformational leadership style in fostering the creativity of An-Nawawi Islamic Boarding School students Berjan Purworejo. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation methods. From the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the creativity of a leader is obtained from the experience and knowledge he has, but that can be obtained by imitating or learning from the experience gained. The subjects showed a transformational leadership style of fostering creativity by applying critical thinking and good moral standards, giving new tasks to build potential and providing training and direction so that the work can be completed on time and efficiently. What is unique about the subject is its ability to entrust all the responsibilities given to the unit to be able to complete its tasks in its own way and ideas but still according to work procedures.Keyword: Curriculum Development, Islamic Education, Deradicalization.

Abstract

This research is aimed at describing the implementation of Minimum Standard of Education (MSE) and performance of school committee in supervising the implementation of Minimum Standard of Education (MSE) at Junior High School in Jepara. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data collection was conducted through questionnaire, interview, documentation study, and observation. The data analysis used descriptive qualitative. The research result showed that the implementation of Minimum Standard of Education (MSE) had average good score at State of Junior High School and less than good in Private Junior High School. In the meantime, the supervisory duties of school committee to the implementation of MSE showed poor grades.
