Abstract

PT. X memiliki luas izin usaha penambangan seluas 10 hektar dan dikelilingi oleh tanah penduduk lokal. Permasalahan yang timbul dalam melakukan perencanaan penambangan yaitu bagaimana cara memaksimalkan pembukaan tambang dengan luas yang terbatas dan tidak memiliki dampak yang besar untuk wilayah sekitar yang tidak termasuk dalam lokasi yang sudah memiliki izin pertambangan. PT. X aktif dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi pada bulan Agustus dan memiliki target produksi sebesar 20.000 ton/bulan, tetapi sampai bulan November produksi tertinggi hanya mencapai angka ±13.000 ton batu andesit dalam satu bulannya. Ketidakcapaian ini karena faktor sequence yang tidak sesuai, ketidakteraturan dalam exsavasi, dan faktor sosial. Sehingga untuk mencapai target produksi bulan November sampai Oktober perlu ditingkatkan, salah satunya dengan cara merencanakan suatu penjadwalan penambangan yang sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan PT. X. Alat gali muat utama dalam melakukan gali muat memiliki kemampuan 188.44 ton dalam 1 jam, pada sequence pertama yang memiliki jam kerja efektif selama 241.6 jam mampu memuat sebanyak 45527.57 ton batu andesit. Pada sequence kedua yang memiliki jam kerja efektif selama 252.4 jam mampu memuat sebanyak 47562.74 ton batu andesit. Pada sequence ketiga yang memiliki jam kerja efektif selama 291.75 jam mampu memuat sebanyak 54977.93 ton batu andesit. Pada sequence keempat yang memiliki jam kerja efektif selama 292.85 jam mampu memuat sebanyak 55185.21 ton batu andesit. dalam perencanaan pit di design mangacu kepada kemampuan alat yang artinya jumlah batu andesit yang diangkut mendekati dengan kemampuan alat yang akan memuat.

Abstract

Iron sand spread in Indonesia still not as much as may be optimized. One of area indicated of iron sand is Durian Kapeh regions North Tiku of Tanjung Mutiara Agam Regency. Iron sand singer can be seen clearly from the outcrop. From previous studies (Mufit, 2005), in this area has more than 50% magnetic properties. It can be concluded that the potential of iron sand in this area quite potential and can be used for industrial activities later. One way for mapping of iron sand is by applying geoelectrical resistivity method with Wenner array. This array is superior in mapping laterally. Data obtained from the measurement result in form of apparent resistivity value below the sounding point. The results will be able to know the distribution of subsurface materials and can be used as reference in future mining decision. The Results of the mapping obtained the distribution of resistivity value varied from 0,0347 Ωm to 340.000 Ωm that has tended conductive properties. Abstract

PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk has produced coal used by various parties, the greater the market demand  for coal use trigger PT. BA to increase target production per year. The target of coal production at Tambang Air Laya Barat in 2017 is 3,500,000 Ton of coal and 20,750,000 BCM overburden. The year 2018 increased to 5,500,000 Ton and 33,000,000 BCM overburden. Based on current conditions the company needs to consider design pit options for the year 2018. Determination target production per month, the number of units that work, as well as the profits to be gained. Result reserve design pit of Tambang Air Laya Barat 2018 obtained 5,639,178 Ton of coal and 32,764,431 BCM overburden with stripping ratio 1:5,81 and recovery 90%. The target production plan is determined based on the capability of the main mining equipment each month. The main fleet allocation for mine for January uses 5 fleets coal and 12 fleets overburden, February 4 fleets coal and 12 fleets overburden, March 4 fleets for coal and 12 fleets for overburden, allocated for April - December equals such as January. Overall cost for coal sales Rp. 7.403.987.221.897,  overburden stripping Rp. 1.285.969.138.002 and  coal  production  Rp. 97.182.467.072, so the profit  to be obtained from mining proceeds for the year 2018  Rp. 6,020,835,616,822, so mining is worth doing feasible. Need to be studied further by considering costs such as coal processing, port transportation, employee salary so that net profit can be obtained.Keywords: Design Pit, Target Production, Overburden, Coal, Profits

