Abstract

Abstract. Andesite Stone Mining at PT. Koto Alam Sejahtera with an open mining system using the Quarry mining method. The percentage of boulder-sized blasting fragmentation produced currently in the field is ± 35% as a result the diggability of the loading and unloading equipment is not maximal and the planned productivity of the loading and unloading equipment planned by the company at 100 bcm / hour is not achieved. This study aims to design a new blasting geometry to obtain optimal fragmentation results so that loading activities are effective and productivity targets are achieved. The research method was carried out by giving recommendations on blasting geometry based on R.L.'s theory. Ash and C.J. Konya and carried out the application of one of the blasting geometry designs in the field so that the optimum blasting geometry design from one of the blasting geometry designs can be applied in the future for the company. Basic results of field application to one of the blasting geometry design proposals are: burden: 2 m, space: 2 m, stemming: 1,4 m, subdrilling: 0,6 m, level height: 6 m, depth of blast hole 6,5 m, powder colomn: 5,1 m, and powder factor: 0,68 kg / m3 where the boulder size fragmentation resulting from the desktop split software analysis is 0%. Abstract. In the use of mineral or food resources for community welfare and the development of an area, a mining business is needed. For the mining business to run and make a profit, the potential of mineral resources or existing minerals must be known with certainty, as well as the existing risks, which can be specified as geological risks, economic-technological risks, and environmental risks, must be eliminated or at least minimized.At this time, PT. ANTAM Tbk. UBPN Southeast Sulawesi is carrying out stages, one of which is mining, namely detailed exploration or also called inpit drill drilling. This is very dependent on the nickel diarea that does not have the potential for high grade Ni from initial exploration results and determines whether inpit drill drilling activities are economical to do so that it is in accordance with the circumstances of the company that still maintains inpit drill activities despite initial exploration activities.Get the annual Cost Ratio value from inpit drill activities. Abstract

Abstract. PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya is a gold mining company that implements an underground mining system. PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya is a subsidiary of PT. Aneka Tambang (Antam) located in Cimanggu District, Pandegelang Regency, Banten Province. In the production activities, the drill tool used for the activity is the Atlas Copco Boomer 282 with R32 drilling bit diameter 43 mm for drilling holes for split sets in supporting mesh and 51 mm diameter for explosive hole drilling using rotary-percussive drilling methods and burn cut drilling patterns . In August 2019 PT. CSD 14,397.6 wmt / month and actually reached 12,893.4 wmt / month. Based on the calculation, the actual productivity of the calculation results obtained 18.29 wmt / hour or 164.56 wmt / day which after the reduction of the tool productivity increased from 164.56 wmt / hour to 246.85 wmt / day. The Standard Time obtained from the calculation results is in the Drill Face Drilling of Class IV Rocks = 6.21 Minutes and Class III Rocks = 6.66 Minutes. Abstract

Abstract. Based on data from bauxite production in April 2019 at PT. Bhakti Karya Mandiri, bauxiteproduction did not reach the target. the production target is 25000 bcm. but the production achieved wasonly 16,916 bcm. This is caused by wasted work time and disruption time which causes operating timeand productivity to be low. To determine the potential for improving the production process and theeffectiveness of using equipment, an analysis using the overall shipping effectiveness (OEE) methodneeds to be done. After analysis and improvement methods were carried out, the production of KobelcoSK 330 exceeded the planned target which was previously 16,916 bcm to 25,629 m³. But the OEE valueis still <61% not yet achieved the world class OEE> 85%, it can be concluded that the use of equipmentis not optimal. Abstract. PT. Semen Padang uses an open mining system using the Quarry method, a heavy a heavy equipment used by PT. Semen Padang is a HD komatsu 785-7 conveyance for transporting limestone from the front to the crusher. fuel is a contributor to mining operating costs the biggest. The hauling distance from the PNBP 9 front to dumping around 2,1 Km i, and the road grade exceeds the company standard, the company standard for grade is 10%, while there are 17,8% of real estate in the road grade, with such hauling distance and grade will certainly affect the operational costs of hauling, the age of the equipment transport often suffers damage, so the costs incurred large seen from the maintenance and replacement of spareparts.This method utilizes a simple linear regression, the HD komatsu 785-7 hauling distance has a 93% influence and for the influence of HD komatsu 785-7 hauling road grade DK-16 units are 89%, DK-17 is 97%, DK-18 is 92% and DK-19 has an influence of 96%. For the DK-16 fuel consumption costs Rp. 124.896.510 DK-17 is Rp. 220.604.835, DK-18 is Rp. 67.737.900, and DK-19 is Rp. 145.370.100. Abstract

