Abstract

The Pandeglang Regency Local Tax Service (BP2D), which is in accordance with its authority as the coordinator of hotel tax collection and parking tax, is one of the Local Revenues. One indicator that reflects the independence and success of a region is the receipt of Original Local Revenue (PAD). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hotel tax receipts on Original Local Revenue (PAD), to assess the impact of parking tax receipts on Original Local Revenue (PAD), and to determine the effect of hotel tax receipts and parking taxes simultaneously on Original Local Revenue (PAD). ) at Pandeglang Regency 2015-2019. This research was designed using a quantitative research approach. The data collection technique used was secondary data. The research was conducted at The Pandeglang Regency Local Tax Service Agency (BP2D). The sample of this research is the 2015-2019 Pandeglang Regency budget report. The results of this study are hypothesis 1 there is no effect of hotel tax receipts on Original Local Revenue (PAD), hypothesis 2 there is no effect of parking tax receipts on Original Local Revenue (PAD), and hypothesis 3 does not influence hotel tax receipts and parking taxes simultaneously on Original Local Revenue (PAD) at Pandeglang Regency 2015-2019.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The aim is to determine the direct effect of workload, non-physical work environment, compensation for employee turnover mediated by organizational commitment. This study took a sample of 160 customers. The variables used are workload, non-physical work environment, compensation for employee turnover mediated by organizational commitment. The data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which was operated through the Smart PLS 3.2.8 . program.The results showed that there was a workload that had a significant effect on employee turnover at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Non-physical work environment, compensation, organizational commitment and workload have a significant effect on employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Every increase in workload will increase employee turnover, and every decrease in workload will decrease employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The better the non-physical work environment will reduce employee turnover, and the worse the non-physical work environment will increase employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Compensation has a significant effect on employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The greater the compensation received will reduce employee turnover, and the smaller the compensation received will increase employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Innovation and creativity in this digital era are needed in developing the business you want to do so that you don't get stuck in daily operational activities and pursue performance targets. Therefore, it takes a solid entrepreneurial spirit from within business actors to create innovation and creativity. In addition, the role of market orientation also plays a major role in providing broad market access so that the product innovations developed can reach end users. Thus, it is hoped that every business undertaken by business actors can survive and increase their competitive advantage. The urgency of this research is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship insight and market orientation on innovation and competitive advantage. On the other hand, This study also tries to confirm the mediating effect of innovation on the impact of entrepreneurship insight and market orientation on competitive advantage. This study uses a causal quantitative research design. The number of samples used in this study were 170 MSME business actors. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis test tool uses statistical software Smartpls 3.0. This study concludes that the effect of entrepreneurship insight and market orientation on innovation is positive and significant. Likewise, the influence of entrepreneurship insight and innovation on competitive advantage obtained positive and significant results. On the other hand, the effect of market orientation on competitive advantage obtained positive but not significant results. This study also confirms that innovation can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial insight and market orientation to competitive advantage.

Abstract

One of the production sectors that has become the flagship product of Pematangsiantar City is ulos cloth. Ulos cloth is a typical woven fabric of the Batak community developed for generations in North Sumatra, one of which is the city of Pematangsiantar. This study aims to explore various information related to the number of ulos craftsmen in Pematangsiantar city to facilitate the government in grouping these ulos craftsmen and as a first step to formulate an innovation strategy for the development of creative ulos fabric production to be able to develop superior products armed with knowledge. knowledge, creativity, innovation and being able to create jobs for the community. This type of research is qualitative with a one-shot model, namely an approach model by conducting one-time data collection on an object of research. The research subjects taken in this study were ulos craftsmen spread across eight sub-districts of Pematangsiantar City. The analysis was carried out in eight sub-districts in Pematangsiantar City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires, field notes and documentation.The results of the study concluded that the innovation strategy applied by the ulos fabric craftsmen was not optimal, this was due to the limited capacity and opportunity to innovate, the ulos craftsmen experienced problems in making product innovations related to technological limitations caused by limited investment capital to buy new machines or equipment. to improve production processes and limited human resources who can operate new machines or make innovations that take advantage of technological developments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of the savings and loan cooperatives as a whole. Apparently savings and loan cooperatives are an important part of the Indonesian economy and can be beneficial for the lives of members. So, this study aims to determine the implementation of savings and loan cooperative procedures from all parties, problems and benefits. Therefore, the main research method is interview. This study shows that the use of savings and loan cooperatives can provide solutions for speed, accuracy and accuracy in carrying out saving and loan data processing in order to get optimal results. So this cooperative was established for member savings, member loans and there will be a distribution of SHU for all members.The Mitra Mandiri Cooperative, Lirik Districts, which is located in the Lirik sub-district, was established in 2012, but since 2012 it has developed until now. The loan process is based on a joint responsibility system and most loans are used for education and additional business capital. Cooperative Mitra Mandiri Lirik Districts strives to empower its members and employees more strongly with regular education and training. Furthermore, there is recreation every year to encourage member approaches and emphasize a family atmosphere.One of the important parts of the Cooperative Mitra Mandiri Lirik Districts is Savings and Loans which has been rolled out until now running smoothly.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Krucil KUD Milk House with the research objectives to be achieved: (1) to determine simultaneously the significant effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Krucil Argopuro Probolinggo KUD Milk House. (2) to find out partially the significant effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Krucil Argopro Probolinggo KUD Milk House. (3) to find out between the price and product quality variables that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions at the Krucil Argopuro Probolinggo KUD Milk House. The population in this study were all consumers during the last 1 year as many as 7,241 people with samples taken using the Slovin formula as many as 100 people. By using a sampling technique that is random sampling. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The variables used include price, product quality, and purchasing decisions. The data analysis method from the research results is the quantitative description method using SPSS in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing. The results of the study are shown by multiple regression equations proving that price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And the results of partial hypothesis testing prove that price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the dominant hypothesis test show that the X2 variable has a higher tcount value than the other independent variables.

