Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of mutation, compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra   Solok Area. Type of research is causative. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. Sampling based on Proportional Stratisfied Random Sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the F and  t test. Results of this study indicate that (1) mutation have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (2) compensation had a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (3) work motivation have a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. (4) mutation and compensation have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok area indirectly through the variables of work motivation as an intervening variable, but the effect is smaller than the direct effect. From the research, it appears that the variable mutation have a greater influence than the variable compensation and work motivation. The next variable compensation have compared the effects of biggest than variable work motivation, and the variable that has the smallest effect in this study is the work motivation variables. So it can be interpreted variable mutation has a very important influence in improving employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) West Sumatra Solok Area. Abstract

This research was intended to express : 1. The influence of Placement towards  motivation on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang, 2. The influence of placement and Job environment towards motivation on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang, 3. The influence of Placement, Job environment and motivation towards job satisfaction on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang. The size of population as much as 100 peoples. The technique of samples Proportional Random Sampling. The samples of this research are the employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang as much as 80 employees. The data collected through a questionnaire using scale models Likert that has been examined the vaidity and the reliability. The technique of analysis data are used Path Analysis with the help of SPSS (statistical package for social science) program. The results of this research are : 1. There is a significant influence between Placement towards  motivation for the Employee on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang, 2. There is a significant influence between Placement, Job environment towards motivation and, 3. There is a significant influence between placement, Job environment dan  motivation towards job satisfaction on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area  padang. Judging from the  influence of direct and indirect Placement, Job environment and  motivation towards job satisfaction on PT. Pegadaian (Persero)  Padang as much as 47,52 % obtained that motivation have the greatest influence as much as 15,76 %.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) the effect of principal leadership on teacher motivation River Junior High School district Lemons, 2) Effect of principal leadership on teachers’ commitmen Lemons River Junior High School district, 3) Effect of motivation on teachers’  commitmen Lemons River Junior High School district. Population in this study were all school teachers Secondary Schools in District Lemons River totaling 101 teachers. Mechanical Sampling using ”proportional stratified random sampling. The number of sample is 75 teachers. The date analysis technique used path analysis. The result of the study found that : 1) Leadership headmaster significant effect on teacher motivation Secondary Schools in the district of Padang Pariaman district Lemons River 2) Leadership headmaster significant effect on teachers’ work commitment Secondary Schools in the district of Padang pariaman district Lemons River. 3) Motivation significant effect on teachers’ work commitment Secondary Schools in the district of Padang Pariaman district Limai River. Abstract

The working satisfaction has the important for the on-going life of an organization, including the government organization, for that purpose an organization needs to pay attention to the factors which influence the work satisfaction of the employees. The objective of this research is to know and to analyze the effects of the communication variables of a leader, the compensation and the work motivation on the Work Satisfaction of the employees at Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This research includes the quantitative approach. The population of the research is 74 participants by using Slovin Formula 43 samples are obtained. The techniques of sampling is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The data was managed by using path technique analysis by the help of SPSS software. The result of the research shows that the leader communication, the compensation and the work motivation has significantly influence the employees’ work satisfaction. The suggestion for this research is to the related stakeholders to give the contribution on the increasing the work satisfaction for the employees to increase the working performance. Abstract

This research aims to identify 1) The effect of internal cooperation and communication to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari.2) The effect of driven to be the best to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari 3) The effect of learning organisation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari 4) The effect of customer orientation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari5) The effect of competitor orientation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari. This research contains all of Bank Nagari’s employeeas populations and 95 among them were choosen as samples. Data were gathered by using interval scale quiestionnaires and results were analysed by using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results showed that Internal cooperation and communication affects insignificantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0,157 sig.0,126), Driven to be the best affects insignificantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.049 sig.0,503), Learning organisation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.244 sig.0,002), Customer orientation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.327 sig.0,000) and Competitor orientation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.231 sig.0,003). This research also adress some aspects to be continuesly improved by Management to maximize the level of exixtence of market oriented culture as well as marketing strategy execution within Bank Nagari. Keyword: Market oriented culture characteristics (internal cooperation and communication, driven to be the best, learning organisation, customer orientation and competitor orientation), marketing strategy implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze : 1) The effect of leadership on the organizational communication and work motivation of employee in Dinas Pendidikan in Pesisir Selatan Region, 2) The influence of organization communication on the work motivation of employee in Dinas Pendidikan in Pesisir Selatan. The population of this study all the employee who worked in the Dinas Pendidikan in Pesisir Selatan is 83 person. Invite sample size is 68 respondens which selected based on the stratified Proportional random sampling. To answer the research question, the path analisys is used. The study showed that leadership had positive & significant effect on the organizational communication & work motivation in Dinas Pendidikan in Pesisir Selatan. The organizational communication significantly afected the work motivation of employee in the Dinas Pendidikan in Pesisir Selatan Region

