Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of leadership on organizational culture, 2) the effect of leadership on employee commitment, 3) the influence of organizational culture on employee commitment, 4) The effect of leadership on employee performance, 5) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance , 6) Effect of work commitment on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of the Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya totaling 63 people. The sampling method is proportional stratified random sampling. The number of samples is 54 employees. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis of the study was the analysis of line with kaedah kaedah test used was the F test and t test. The results of the study found that: 1) Leadership significant positive impact on organizational culture and Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 2) Leadership significant positive impact on employee commitment Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 3) Organizational culture have a significant positive impact on employee commitment Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 4) Leadership significant positive effect on the performance of Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 5) organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. 6) Commitment work significantly positive effect on employee performance Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya. In an effort to improve the performance of employees in the Dinas Kopperindag dan UMKM Kabupaten Dharmasraya need to be improved implementation of leadership functions, improve organizational culture and improving work commitment in carrying out duties

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion to buying decision making of  Citra hand and body lotion in Pariaman. The research surveyed 100 respondents in Pariaman using accidental sampling method. Primary data gained by conducting observation, interview and questioner dissemination (that the validity and reliability of the questioner had already been tested). The data collected analyzed by using logistic regression method. The result of this research shows that product quality, price and promotion in televition are significantly influence toward the buying decision makin  in Pariaman. Key words:  Product Quality, Price, Promotion in television, and Buying Decision Making.

Abstract

Today knowledge age firms operate in more turbulent business and market dynamic environments, managers need to take proactive in creating to combating strategies for such environments and to adapt to such external turbulent environments. Incorporation of ‘Flexibility’ in strategic of any organization becomes very important in all the perspectives of the business organization. Although in the current market dynamic environment, firms looking for sustainable growth in their business performance need to be strategic flexible in their business operations. This paper few conceptual studies have examined the coorelation of strategic flexibility on business performance Small Medium Entreprises (SME). This paper presents the result of a study that was designed to identify if strategic flexibility will be related to business performance SMEs in Sumatera Barat. Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analysis the influence of education of household head, working status of household head, and family size in Pariaman city. This analysis use Logistic Regression Model to show the probabilities of poverty with Wald Test analysis to know influence of independent variabel partially effect on dependent variabel, Chi-Square analysis to know the influence of independent variabel simultaneously effect on dependent variabel. Then use Odd Ratio analysis to know the probabilities of poverty. The result of this study found that the influence of education of household head to poverty is negative and significant, this mean is the more higher of education of household head will effect the more lower of poverty. The influence of working status of household head to poverty is negative and significant too, this mean is more formal the working status of household head will effect more lower of poverty. Then, the influence of family size to poverty is negative and significant too, the meaning is more small of the number of the family will effect more lower of poverty. Cause of education of household head, working status of household head and fa,ily size effecly more andt significant to poverty in Pariaman city, so that the Government should more priority the policies that can increase the capabilities of the peoples in the city to the three variabel, example with give more practice to increase the capability, education to setting the maternity and many more. Keywords : Poverty, education of household head, working status of household                   Head, and family size.

Abstract

The aim study  is to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and employee work motivation  in Department of agriculture and horticulture crops and Department of livestock West Pasaman. Sampling was taken  based on proportional stratified radom sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the f and t test. The result of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a significant influence on employee work motivation in Department of Agriculture , horticulture crops and livestock West Pasaman (2)Compensation has a significant Influence Employee work motivation in Departement of agriculture, horticulture crops and livestock West Pasaman (3) Work environtment has a significant influence on employee work motivation in Department Agriculture, horticulture crops livestock West Pasaman. On employee work motivation. From this research, it appears that  the variable of leadership has a greater influence than the variable compensation and work motivation. Compensation is the smallest variable in this research. So it can be interpreted that variable of leadership has a very important influence in improving on employee work motivation in Department of Agriculture and horticulture crops and Department of livestock West Pasaman. Abstract

