Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Word Of Mouth and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at the Tokopedia Online Media Shop at PT. Tokopedia Tower Jakarta, South Jakarta.  The sampling technique used is a random sampling system. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers of PT. Tokopedia Tower Jakarta as a respondent. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and correlation coefficient analysis. The results showed that:        1) The wordof mouth variable has a positive and significant influence in improving purchasing decisions, 2) The product quality variable has a positive and significant influence in improving purchase decisions, 3) The word of mouth and product quality variables have a positive and significant influence in improving purchase decisions

Abstract

To determine the effect of positive and significant motivation on employee performance through work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office. This research was conducted on employees of the Jatimakmur Village Office. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires. In this study, the researcher used the saturated sample method. For the data analysis model, the researcher uses path analysis test (path analysis).Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jatimakmur Village Office, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jatimakmur Village Office, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stock trading volume, inflation rate and exchange rate on the volatility of stock prices in the coal, sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is companies listed in the coal, sub-sector on the IDX for the 2011-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The results showed that partially the volume of stock trading and the exchange rate had a significant positive effect on stock price volatility, while the inflation rate variable had a significant negative effect on stock price volatility. Trade volume, inflation rate and exchange rate simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price volatility

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction through work motivation as a mediating variable. This study was designed as an empirical study to test the hypothesis and was designed as a cross-sectional study. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and path analysis. Meanwhile, to test the instrument is done through the validity test and reliability test. The results of the regression analysis show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of path analysis show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have an effect on job satisfaction, but different from organizational commitment to job satisfaction, motivation does not provide mediation support.

Abstract

To achieve an optimal work result, the company must improve the career development and compensation system in order to support the performance of employee in the company. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of career development and compensation on employee performance either simultaneously or partially at PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The study was conducted on 75 respondents to employees of PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The results of tests conducted, it was found that Career Development and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, Career Development and Compensation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Market needs and wants that move dynamically change rapidly and continuously, companies must be more creative in interpreting the threats and opportunities that exist in the market through the utilization of the company's strengths and capabilities. Cosmetics in Indonesia continues to experience increasing demand for cosmetics, which encourages many cosmetic industries to continue to compete in creating products with the advantages possessed by each company and innovations that can attract purchasing decisions. Local cosmetic products and equipment that are widely available in supermarkets, department stores, cosmetic centers as well as those offered from the internet are increasingly diverse and the choices are increasingly varied. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of brand image and eworm on customer loyalty using Emina cosmetic products. The method used is quantitative method using regression analysis. This study involved 50 research respondents. The results of the study reveal that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of brand image and eworm on customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment and incentives on UD job satisfaction. Bekasi City Trubus. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was all UD employees. Trubus has 510 employees. The sample of this study amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique is with the formula isaac and michael. The data collection technique is carried out by questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple and part partially ial linear regression analysis, The results of this study show:  First, there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction. Second, there isa positive influence of incentives on job satisfaction. Third, there is a positive   influence   of   the   work   environment   and   incentives   on   job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be useful for increasing job satisfaction through a comfortable work environment and incentives provided.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of performance appraisal and motivation the work productivity of employees at the HR Department of Dr. National General Hospital. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Using a saturated sample/census by taking the entire population, so that the sample taken is all employees in the HR department of Dr. RSUP. Cipto Mangunkusumo. In collecting data the researchers used a questionnaire method. 1) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is no effect of performance appraisal on work productivity. 2) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an effect of work motivation on work productivity. 3) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an effect of performance appraisal and work motivation simultaneously on work productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of compensation and work stress on the employee work satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable in Cipinang Class I Jail, Jakarta. This study was conducted using a saturated sample. The analysis tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The test result showed that 1) Compensation had a positive and significant impact on work satisfaction meaning that the increasing compensation increased employee satisfaction. 2) Work stress had a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction meaning that the increasing work stress would also increase employee work satisfaction. 3) Compensation had a positive and significant impact on employee motivation meaning that the increasing compensation increased employee motivation. 4) Work stress had no positive yet insignificant impact on employee motivation meaning that increased employee stress caused work satisfaction to not necessarily increase. 5) Work motivation had a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction meaning that increasing motivation increased employee work satisfaction. 6) Work motivation mediated work compensation had a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction meaning that the motivation given by the leaders could increase work satisfaction. 7) Work motivation did not mediate work stress and was insignificant for employee work satisfaction meaning that work motivation did not necessarily affect employee work stress