Abstract. PT. Semen Padang is located in Indarung Village, Lubuk Kilangan Subdistrict which is 14 KM from the center of Padang City with a height of + 200 m above sea level is one of the companies engaged in the cement industry. Reserve calculation is an important work, the responsibility is in evaluating a mining project. All technical decisions are very dependent on the work. In this study, calcareous reserves will be calculated based on the cut-off grade of each material. In each of these materials there are levels of SiO2, Al2O3, CaO and MgO. In calculating the limestone reserves contained in the Tajarang Hill area, this was done using geostatistical techniques. This geostatistics uses the estimation method while still based on the model. The method that will be used in geostatistics is the indicator krigging method. The IK estimation method does not use the assumption of a normal (free) distribution, and still takes into account the outlier (high levels), so that it can be applied to the estimation of limestone reserves. The IK method is based on the concept of probability. Data is converted into indicators with zero (0) and one (1) value relative to a limit level (discriminator). The purpose of the IK assessment is to estimate the probability at various levels of a predetermined limit. From the results of calculation of limestone resources using the krigging indicator method based on the cut-off grade of PT. Abstract

Abstract.The people’s limestone mining in Bukit Tui has a mineable reserve of 12,826,641.60 MT. This study analyzes the limestone processing techniques in the Bukit Tui people's limestone mining and also analyzes the economic feasibility of the processing using the Discounted Cash Flow method. The efficiency of the limestone furnace at the Bukit Tui processing plant is very low, at 26.63% for each ton of lime produced with fuel consumption of 336.18 kg/ton of lime which generated. This is due to the incomplete combustion process. To increase the combustion efficiency, a furnace modification is needed, in the form of adding fans and recuperators. In the case of Bukit Tui limestone processing, the air needed is 8,928.42 kg. Therefore to complete the combustion process, a fan is needed to supply air to the furnace with a discharge of 0.07 m3/s. And if combustion takes place completely, fuel consumption will be reduced to 89.49 kg / ton of lime produced. Based on an analysis of economic value, it can be seen that the economic value of the Bukit Tui limestone processing can be declared economically feasible. Abstract

Abstract. Unsafe conditions and unsafe actions at PT Adaro Service are the main causes of accidents that cause loss and loss to humans and companies, damage to equipment, disrupt production and others. The number of work accidents has increased dramatically at the beginning of 2018, there are still employees who ignore the use of personal protective equipment, and there are still hazards found in the work environment. This problem aims to reveal the work location that has the highest potential hazard in the mining area, the potential hazards that exist in the work environment and reveal what actions should be taken to prevent work accidents, and reveal work accident statistics. The implementation of K3 in companies is still not optimal, this is evident in the increasing number of work accidents in early 2018. The danger cannot be completely eliminated, but can be minimized. this study uses the Job Safety Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis methods to identify and analyze hazards on a job. after identifying the danger, so that to control it will be given a recommendation. Not only do hazard identification activities, but this research will also make several Job Safety Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis. Abstract. At this time Mining Industrial have entered the era where the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Certainly we have to following to apply the concept of automation carried out by machines without the need for human power in its application. It is needed in the industry for saving time, energy and cost efficiency.Especially in the implementation of blasting, we certainly need high accuracy and time efficiency to calculate very complicated geometries if manual calculations and certainly have an important role in the success of blasting to achieve the target blasting Fragmentation.To support technological advances in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, especially in the Blasting tecnique so that it is easy to calculate the blasting geometry and fragmentation produced, in this research, a Mobile-based Geometry and Fragmentation Blast application is made using the Android Studio, where almost everyone currently has Android Smartphone technology.The making of this application program uses 2 geometries namely R.L.Ash and C.J.Konya where both methods are often used as a basis for calculating blasting geometry. In the application trial phase of simulation data and compared with manual calculations, the program runs well and also the percentage of errors is very low when matched with manual calculations which is only 1,38%.Keywords: Blasting, Geometry, Fragmentation, Application, Android

Abstract

Abstract. Calculation of resources plays an important role in determining the amount of reserves and determining the amount, quality and ease of commercial exploration of a sediment. Because the results of resource calculations can be continued on a good calculation of reserves later to be able to determine the investment that will be planted by investors, how to mine even in estimating the time needed by the company in carrying out its mining business. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of andesite indicated by the method of cross section and contour in Nagari Tambang Pesisir Selatan / West Sumatra. Data processing is done with the help of mine software in making contours, incisions and calculations. Determination of research boundaries is based on the presence of outermost outcrops.The results of the research have been carried out with the cross section method, which is making incision lines that cut the overburden, then calculating the area of each incision and finally the volume can be determined using the inter-incision distance and 9,079,700 tons and the contour method namely using each contour to calculate the area and volume of each contour interval, the andesite indicated amounted to 8,435,602.5 tons with a total OB volume of 43,650 m³.Keywords: Resources, Andesite, quality, cross section, contour