Abstract

Government agencies need employees who have high job performance in order to achieve the desired goals. One aspect that can support the success of employees in achieving work success is through training and development. Likewise, employees do to improve their performance at work.To carry out the Main Tasks and Functions within the Regional Disaster Management Office (KPBD) of Indragiri Hulu Regency, it is supported by 95 employees consisting of 44 civil servants and 51 temporary workers. In this study, the authors used quantitative and qualitative description analysis methods. Quantitative is a way to emphasize the aspect of deep understanding of a problemThe results of the research need to conduct a performance analysis, training and development by agency leaders at the Regional Disaster Management Office (KPBD) Indragiri Hulu Regency. In order to improve performance, skills and skills according to the agency's objectives. Researchers hope that the KPBD of Indragiri Hulu Regency must prepare and complete the equipment for every training and development held at this time.

Abstract

This research was conducted forknow the effectDebt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Debt to  Assets Ratio to Return on Assets at KUD Tani Bahagia, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses  secondary data by looking at the financial statements at KUD Tani Bahagia. The researcher processed the data using multiple linear regression which processed it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From research results that is Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio partially effect toReturn on Assets at KUD Tani Bahagia.

Abstract

The background of this research is a field experiment which finds that there are many emerging businesses and after observing there is a comparison of developing and undeveloped businesses. One of the things that affect it is the lack of capital and requires subsidized funds which of course will be difficult to obtain. The difficulty in finding additional funds is inseparable from the role of legal aspects in business. However, the purpose of this research is inseparable from the concept of management which shows the role of its impact on economic development in Indragiri Hulu. The research method uses qualitative methods which are described to look for issues of economic development and community difficulties in obtaining the legal standing of the business being run. This legal standing, of course, is based on licensing, the stages of which are poorly understood. The role of this legal standing can be conveyed to the general public, so that more and more businesses have businesses that have permits, so that in obtaining sources of funds for the development of the business concerned, and of course it can support the regional economy, especially the Indragiri Hulu Regency. As a result, government participation must be quantifiable, implying that the government considers the amount to which it intervenes in the economy in three ways: (1) as a regulator, (2) as a provider, and (3) as an entrepreneur. While the most essential purpose of the law is to give certainty in the conduct of economic transactions. The government's primary responsibility is to enforce the law. and the main function of law is social progress and better standards of life.

Abstract

The application of marketing strategies within the company is very influential in the performance of the company concerned. The success or failure of the company is largely determined by how developed by the company to be able to compete for consumers in the implementation of an effective marketing strategy. Cafes that will be observed were located in Rengat. The choice of the objects because they have been existed until today, even though the Pandemic rises. Furthermore, The marketing strategy itself is a plan for implementing and controlling activities aimed at influencing exchanges in order to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a marketing strategy, one of the stages is planning a marketing mix consisting of four elements, namely product, price, distribution/place, and promotion. Consumers are one of the most decisive elements. On the marketing variable, the Cafes should reconsider the amount of costs offered for sales, and managers should pay attention to the comfort of the consumers and increase promotion to get stability number of sales during pandemic. it is also necessary to take a stance to make improvements to previous program failures in achieving future targets. Cafes’ managers need to formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term goals so that it needs to strive to build positioning in the community. On the marketing variable, as a result, pandemic is not a reason to sustain the business. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in attracting consumers used by them and to determine whether the marketing strategy used to attract consumer interest. The type of research carried out is field research (field research), is descriptive. The results of this study indicate the influence of Cafés Managers marketing strategy to survive during this pandemic.
