<![CDATA[The increase of world’s awareness on the importance of environmental protection and saturation towards conventional tourism activity which caused negative impact on the socio-cultural and environment has resulted changes in trend from conventional into alternative tourism. Taman Sari Buwana is one of the ecotourism in Bali which is developed in order to accommodate such trend. This study aims to know the contribution of Taman Sari Buwana Ecotourism development at Banjar beng Kaja, Tunjuk Village, Tabanan Regency. The sampling technique of this study used purposive and accidental sampling. Data is collected using questionnaires, direct observation, depth interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study shows that the development of ecotourism at Banjar Beng Kaja gives a positive contributions to economy, social and environment of Banjar Beng Kaja. They are to organization or group involved in the ecotourism, Elementary School No. 3 Tunjuk, Subak Kaliasem (local farmer’s organization), artist’s group, Banjar Pakraman Beng Kaja and Tunjuk Village. It is also contributing to the preservation of culture and environment of Banjar Beng Kaja. In order to ensure tourist satisfaction, it is necessary to improve some tourist facilities in there. Taman Sari Buwana Ecotourism need to cooperate with the Government of Tabanan Regency through the Departement of Tourism and and Public Works, especially in improving the road to Banjar Beng Kaja.]]>

<![CDATA[Kata kerja (Action Verb) sebagai kata yang umum dalam Bahasa Inggris memiliki beberapa padanan yang berbeda-beda dalam Bahasa Indonesianya. Hal ini bergantung pada konteks situasi dari teks tersebut dan juga bergantung dari pemilihan padanan yang dilakukakan oleh penerjemahnya. Namun seorang penerjemah yang profesional harus mampu memilih padanan yang tepat yang paling mendekati. Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah padanan apakah yang digunakan oleh penerjemah dalam menerjemahkan action verb yang ada dan apakah padanan itu sudah merupakan padanan yang paling mendekati. Guna menjawab pertanyaan tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian yaitu sebuah penelitian kualitatif dengan random sampling, sample yang diambil secara acak dan kemudian dianalisa. Untuk melakukan hal ini digunakanlah teori NSM (Natural Semantic Metalanguage. Adapun fungsi penggunakan pendekatan NSM ini adalah karena teori ini mampu memecah data ke dalam bagian yang lebih kecil sehingga hal ini diharapkan mampu menghindarkan dari ketidakjelasan atau makna yang kabur. Selain untuk mengetahui padanan yang digunakan itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui prosedur apa yang paling sering digunakan untuk menerjemahkan action verb itu dari sekian prosedur penerjemahan yang ada yaitu; modulation, calque, literal translation dan yang lainnya sebuah teori yang digagas oleh Dalbersnet. Dari seluruh penelitian yang telah dilakukan bisa disimpulkan bahwa padanan yang telah digunakan oleh penerjemah dalam menerjamahkan novel ini sebagian besar sudah merupakan padanan yang paling mendekati dan merupakan padanan yang paling tepat yang bisa dipilih oleh seorang penerjemah dalam proses penerjemahan untuk menghasilkan sebuah terjemahan yang baik, dan penerjemah menggunakan prosedur penerjemahan literal atau literal translation untuk menerjemahkan action verb yang ada]]>

