Abstract

Laws in Indonesia, especially regarding criminal procedural law, are often unprofessional and overlapping or one-sided. The purposes of this paper are as to know the follow-up if there is a court request regarding a case but it is not processed legall, and to find out the follow-up to the problem if there is a case when the initial investigation is not enough. This research uses qualitative research. Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that the case was in the reporting stage, the police did not follow up on the case report. In this case, the reporter can submit a pretrial application as a basis for the case not being processed for one year. The reporter must first confirm the letter on the progress of the investigation results. Then, regarding the issue of sufficient evidence investigation, the Court considers the minimum requirement of two pieces of evidence and examination of a potential suspect for transparency and protection of a person's human rights so that before a person is declared a suspect he can provide a balanced statement.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of the investment opportunity set, profitability and operating leverage on the capital structureof food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock  Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Determination of samples using purposive sampling with criteria namely food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and those who publish financial statements in a row during the 2014-2018 period, obtained 10 companies that meet the criteria and 5 years of observation to produce 50 samples. The results of the study indicate that the investment opportunity set variable in a negative and not significant effect on capital structure with a significance value of 0,129> 0,05, profitability in a positive and significant effect on capital structure with a significane value of 0,031< 0,05 and operating laverage in a prsial positive and significant effect on capital structure with a significance value of 0,030< 0,05. Investment opportunity set, profitability and operating laverage simultaneously influence the capital structure with a significance value of 0,049 > 0,05. Investment opportunity set, profitability and operating laverage are able to explain the capital structure of 10,5% is expalined by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work of students in drawing shapes based on the principles of fine art. The objects drawn are fruit and fruit baskets. The population of this study were all students of class X with a total of 324 students, and the sample was 36 students' work. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the overall work produced by applying the principles of fine arts has a fairly good score with an average score of = 81.86 in the category C (good enough) on the principle of unity. Then in the principle of composition an average value of = 80.35 in the category C value (good enough), then on the principle of perspective, the average value = 81.67 in the category C value (good enough) and the principle of dark-light fine acquisition value = 82.15 in the category of value (good enough). So from that the overall acquisition of an average value = 81.51 in the category C value (good enough).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the shape and suitability of the statue's motion to the legendary story of Lake Toba in Siallagan village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were ten human statues in the Taman Wisata Legenda Danau Toba which consisted of 10 statues. The 10 statues were assessed to get answers about the shape and suitability of body movements with the Legendary Story of Lake Toba in Siallagan Village. The highest value of a statue has an average value of 73, namely the 2nd sculpture work.While the lowest score of the statue has an average value of 57.25, is the 6th statue work. which is large enough from the beginning of the story to the illustration of the last goldfish statue depicting the end of the story that Uli returned to being a goldfish and the whole village sank to form a lake and an island.

Abstract

The study patronage-clienttelism at the level Village Head Selection is still an important concern. Therefore, this study aims to explain the phenomenon of incumbent defeat and the failure patronage-clienttelism practices in the 2019 Village Head Elections in Klaten Regency.  This study uses qualitative method with case study approach in Randusari Village, Jimbung Village, and Jiwowetan Village. Data collection using interviews and documentation studies, informants are selected purposively, consisting prospective village heads, successful teams, and voters. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Village Head Elections Simultaneously Randusari, Jimbung and Jiwowetan 2019 are full of patronage-clienttelism practices. The types of patronage-clienttelism used vary quite by type, as well as actors who are directly related to the electorate. The practice patronage-clienttelism in all three villages, was unable to encourage the incumbent candidate to win the election result. The challengers managed to explore the limitations and cursess that exist in the incumbent. So that it is able to change the behavior of choosing society through psychological, sociological and rational choices.

