Abstract

This research was conducted at Buluh Rampai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research took place for six months. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial accountability on increasing village development in the Village of Buluh Rampai, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu District. To find out the effect of partial village fund allocation management on increasing village development in Buluh Rampai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. And to find out the influence of accountability and management of the allocation of village funds simultaneously to increase village development in the village of Buluh Rampai, Seberida District, Indrgiri Hulu Regency. In this study, a sample of 95 respondents namely the head of the family of Buluh Rampai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative analysis using the SPSS Version 24.00 application. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 18.837 + 0.315X1 0.114X2, a = 18.837. Partial test results (T Test) obtained the value of the Accountability variable with tcount> ttable is 2.503> 1.98580 based on the criteria meaning Accountability partially influences the Development of Village Development, and obtained the value of the variable Management of Village Fund Allocation tcount> ttable ie -0.737> -1 98580, based on criteria, means that Village Fund Allocation Management partially has no effect on the Improvement of Village Development. Simultaneous test results (F) obtained value of Fcount> Ftable is 3.209> 3.10 then from the data testing criteria it can be seen that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Accountability and Management of Village Fund Allocation affect the Improvement of Village Development. The results of the calculation of R, obtained value of r or correlation is 0.225 or it has a weak and unidirectional relationship between Accountability and Management of Village Fund Allocation with Increased Village Development, and obtained R square value or coefficient of determination is meaning that the contribution to Village Development Increases is 6.5 % while the remaining 93.5% is explained by other independent variables which are not thorough.

Abstract

The government as a public sector institution carries out and provides public services which are vital for the public interest. This study aims to determine the Quality of Public Services at the Redang Village Office in West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research used qualitative descriptive analysis, and to collect all the data this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general the quality of public services in the Redang Village Office in West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is seen from five indicators are: Tangibles (real evidence), Reliability, Resposiveness, Assurance, and Empaty (empathy) is still lacking in quality. Likewise, the Redang Village apparatus must further improve the quality of its services by increasing the ability and motivation and discipline.

Abstract

This research is about savings and loans for women UPK Gerbang Sari, Rengat Barat District. The research lasted for 5 (five) months. This research try to determine the effect of whether there was a significant influence between fixed assets and current assets on income on women's savings and loans UPK Gerbang Sari, Rengat Barat District. The formulation of the problem to be investigated is whether there is a simultaneous and partial effect between fixed assets and current assets on women's savings and loan income UPK Gerbang Sari, Rengat Barat District. This research used quantitative methods, that illustrates whether there is a significant influence between fixed assets and current assets on income on savings and loans for women UPK Gerbang Sari, Rengat Barat District. To analyzed the data, this research used multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and Hypothesis testing which will be assisted using SPSS version 21. From the results of the study with the regression equation Y = 1,379,231-1,075 X1 + 0,214X2. This means: a = if the fixed assets and current assets are equal to Zero (0), then the value of income is equal to 1,379,231. The coefficient of multiple correlation R is 0.686. and furthermore tested with multiple determination Keofisie (R2 is 0.471. This indicates that (X1) fixed assets and (X2) current assets have together an influence of 47.10% and the remaining 52.90% is influenced by variables other than ( X1) and (X2). Hypothesis testing in which F arithmetic (0.891) <Ftable (3.00), then there is no significant effect simultaneously between fixed assets and current assets to income on savings and loans for women in UPK Gerbang Sari, Rengat Barat District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To analyze the effect of economic growth and capital expenditure simultaneously on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. To analyze the effect of partial economic growth on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. To analyze the effect of capital expenditure partially on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research was conducted at the Regency of Idragiri Hulu, which lasted approximately six months. The data obtained were analyzed denagn using multiple linear regression, to test the effect between research variables. From the results of the study found that if the variable Economic Growth (X1) and Capital Expenditure (X2) the value is 0, then the Human Development Index (Y). if Economic Growth (X1) rises by one percent and capital expenditure (X2) remains the Human Development Index (Y) decreases. if capital expenditure (X2) increases by one percent and Economic Growth (X1) remains the Human Development Index (Y) decreases. The relationship between the variable Economic Growth and Capital Expenditure on the Human Development Index (HDI) there is a strong and positive relationship. The Human Development Index (HDI) of Indragiri Hulu Regency is influenced by Economic Growth and Capital Expenditures. F test results show that simultaneous economic growth and capital expenditure do not significantly influence the human development index (HDI) of Indragiri Hulu Regency. And the partial hypothesis T test. Economic growth has a negative and not significant effect on the human development index in Indragiri Hulu Regency. Partial capital expenditure has no significant effect on the human development index of Indragiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Manunggal Desa Bandar Padang Seberida District Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research carried out lasted for more or less 6 (six) months. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of own capital and loan capital on the remaining operating results (SHU) in the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Manunggal Village Bandar Padang Seberida District Indragiri Hulu Regency. The study was conducted by quantitative methods, namely research that illustrates the influence of own capital and loan capital on the remaining operating results (SHU) in the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Manunggal Village Bandar Padang Seberida District Indragiri Hulu Regency. By analyzing data using multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and Hypothesis testing which will be assisted by using SPSS version 20. From the results of the study with the regression equation Y = 1,588,405 + 0,405 X1 + 0,122 X2.  a = constant of 1,588,405 means that the remaining operating results (SHU) (Y) is equal to 1,588,405  if (X1) (own capital) and (X2) (loan capital) equals 0 (zero). b1 = coefficient of own capital regression (X1) of 0.405 shows that each increase in equity (X1) of one unit and other variables (loan capital (X2)) remain, there will be an increase in remaining operating results (SHU) (Y) of 0.405 . b2 = loan capital regression coefficient (X2) of 0.122 indicates that for each increase in loan capital (X2) by one unit and another variable of own capital (X1) fixed, there will be an increase in the remaining operating result (SHU) (Y) of 0.122. The correlation coefficient is known that R is 0.544 which means it has a moderate and direct relationship. and then tested with the coefficient of multiple determination (R2) is 0.296. This shows that (X1) own capital and (X2) loan capital jointly can contribute to the variable (Y) remaining operating results (SHU) of 29.6%. And the remaining 70.4% is contributed by other variables. Hypothesis testing at a significant level = 5% where F table is 4.74. because F arithmetic (11,473)> F table (4.74) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the variable capital alone and loan capital jointly have a significant influence on the remaining operating results (SHU) in the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Manunggal Village Bandar Padang Seberida District Indragiri Hulu Regency. Partial Test where t arithmetic (2.354)> than t table (2.306) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that equity itself has a significant effect on the remaining operating results (SHU). And t arithmetic (2.282)< than t table (2.306) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that loan capital does not have a significant effect on the remaining operating results (SHU).

