Abstract

The purposeof this researchis to find out the influence of asset management  of  Governmentof Padang, its impact on quality offinancial report of the Governmentof Padang. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR), quality of service and promotion brand image of Telkomsel in Padang. Type of research is causative. The population in this study is the people of Padang who know CSR program, feel quality of service and know the promotion by Telkomsel in Padang. Sample based on Non Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used multiple regression and hypothesis testing using F-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that 1) corporate social responsibility (CSR) have a significant influence on brand image of the Telkomsel in Padang. 2) The quality of service have a significant influence on brand image of Telkomsel in Padang. 3) Promotion have a significant influence on brand image of Telkomsel in Padang. From the research, it appears that the promotion variables have a greater influence than the variables CSR and quality of service. Furthermore, CSR variables has the second largest effect than the variable quality of service and variables that have the smallest effect in this study is the variable quality of service. So that means the promotion variables have a very important role in enhancing the brand image of the Telkomsel in Padang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  Populasi yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Paparabun Perfume yang berdomisili di kota Padang. Secara umum diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat positif bagi Paparabun, akademisi dan praktisi Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang pelanggan Paparabun Parfume. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder dan primer. Untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dan informasi maka dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Didalam model penelitian ini digunakan dua kategori variabel. Pertama variabel dependen yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Kedua adalah variabel independen yaitu kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan. Untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis model regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama ditemukan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Paparabun Parfum. Pada pengujian hipotesis kedua ditemukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Paparabun Parfum. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelangga menggunakan Paparabun Parfume Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Pelanggan,    Paparabun Perfume

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to revealy influence the professional attitudes,  work motivation and work discipline on the teachers performance in at the Senior High Schools Sungai Penuh City. The research population is the teachers who civil servants and  the sample taken are 141 teachers as respondents with proporsional stratified random sampling. The technical data collecting by questioner and document. The approach which has been used in this reseach is descriptive and data processing by using SEM technique and  Lisrel 8.30 program. The result of this research shows that: 1)The professional attitudes significantly influence on the work discipline of teachers 2)The professional attitudes indirectly significantly influence on the work motivation, 3)The professional attitudes significantly  influence on the teachers performance, 4) Work motivation significantly influence on the teachers performance , 5)Work discipline significantly influence on the work motivation of teachers, 6)Work discipline indirectly significantly influence  on the teachers performance. Therefore,it suggested that to increase teachers performance is necessary to increase both professional attitudes through work discipline and work motivation. Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the effect of price on customer satisfaction, 2) the effect of promotions on customer satisfaction, 3) the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, 4) the effect of price on customer loyalty, 5) the effect on customer loyalty promotion, 6) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, 7) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman. Type of research is ex post-facto, the study population is customer Kinali Adira Finance in District 890. Proportional sampling technique is simple random sampling. Samples totaling 110 people. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale models that have been tested validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction rates, 2) There is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction campaign, 3) There is a positive and significant impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, 4) There is a positive and significant impact on the price customer loyalty, 5) there is no significant influence on customer loyalty promotion, 6) there is a positive and significant impact of service quality on customer loyalty, 7) there is a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty customer satisfaction Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman. In terms of direct and indirect influence of price, promotion, quality of service and satisfaction to customer loyalty Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman amounted to 36.66%, found that customer satisfaction had the greatest influence of 18.75%. This suggests that an understanding of the direct satisfaction has a major role to the emergence of customer loyalty in the District of Adira Finance Kinali West Pasaman. Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of investment on economic growth in the province of West Sumatra, 2) The effect of labor force on the economic growth in the province of West Sumatra, 3) The effect of government spending on economic growth in the province of West Sumatra, 4) Influence of investment, labor force and government expenditures together on economic growth in the province of West Sumatera. Research conducted an exploratory study in the area of West Sumatra province, to see an image of the effect of investment, labor force and government expenditures on economic growth in West Sumatra during the period 1981-2010. Data analysis technique area used to prove and test the hypothesis propose disnon linear regression. The result showed that the investment variable, labor force and government expenditures have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in the province of West Sumatra. This means that if there is an increase in investment, the number of labor force and increase government spending can trigger economic growth in West Sumatra. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis : 1) Pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik, 2) Pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan terhadap iklim organisasi, 3) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap iklim organisasi, 4) Pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : 1) Perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik. Semakin baik perilaku kepemimpinan dalam menerapkan atribut kepemimpinnanya tentunya akan membuat lingkungan kerja fisik menjadi baik, 2) Perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi. Semakin baik perilaku kepemimpinan tentu akan membentuk iklim organisasi menjadi lebih baik, 3) Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi. Semakin baik lingkungan kerja fisik tentunya akan menciptakan iklim organisasi yang baik, 4) Perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin baik pimpinan dalam melaksanakan fungsinya tentunya akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, 5) Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin baik lingkungan kerja fisik yang ditasakan oleh pegawai tentunya akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehari-hari, 6) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of fungi leadership on the climate of the organization, 2) Influence of fungi leadership to work commitments, 3) The effect of organizational climate on work commitments. This type of research is the study of causality. This research population is all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar, amounting to 161 people, and the status as civil servants. Total samples 113 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The research found that: 1) The function of leadership significantly influence the organizational climate. The existence of better leadership will certainly be able to create a good organizational climate, 2) Function leadership significantly influence the work commitment. The better the leadership function will certainly increase the high work commitment for the employee in performing the task, 3) organizational climate significantly influence the work commitment. Abstract

The research is proposed to determine the influence of job satisfaction, compensation and career development to turnover intention of BSM branch Padang’s employee.  The population in this research were organic employee of BSM branch Padang. The number 84 organic employee as research sample is determined by using Slovin formula and elected by using cluster random sampling techniqe.  Primary and secondary data  are used in this research.  Analysis data technique is using path analysis dan hypotesis test by using t test with SPSS version 20 is used to analyzed the data. The result of this research shows that the compensation and career development are positively and significantly affect job satisfaction.  Furthermore, compensation, career development and job satisfaction all together have a significant influence to turnover intention but  individually only job satisfaction that have a significant and negative effect to turnover intention.   Keywords : Job satisfaction, Compensation, Career development, Turnover intention

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze the effect of (1) the headmaster’s leadership on climate work, (2 the headmaster’s leadership and work climate on achievement motivation, and (3) the headmaster’s leadership, work climate and achievement motivation to discipline SMPN 18 Padan’s teachers. The population was teacher of SMPN 18 Padang are 62 peoples and sample are 51 people with Proportional stratified random sampling method. For the data analysis technique used was path analysis. The result are: headmaster’s leadership influence the  climate of work. the headmaster’s leadership, work climate and achievement motivation significantly influence teacher’s discipline. Achievement motivation has the greatest direct influence on discipline teachers compared with the principal's leadership and organizational climate. Teachers discipline are directly affected by the leadership that the principal function properly despite low achievement motivation of teachers. To improve labor discipline can be done by creating a conducive working environment even if the teacher does not have a high achievement motivation.