<![CDATA[This research entitled evaluation of lecturing process quality of accountancy subject which aimed to examine two cases in evaluating accountancy subject in the Bussines Administration Departement.To measure whether or not students have different perspective or assessment to the lecturing process quality of accountancy subject in the trade administration program PNB. The student’s assessment results to the lecturing process quality of accountancy subject in trade administration program PNB. The student assessment result is analyzed by determining the percentage of respondents’ answer in which was obtained the research result of 50 samples of student as follows: 39 students (78%) with good category assessment, 6 students (6%) with neural category assessment,16 students (8%) with not good category assessment This measurement results were analyzed by chi-square pattern was obtained the result from 50 samples of students, X2 = 6,830. Its value lower than the value of X2 (its critical value), in which with it degree of freedom (df) = 4 (chi-square) and level of significant 95%, the critical value was obtained = 9,49 or with the level of significant 99% was obtained the critical value = 13,28. Therefore, the calculated value/e of X2 (6,830) lower than the critical value (9,49 or 13,28), thus, it can be concluded that there is no different assessment or perception significantly among the students who got value of A, B, and even C toward the lecturing process quality of accountancy subject in trade administration program of PNB.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose from this research is to recognize the effect of work discipline, incentive non material motivation and educational training in regard to medical advisor performance both simultaneous and partial and recognize dominant variable which influence the performance. This research took place at Wangaya Public Hospital with address at Jalan Kartini Number 133 Denpasar – Bali with respondent amount 88 medical advisors. The data analyze technique that was used to verify hypothesis is factor analysis which has the purpose to recognize how far the variable that was studied can be explained by each dimension. Furthermore, used multifarioous linier regression analysis to recognize simultaneous effect and its partial and decide dominant variable which effected performance. Based on the analysis result was recognized that Work Discipline, Incentive Non Material Motivation, Educational and Training have the effect in a simultaneous in regard to medical advisor performance with contribution amounting to 82,9 percents where incentive non material motivation variable makes into the form of dominant factor in regard to medical advisor performance of Wangaya Public Hospital and the rest amounting to 17,1 percents were effected by the variable outside studied. Based on research result so the suggestion can be given to the Hospital Director and its row must be more to observe safety factor and medical advisor comfort, work placement, work time, appropriate educational and training assigment so that tey can increase medical advisor performance at Wangaya Public Hospital in Denpasar.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of education is one priority in the national development agenda. The development of education is very important because it shows significant role in achieving progress in many aspects of life; such as social, economic, political, and cultural. Therefore, the Government is obliged to fulfill the right of every citizen in obtaining educational services to improve the quality of life of the Indonesian people as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, which requires that the government is responsible for creating the intellectual life of the nation and the general welfare. Having enjoyed a dozen years of education in Indonesia makes us feel sad and less satisfied. Assessments were done more based on results-oriented, not by process. Guidance to the students often ignore EQ (Emotional Quotient) and SQ (Spiritual Quotient), education practitioners only emphasizes the IQ (Intellectual Quotient). In this paper presented three central issues: i) improving quality, ii) equity of access, and iii) the efficiency of the education budget. The research analyzed by descriptive qualitative. There are still many things that must be addressed related to the national education system. Educational equity that is currently lacking a well realized. The problem is because education itself is oriented in urban areas and the subsidy from the government that was still not enough for students. The effort of the government in conducting educational equity for poor and remote areas in Indonesia is not enough with the 9- year compulsory education program and the procurement of information technology such as television, radio, and internet.]]>

As the result of this research, I, the researcher found that the internal factors have much influence on the desicion of the tourist in buying the Spa product of Bagus Jati Health and wellbeing Retreat. The primary datas are colleted by using structural as well as indepth interview to the visitor met accidently who were involving in the Trial Yoga Package, to the Yoga’s instructur,and the Spa therapist The datas then analized by descriptive qualitative, by which describing the datas found as it is,by constrasting the similarity and the difference relationship among.The other factors is also the inovation conduct by the management in creating the package, also has its important role in penetrating the culture of the jepanese, who are fanatic to their culture. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of learning behavior and emotional intelligence Bali State Polytechnic students against stress and achievement. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative, method of collection through interviews, questionnaires and observation, analysis techniques by using a Likert scale to identify each of the variables associated with behavioral learning, emotional intelligence, stress and college academic achievement Bali State Polytechnic students by using analysis pathways. T h e results is 1) the learned behavior partially negative influence on college stress the value and influence coefficient -0.084 with 20.5%. influence This means that the negative effect on learning behavior strees college. If the negative behavior of the stress lectures learning will increase and vice versa if a positive learning attitude will decrease the stress college too. 2) Emotional intelligence significantly influence the stress variable course with a large coefficient of 0.267 with the effect of 49.2%. This means that if a higher emotional intelligence Bali State Polytechnic students study the stress will decrease indicating that reducing stress levels will require a higher emotional intelligence. 3) Stress lectures significant effect on the achievement of students with the coefficient of -0.154 with a large effect was 7.7%. Sign (-) means negative that if Bali State Polytechnic students increased stress the achievements of college will decrease and if the stress has decreased the achievement will increase. 5) learning behavior significantly negative effect on student academic achievement through college stress variable with a value totaling coefficient -0.154, while emotional intelligence variable significant positive effect on academic achievement through college stress.]]>

The global crisis in particular the inclusion of Asian China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) market raise strongly effect for trading company engaged in export trade. This evidenced by the decrease in sales turnover of previous years. The company deems it necessary to conduct the analysis to finds a solution, and able to keep their presence and survive in running the company by reviewing the price and negotiation techniques by using SWOT analysis. The company should improve their quality and create an innovative product as the market needs. Besides that, hope to remain competitive in the international market with their competitors countries such as Thailand, China, Vietnam, India, and other countries. With the SWOT analysis is expected the company can take a decision for increasing their sales. <![CDATA[This research shows that the Community Based Tourism (CBT) at Kedonganan beach for culinary tourism developed successfully: economic, social and culture since 2007. The Kedonganan villagers are involved from the beginning simultaneously as a part of six villages of Kedonganan. They established 24 cafes, it means every village has 4 cafes to be managed and funded by LPD as sponsor. It used to be 70 cafes since 1990 managed individually with fish market, but without any development for the villagers, and now it is with a rapid development based on CBT.