Abstract

The research was conducted by the writer on BTM Mentari in sub districts rengat - indragiri upstream. District. The research phase lasting three months. This research study is to find savings, influence financing and capital to profit in the district btm mentari Indragiri upstream. This research used secondary data , writer process data by using multiple linear regression the it using spss ( statistic package for social scince ) 24 version to get output to summarizing the research. The research that is simultaneously a conclusion can be drawn is the significant savings, between financing and capital to profit. This can be seen that the f count greater than the f table ( 29,873 > 2,36 ) When viewed from the table a model summary so r which means a correlation coefficient obtained value of 0,984 which means the amount of savings mobilized , the financing of the and capital had strong ties against spider does not permit the .Was in the middle of the value of the coefficients detrminasi as much as 0,968 paper work showing that the amount of savings mobilized , the financing of the and capital affect of the spider that has been accepted by the BTM the spacecraft mentari as much as 96,80 % the remaining of 3,20 % influenced by the fact that of other variables that do not writer you wherever you may be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Fotocopy Anugrah Rengat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Persaingan dan promosi terhadap Pendapatan pada Fotocopy Anugrah Rengat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode accidental random sampling dengan 91 orang sampel sebagai responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis data dilakukan secara parsial dan simultan (analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Stastic versi 21.0). Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 11,496 - 0,354X1 + 0,961X2, terlihat bahwa Persaingan dan Promosi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Pendapatan pada Fotocopy Anugrah Rengat. Selain itu, pengujian secara simultan (Uji F), telah diperoleh F hitung > F tabel yaitu sebesar 50,596 > 3,10. Sehingga kedua variabel bebas yaitu Persaingan dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Pendapatan pada Fotocopy Anugrah Rengat. Sedangkan Uji Regresi Parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi lebih dominan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan pada Fotocopy Anugrah Rengat yaitu t hitung > t tabel sebesar 9,840 > 1,98698. Demikian variabel Persaingan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan pada Fotocopy Anugrah Rengat yaitu t hitung > t tabel sebesar -3,110 < -1,98698. Selain itu, Hasil dari koefisien korelasi berganda adalah sebesar 0,731 yang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan antara seluruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent dalam penelitian ini berada dalam kriteria keeratan hubungan kuat. Besarnya pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh kedua variabel ini secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel Pendapatan dengan persentase 53,5%, Sedangkan 46,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak ikut dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research was conducted on PT. Tirta Sari Indragiri Hulu Regency with the aim to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Climate variables on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling was done by accidental sampling method with 146 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive, data analysis is carried out simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Stastic version 21.0. From the results of the study, the regression equation obtained is Y = 6.313 + 0.143X1 + 0.242X2, it can be seen that the Leadership Style and Organizational Climate have a positive influence on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has obtained F count > F table that is equal to 8.738 > 3.06. So that the two independent variables namely Leadership Style and Organizational Climate together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that the dominant Climate Organization variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count> t table of 3.394> 1.97658. While the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count > t table of 2.037 > 1.97658. In addition, the result of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.330 which shows the level of the relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this study is in the criteria of the weak relationship. The amount of influence caused by these two variables together affects the variable Employee Performance with a percentage of 10.9%. While 89.1% was influenced by other factors that did not participate in this study.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) with price earning ratio (PER) and profitability as measured by return on assets (ROA) as the mediating variable. The research was conducted in mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a population of 50 companies. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method, which takes into account the availability of data during the observation period, namely 2016 - 2019, so 19 companies were selected. The collected data were analyzed using eviews 10. The results of the analysis show that DER has no direct effect on ROA, DAR has a significant and negative effect on ROA, so that increasing DAR will reduce ROA. DAR and DER do not directly affect PER. ROA directly has a positive and significant effect on PER. ROA is not proven to be a variable that mediates the effect between DER, DAR and PER

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center with a sample census. The variables used are organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline and work environment as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Knowledge management has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, and work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
