Abstract

Changes in the banking industry are increasingly fast making banks have to respond to everything that happens, the main problem facing banks today is retaining customers and being closer to customers and making customers loyal so that the bank can develop. The research was conducted at PT Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch. The aim is to determine the direct effect of product quality, service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction and the decision to save back at PT. Bank Riau Kepri. This study took a sample of 400 customers. The variables used are product quality, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction and the decision to save again. This study used quantitative methods and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, promotion had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality had a significant effect on the decision to save again through customer satisfaction Service quality had a significant effect on decisions to save again through customer satisfaction. has a significant effect on the decision to save back through customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on the decision to save back at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch. The higher the level of customer satisfaction, the decision to save back at Bank Riau will increase

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru branch. The aim is to determine the direct effect of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru branch. This study took a sample of 130 people. The variables used are leadership, organizational learning, work motivation and employee performance. Data were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) The results showed that there was an influence of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation. and there is an influence of leadership and organizational culture on performance. And there is an influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The better the work motivation that is owned by employees, the performance will increase

Abstract

The study was conducted in the Bono Bay Area of ​​Meranti Bay, Pelalawan Regency. The aim is to find out the direct effect of the Marketing Mix on Tourist Satisfaction and Loyalty. This study took a sample of 145 people. The variables used are the dimensions of Marketing Mix, Tourist Satisfaction and Loyalty. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program The results showed that partially there was an effect of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Psychical evidence on Tourist Satisfaction. and there is the influence of tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty. The higher the satisfaction that is owned by consumers, the loyalty of tourists is increasing.

Abstract

The spread of Corona Virus in along 2020 is unpredictable and uncontrolled. According to this condition, a lot of Big Company weakened and got involved in to a worst situation and even collapse. And of course, Small Micro Enterprise (SME) will be or had been bothered by the impact. Indonesian Government has made various efforts to avoid the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic on SME. There are a lot of ways and approaches implemented to overcome it. The objectives of the study is to find win-win solution for SME to keep survive during the COVID-19 epidemic. The population of the study is the Indragiri Hulu SME Entrepreneurs. The Category of five years are selected to be the sample which is limited to 10 successful survival entrepreneurs that represents the descriptive category. Moreover, the data analysis technique used in this study was data analysis with a data reduction model that was obtained from data collection and data display. The results of this study show six strategies based on push and pull factors theories, as social psychology theory which develop the survivalist entrepreneurship in Indragiri Hulu. The strategy also needs to pay attention on opportunity, added value, necessity, overcome and avoiding dissatisfaction of the previous way. Furthermore, it is also suggested that an entrepreneur of SME players needs to play strategy in order to establish and survive the business during the epidemic, because the epidemic is not the end of everything.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation on the work effectiveness of employees at the Seberida Subdistrict Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample used in this study were all 35 employees of the sub-district office using the census method. data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showdiscipline variables and variablesmotivation has a significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable. While the discipline variable has a significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable and the motivation variable has no significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research conducted totested and analyzed the effect of total assets, equity and income partially on the remaining operating results at the Mitra Mandiri Cooperative, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses secondary data by looking at the financial statements of the Mandiri Mitra Cooperative. The author performs data processing using multiple linear regression which processes it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the number of assets has a significant effect on the remaining operating results and own capital has a significant effect on the remaining operating results while partially income has no significant effect on the remaining operating results.

Abstract

In the last decade, national tax revenue experienced unperformed results. This situation led researchers to investigate factors affect it. One of the most discussed factors is tax aggressiveness. This study aims to explore how corporate social responsibility (CSR) influence firm’s tax aggressiveness. We used 54 manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for period 2012-2016. Using random effect, we obtained several findings. Tax aggressiveness behavior influenced by CSR characteristics and dimensions. Social and environment CSR activity has no impact on tax aggressiveness. In contrast, economic CSR activity significantly negative affect the firms’ behavior to apply tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to develop the mindset of women entrepreneurs. This research is qualitative descriptive field research, because it wants to get a description of the Womenpreneur Mindset in the Home Industry "Aneka Cemilan Asyifah" Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data collection method used is Observation, Interview, Documentation. The Credibility Test used is Extended Observation, Increasing Perseverance, Triangulation, Reference Material, Member Check. The results of this study are 5 (five) Mindset elements, namely Passion, Self Leadership Habits, Creativity Habits, Improvisation Habits, and Self-Efficacy owned by Womenpreneur "Aneka Cemilan Asyifah". The Home Industry entrepreneur "Aneka Cemilan Asyifah" shows that the entrepreneur has the passion to be an entrepreneur according to his hobbies in the culinary business, and sees a business opportunity. Even though there are obstacles, they are still looking for solutions to be able to survive in the culinary business that the entrepreneur is living. Home Industry Entrepreneur "Aneka Cemilan Asyifah" can direct and lead his members or employees, the desire to stay in the culinary business since 2015 is carried out by implementing various strategies assisted by his members. The strategy is to keep the business running for a long time, apart from doing creative promotions through the use of social media, a creativity mindset is also done by creating innovative products that are different from the products that have existed in Rengat. The improvised habit mindset is by producing products that have never existed before using quality materials and improving service to customers by delivering the ordered products to the customer's place. The fifth mindset is also evidenced by the statement submitted by the entrepreneur which shows that being an entrepreneur is of course a boss who can manage his own business without being regulated by others and is caused by having a hobby of cooking, so he wants to become a Womenpreneur or female entrepreneur in the culinary field.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing on purchase intention, as well as the relationship with brand awareness, brand image, and e-wom in the Batam City hospitality industry. The dependent variable in this study is purchase intention. The independent variables consist of social media marketing, brand image, e-wom and brand awareness. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. There are 2 types of data used in this study, namely primary data which is data received by researchers through the distribution of questionnaires to be processed. While secondary data is data collected through research articles, scientific journals, and others to meet research needs. The results showed that social media marketing variables had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, brand awareness, brand image and e-wom. The variables of e-wom, brand awareness, brand image, and social media marketing have a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Social media marketing variables have a significant positive effect on purchase intention through mediation of brand image, brand awareness and e-wom.

Abstract

Academic scientific culture has encouraged the birth of many new ideas, both in the form of new theoretical conceptions and modeling of a research, including several new ideas. which gave birth to new terms in a scientific field, including the field of management, including the term "entrepreneur" or its derivatives such as "entrepreneurship" or "entrepreneurial". The purpose of this article is to conduct a critical study regarding the appropriateness of the use or development of these terms. A new approach that integrates analysis of semantic, conceptual-theoretical and cognitive perspectives is used to confirm their findings, where it is known that new findings are confusing, overlapping, and useless. 146/U/2004 is called chaos, ambiguity, and misunderstanding. Other new findings in this article are in the analytical methods used, namely semantics, conceptual-theoretical and cognitive and the results of the discussion in this paper suggest a way that can improve the deepening study of management concepts rather than building terminology that can lead to confusion, overlap and redundancy. , misunderstanding, superficiality and imperfection of the concept.