This research aims to : 1) the effect of work motivation on employee satisfaction, 2) the effect of work motivation on employee commitment, 3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment, 4) the effect of work motivation on employee discipline, 5) the effect of job satisfaction on employee discipline, 6) the effect of commitment to the discipline of employees working at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue (DPPKA) Tanah Datar. The population was Servants Revenue Service Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA) Tanah Datar as many as 72 people. Proportional sampling technique the sample is cluster sampling. Samples numbered 42 people. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis). Results of the research are: 1) There is a positive and significant impact work motivation on employee satisfaction, 2) There is a positive and significant impact work motivation on employee commitment, 3) There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment, 4) There is a positive influence and significant work motivation on employee discipline, 5) There is a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction of employee discipline, 6) There is a positive and significant impact employee commitment to the discipline of the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue (DPPKA) Tanah Datar. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of product, price , and distribution to the purchasing decision Syempana cake rise in the city of Pekanbaru and specifically to determine ( 1 ) The effect of the product on purchase decision , ( 2 ) The effect of price on purchase decisions ( 3 ) Effect of distribution to the purchasing decision . This research is a descriptive study . The population in this study are all potential consumers Syempana cake rise in the city of Pekanbaru . The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people . The technique of data analysis using logistic regression analysis . The results showed that ( 1 ) Product significant effect on purchasing decisions , ( 2 ) price significantly influence purchase decisions , and ( 3 ) distribution significantly influence purchasing decisions . The survey results revealed that the variable product gives a greater influence on purchase decisions Syempana cake rise . Results of logistic regression a significant difference between the independent variables ( product , price , and distribution ) to the buying decision for 25.396. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine  (1)The effects of leadership on organizational climate. (2)The effect of incentives, leadership, and organizational climate on job satisfaction and (3)The effect of incentives,  leadership,  organizational climate and job satisfaction on work commitments. The scope of research was analyze the variables significantly influence incentives, leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on job satisfaction variables through intermediate variable (job satisfaction). The research population was all employees of the Office of Financial Management of West Sumatera Province, amounting to 279 people. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling proportional amount to 162 people. Data were collected by questionnaire Likert scale models that have tested the validity and reliability. Techniques of data analysis is path analysis. Hypothesis testing used the test f. The results showed that: (1)leadership has a significant effect on organizational climate. (2) incentives, leadership, and organizational climate have significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) incentives, leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have significant effect on  work commitments. It known that the direct effect of leadership on job commitment and job satisfaction directly influences the work commitments and the effect of incentives on work commitment. While the indirect effect of organizational climate on work commitment through job satisfaction larger than the indirect effect of leadership on work commitment through job satisfaction and indirect effects of leadership on work commitment through organizational climate and  influence of indirect incentives to work commitment through job satisfaction. Abstract

The objective of this research is to tested the influence of trust toward customer loyality and The influence of the satisfaction of service quality toward customer loyalty. The primary data is obtained from the customer of Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang Trust represented the convinience to make long term relationship to build positive performance. Service quality including service which was given by  Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang involved how they gave service. Data tested and analyzed with Multiple Analysis Regression Linier. The method of sampling is accidental sampling. The population is the customer of Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. The result  of this research shows that both hiphothesys were proved. There is a positive effect on trust toward customer loyality, there is a positive effect on satisfaction of service quality toward customer loyality. Abstract

The research is proposed to test the influence of compenzation, organization commitmen and job insecurity  to intention to turnover lecture High School of Economics Sakti Alam Kerinci. The population in this research werw lecture High School of Economics Sakti Alam Kerinci. Furthermore, by using the formula Slovin, then elected a sample size of 55 lecture STIE SAK with sample tecnique is used namely Simple Random Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using path analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the compenzation to cause the positve and significant organization commitmen and job insecurity has no contribution to organization commitmen. The analyze result also shows that the compenzation, organization comitmmen to cause the negative and significant to intention to turnover and job insecurity to cause the positive and significant to intention to turnover.