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the principal effect of leadership style on organizational climate junior high school teacher in District Pasaman , (2) influence of the leadership style of the principal motivation of teachers working in the district Pasaman SMP N, (3) Effect of principal leadership style on performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman, (4) the effect of organizational climate on work motivation of teachers in District Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational climate influence on the performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman N, (6) Effect of motivation on teacher performance SMP N in district Pasaman. Based on the results of the study can be seen that (1) the principal's leadership style significantly influence the organizational climate in Kecamaten Pasaman SMP N, (2) the principal's leadership style significantly influence the motivation of teachers working in the district Pasaman SMP N, (3) leadership style Principal significantly affect the performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman N, (4) organizational climate significantly influence the motivation of teachers working in the district Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational climate had no significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Kecamatn Pasaman N, (6 ) Motivation significant effect on the performance of junior high school teacher in District  Pasaman. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the influence of reward toward working motivation of the civil servant at KPU (Election Commission) in Tanah Datar regency, and the influence of reward and working motivation toward working satisfactory of the civil servant at KPU in Tanah Datar regency. Population of this research are all of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency.  There are 55 person.  Sample of this research were taken by using Proportional Cluster Random Sampling.  The researcher took 49 person. Data were analyzed by using Line Analysis and supported by SPSS program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).  The result of this research shows that: 1) reward has significant influence toward working motivation of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency, and 2) reward and working motivation have significant influence toward working satisfactory of the civil servants at KPU in Tanah Datar regency.  It is suggested to the leader of KPU in Tanah Datar regency to be able to manage  as well as possible the system of distributing rewards, giving respectation orally or written to the civil servant who has good reputation in their work, giving reward to the civil servant who has good reputation in their work, giving extra income to the civil servant along their work.  Furthermore, the leader is also expected to be always motivating their staff to be diligent in working, to be serious in giving motivation in working.  This way can be apllied by giving reward and punishment toward the civil servants.

Abstract

The research is proposed to the influence of : 1) Competention to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer, 2) Compenzation and work environment to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer, 3) Work environment to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer. The population in this research were to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer size of 115 civil servants. Furthermore, by using the formula Slovin, then elected a sample size of 90 civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer with sample tecnique is used namely Simple Random Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using multiple linear regression analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the competention, compenzation and work environment to cause the positive and significant to job motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of public sector expenditure lag , and the lag of the regional economy to the economy of West Sumatra Province and the lag effect of the regional economy , and the lag of public sector spending on public sector expenditures West Sumatra Province . This research is a quantitative descriptive and associative . The analysis model used in this study is a model of Vector Autoregression ( VAR models ) using simulation ( lag 1 and 2 ) and ( lag 1 , 2 and 3 ) . The simulation results show the model VAR ( lag 1 and 2 ) is more appropriate , because the SIC and AIC is smaller. The results showed that the local economy lag 1 and lag 2 public sector spending significant effect terhadaap West Sumatra provincial economy . While the regional economy lag 1 and lag 1 public sector spending also significantly on public sector spending areas of West Sumatra province . In connection with these results , the study recommends that local governments pursue policies that constantly improve public sector spending so that spending on lag 1 and lag 2 plays a role in the regional economy so that these conditions have a causal effect between public sector spending and the economy of the province of West Sumatra .