Abstract

The development in the era of digitalization requires companies to make significant changes in their business processes to face competitors and adapt to the environment. This study aims to determine the role of affective commitment to change as a mediator of the leader-member exchange relationship with the ability to coping with change in the PT X Area Unit. Subjects totaled 222 participants from 7 Unit Area PT X. This study uses a quantitative method through online questionnaires, with a non-experimental research design with a correlation design and a mediation analysis of the research variables. The results of the mediation analysis show that affective commitment to change can act as a mediator with a form of full mediation between leader-member exchanges, with an indirect coefficient value of 0.08 with a 95% confidence interval value between 0.03 and 0.15 on the ability to cope with change. The results of study concluded that leader-member exchange can predict the ability of employees to deal with change if employees have an affective commitment to change.

Abstract

This article aims to develop a leraning media design for the Airlangga Museum digital catalog which is packaged in an application that can be accessed via a smartphone offline. This learning media contains material from the relics of the Hindu-Buddhist kingdom in Airlagga Museum. The making of the instructional media design is based on the analysis of problems and potentials in class X MIPA 3 SMAN 1 Plosoklaten Kediri. Based on the problem analysis, its shows that students interest in learning during online learning is low and the lack of use of innovative media is able to attract students interest in learning history. This is evidenced by the low student participation in the history learning. Design media uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development,evaluation and implementation. The result of this learning media desing is in the form of a digital catalog equipped with a menu feature containing material in from of photos and descriptions of any relics in the Airlangga Museum. In addition, there is a quiz as an evalustion. The digital catalog of Museum Airlangga is more effective and efficient in being used as a learning medium during the pandemic because it allows students to learn relics from the Hindu-Buddhist era in Airllangga Museum without having to visit the museum.

Abstract

The narrow perception of physical education causes the goals of education contained therein to not achieve goals. Perceptions of each individual will be different and influenced by factors, this basis makes researchers interested in knowing the perceptions of students in SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat on physical subjects. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' perceptions of learning physical education, sports and health at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat. This study used a survey method, the population was 42 students of class X and XI. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and google forms as a tool. Data analysis with Correlation Product Moment and SPSS 20. The results showed the perceptions of students in class X and XI at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat with 42 respondents that the students' perceptions in participating in learning physical sports and health were included in the good category as many as 26 people. or 61.90%, the very good category was 9 people or 21.43%, the moderate category was 7 people or 16.67%. External factors and internal factors play an important role in shaping the perceptions of students following physical learning at school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the internet and its obstacles as a medium of learning communication in the implementation of learning activities by lecturers to students at Dharmawangsa University. This study uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive methods. The research was conducted at the Dharmawangsa University. The research informants consisted of 6 permanent lecturers and 6 students from 6 faculties. Data collection using interview techniques. The results showed that during the covid 19 period, with online lectures, lecturers and students used learning media provided by Dharmawangsa University in the form of a google classroom with limited facilities that could only convey written materials. To be able to interact directly in the form of oral and video lecturers using Whatsapp media. The obstacles faced by lecturers were problems with the internet network which was sometimes unstable and internet quota, which was also experienced by students. The conclusion of the research on the lecture process using internet media as a medium of learning communication has been able to fulfill online lectures according to the set schedule, it's just that there are still many weaknesses faced in terms of providing internet media facilities so that the lecture process does not run optimally.

Abstract

The city of Surabaya is becoming a global model model in the problem of tackling waste. Risma program with Sustainable Development Goals policy is able to solve the problem of waste waste in Surabaya. Furthermore, this study will explain how Tri Rismaharini's leadership as Mayor of Surabaya in driving public participation and bureaucracy in tackling the garbage problem. This research method uses descriptive skin. Research data obtained from primary data through informants surabaya city government apparatus and the community is quite representative. Secondary data by quoting books, journals, documents and online media. Data analysis techniques in this study through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Tri Rismaharini's leadership has a disciplined and assertive leadership style, both in serving the community. Although Risma is known as a leader who cannot accept criticism, nor advice. But tend to participating, because it is more concerned with the process and implementation in the field and tends to tell, where demanding to be firm and disciplined against waste management in the city of Surabaya.
