Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of work stress on motivation to transfer, 2) Influence of motivation to transfer to transfer of learning, 3) The effect of motivation to transfer on transfer of learning, and 4) The effect of work stress on transfer of learning with mediation effect of motivation to transfer. This type of research is the study of causality. This research population is all employees of the Padang Religious Court, amounting to 60 people, and the status as civil servants who attended one training. Total samples 54 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The research found that: 1) Work stress significantly influence the motivation to transfer. Work stress have positive effect on motivation to transfer, 2) Motivation to transfer significantly affecting transfer of learning. Motivation to transfer will certainly increase the transfer of learning, 3) Motivation to transfer  significantly influence the transfer of learning. The better motivation to transfer will certainly increase tranfer of learning, 4) Motivation to transfer have been significantly mediated influence work stress on transfer of learning. A better motivation to transfer will increasing transfer of learning eventhough the employee having a stress in their job.  Keywords: Work stress, Motivation to transfer, Transfer of learning

Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the influence of leadership on compensation, 2) the effect of leadership on organizational climate, 3) the influence of leadership on employee motivation, 4) the effect of compensation on organizational climate, 5) the effect of compensation on employee motivation, 6) the effect of organizational climate on employee motivation on Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City. Type of research is ex post-facto, the study population was employee of the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City. The technique Sampling is a sampling population. Samples numbered are 42 people. The technique data analysis used is the Path Analysis. The results of the study showed: 1) Leadership significant effect on compensation of employees in the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City, 2) Leadership significant effect on organizational climate at the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City, 3) Compensation significantly influence the organizational climate at the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City 4) Leadership significant effect on employee motivation in the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City, 5) Compensation significant effect on employee motivation in the Department of Socia and Labor of Padang Panjang City and, 6) Organizational Climate significant effect on the motivation of employees working at the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City. Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the effect of: (1) transformational leadership on organizational culture in PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. (2) transformational leadership to the implementation of knowledge management in PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. (3) organizational culture on knowledge management implementation in PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. The population of this research was all employees at PT.Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera about 56 people. Sampling is done by means of proportional stratified random sampling about 49 people. The technique of data analysis used the path (path analysis). The results showed: (1) Transformational leadership significantly influence on organizational culture at PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. (2) Transformational leadership significantly influence the implementation of knowledge management at PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Sumatera. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, place and Patient Care Against Decision To Conduct Examination In Clinical Laboratory Faithful Labora Payakumbuh. This type of research is causative, where the research was to analyze the effect of one variable with another variable. As the population in the study were patients who came to the laboratory examination Clinical Laboratory Labora Faithful. The research sample was taken with accidental sampling technique. The sample size was determined using the formula of Cooper and Emory. In this study, the sample size was 94 patients for the study comprised of 51 men and 42 women .. Research data sourced from primary data obtained from questionnaires submitted to respondent. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and inductive analysis through regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test at α = 0.05. The results showed that: (1) Product Variables significantly influence the decision to choose the laboratory to examine the sig = 0.022 (2) Variable price significantly influence the decision to choose the laboratory to examine the sig = 0.001. (3) The variables significantly influence the decision to choose the laboratory for examination with variable sig = 0.009 and significant service to the patient's decision in choosing a laboratory to conduct spot checks with sig = 0.024. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze : 1 ) The effect of leadership on organizational commitment Padang Regional Secretariat . 2 ) The effect of work motivation on organizational commitment Padang Regional Secretariat . 3 ) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction of the Regional Secretariat staff Padang . 4 ) The effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang . 5 ) The effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction of the Regional Secretariat staff Padang. This type of research is the study of causality . The population in this study were all within the Regional Secretariat Employees Padang , amounting to 226 people . The sample size is 144 employees . The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis , test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. The results of this study found that : 1 ) Leadership significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Padang. 2 )Work motivation significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Padang. 3 ) Leadership significant effect on employee job satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang. 4 )Work motivation significant effect on employee job satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang. 5 ) significantly influence the organizational commitment to employee satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of quality of service (direct evidence and reliability), sales promotions, and location against customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang. The design of this research is descriptive. Population is customer saving on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang, which accounts for up to the end of December 2011 as much as 4667 customer. Total sample research 98 customer. The sampling technique used in the study is accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques to test research hypotheses are multiple regression analysis with the F test and test. The results of this study found that the quality of service to ascendant significantly to customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang with regression coefficients of 0,279, sales promotion effect significantly to customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang with regression coefficients of 0,249, and location effect significantly to customer loyalty PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang with regression coefficients of 0,349. Key Words : Quality Of Service, Sales Promotion, Location, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Planning, Implementation and Control Budget to Performance Unit (SKPD) in the Mentawai Islands of West Sumatra, and see to what extent the efforts of SKPD make effective and efficient use of the budget. Samples was done by Multi Stage Sampling number 32 on education. Results of the study stated that: Budget planning is a positive and significant impact on the implementation of the budget, planning and implementation of the budget in a positive and significant effect on the control of the budget, Planning, Implementation and Control of the Budget affect positively and significantly related to performance on education in the Mentawai islands County Government, and There are direct and indirect influence of the Planning, Implementation and Control Budget is positive and significant impact on the performance of the Government on education in the Mentawai Islands.   Keywords: Planning, Execution, Control, Performance, SKPD

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effects of work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the performance of employees working in the Bank Nagari. The population in this study amounted to 1,449 employees and a sample of 313 respondents. Analysis of data using a proportional sample data. Data using questionnaires, observations and corporate data.Results of the study concluded that : 1) Motivation of significant and positive impact on job satisfaction at Bank Nagari, 2) Motivation give significant and positive impact on organizational commitment to the Bank Nagari, 3) job satisfaction affects insignificant and negative towards the organization's commitment to the Bank Nagari , 4) Working motivation give positive significant effect on employee performance Bank Nagari, 5) Job satisfaction does not give significant positive effect on employee performance through intervening Bank Nagari organizational commitment, 6) organizational commitment has a significant positive effect to employee performance Bank Nagari. Keywords: workmotivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employeeperformance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of leadership toward the compensation & organizational climate,  the effect of the compensation on the organizational climate, and the impact of the compensation and organizational climate on the work motivation. Population of this study is all employees (62 persons) in Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi & Informatika of Padang Panjang Region. Based of slovin formula 54 employees were selected as the respondence, is path analysis was used answer the research problem. This study proved that the leadership ha significant influences toward the compensation & organizational climate, The compensation significantly effected on organizational climate and compensation & organizational climate significantly influenced the work motivation. Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the effect of leadership style on work motivation, 2) the effect of work environment on work motivation, 3) the effect of leadership style on the performance, 4) the effect of work environment on performance, 5) the effect of work motivation on the RRI Bukittinggi employee performance. Type of research is ex post-facto, the study population is employee of RRI Bukittinggi. Proportional sampling technique is Proportional cluster sampling. Samples totaling 76 people. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale models that have been tested validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant impact of leadership style on work motivation, 2) There is a positive and significant impact of work environment on work motivation, 3) There is a positive and significant impact of leadership style on the performance, 4) There is a positive and significant impact of work environment on the performance, 5) There is a positive and significant impact of work motivation on the RRI Bukittinggi employee performance . In terms of direct and indirect influence of leadership style, work environment and work motivation to employe of LPP RRI Bukittinggi amounted to 38.8%, found that work motivation had the greatest influence of 14.82%. This suggests that an understanding of the work motivation has a major role to the RRI Bukittinggi employee performance Keywords : Leadership Style, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Performance