Abstract

Abstract Determining the blasting geometry and blasting material filling must pay attention to the characteristics of the rock’s mass and geological conditions to obtain the ideal fragmentation, where the boulder size is less than 15% with a maximum size 1/3 of the bucket loader used. An alternative geometry experiment had conducted to solve the problem of boulder fragmentation and blasting hard material so the digging equipment rate could increase according to Komatsu's PC2000 plan productivity at PT. BUMA Jobsite BINSUA. An alternative geometry design is determined by researching the rock mass characteristics based on Lili's Blastability Index, includes the Rock Mass Description, Joint Plane Spacing, Joint Plane Orientation, Specific Gravity Influency, and Hardness. Therefore, the actual rock value had obtained from the blasting location and the alternative geometry recommendation using the R.L.Ash theory combined with the Vertical Energy Distribution theory. On C2 layer with 5.95 of the rock factor value recommended burden 7.2 m, space 8.3 m, and a VED explosive charge of 48%. On the D2 layer, the rock factor value is 6.89 with a load of 7.5 m, space 8.3 m, and 55% filling of explosives VED. Besides, on the DU layer, the rock factor value is 6.39 with a load of 7.3 m, space 8.4 m, and 51% filling of the explosive VED. The prediction of blasting fragmentation analysis used Kuz-ram theory obtained fragmentation > 100 cm is 14.99% for the C2 layer, 14.84% for the D2 layer, and 14.82% for the DU layer.Keywords: Blastibility Index, Fragmentasi, Blasting Geometry, R.L.Ash, VED

Abstract

PT Semen Padang is planning to increasing production of limestone of 650,749 tons from actual production 580.17 ton. Increased production of limestone will cause an increasing the cost of production, so the planning of main cost production of limestones per ton from the mining location to the hauling front to a dumping area is required. This cost of production was determined by how much mechanical equipments used from mining front to the dumping area. Afterwards, the cost is also influeced by the depth of the explosive holes. The depth of explosive holes should be customized by the target production from the company.Productivity of drilling machine Furukawa HCR 1500-ED II is 1.519,86 ton/hour. Productivity of loader digging equipment Backhoe Caterpillar 6030 (EC-03) is 1.292,37 tons/hour. Productivity of hauling equipment Dumptruck Komatsu HD 785-7 is427,62 tons/hour, so to reach the production target 650,749 ton is required 1 unit of drilling machine Furukawa HCR 1500 – ED II, 1 unit of Backhoe Caterpillar 6030 (EC-03), and 3 units of Dumptruck Komatsu HD 785-7. An appropriate from the depth of explosive holes to achive production target is 8.999,43 m. Production cost per ton of limestone from the mining front to the dumping area that must be issued by company in April 2017 is Rp. 11,574.71 andthe cost of production per ton oflime stone after analyzed isRp. 10.349,08 so that companies can reduce the production costs amounted to 10.58%.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Semen Padang is one of the companies engaged in limestone mining located in Bukit Karang Putih, Indarung, Padang City. Each transport activity requires a mechanical device as a means to facilitated transport activities. PT. Semen Padang uses dump trucks Komatsu HD 785-7 and Caterpillar 777 D to move material from loading point to the Crusher. One of the important component of dump truck in transportation activities is the tires. Tires are one of the important components because the tires are in direct contact with the road surface. The main function of the tires is to hold the weight of a vehicle and the charge that is tangent to the ground surface, controlling the running of the vehicle and continue the power from the engine. So that the selection of proper tires becomes an important factor for the operation to run smoothly. To minimize the risk of tire damage, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of tires by conducting analysis of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) parameters. Which are used to measure tire performance are Ton Kilometer Per Hour (TKPH), Tread Utilization Rated (TUR), Lifetime, and transport condition. If the actual TKPH value has exceeded the TKPH rating, then the lifetime of the tires is not optimum , because it has passed the tire endurance limit. For the percentage value of the actual tire tread level (TUR), all tire used in the dump truck unit at the location must have a TUR safety standard of 85%.Keywords: Tires, Dump Trucks, KPI, TKPH, TUR, Lifetime.

Abstract

Abstract. The coal mining business is currently faced with various challenges such as export spendingpolicies, increasing product value added, and decreasing product market prices. In order to be able tocompete, mining companies are required to increase productivity and increase and enhance sustainableproduction processes. In the mining process, the draw of dump truck equipment and loading equipmentwill determine the continuity of production which increases productivity and efficiency. The purpose of thisstudy is to optimize production in coal mining in order to efficiently use equipment by using linearprogramming methods. The location of the study was conducted in the PT Surya Global Makmur JobsitePemusiran mining concession area, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province in October 2019. The loadingequipment used was five units of backhoe excavators and 22 units of dump trucks. The results of thesimulation with linear programming methods are 20 units of conveyance. Abstract

Abstract. Madhani Talatah Nusantara Company Site 037C Gendang Timburu is a contractor in the mining concession PKP2B Kalimantan Energi Lestari Company were located in Gendang Timburu village, Durian River District, Kotabaru, South Kalimantan Province. The implementation of mining activities requires for good planning, with the aim of providing a large profit for the company. Mining equipments productivity are the main thing that plays a role in supporting the company's production. Mining activities are carried out by blasting and ripping processes to achieve production targets. Among the excavation methods have differences in productivity and economy. So based on the background  above, the  research is conducted with the aim of seeing the technical costs differences in the of using both of  the method. From the results of the study, it was found that in the ripping activitis using of D9R bulldozer type heavy equipment, the cost of using Liebher R-9250 hydraulic excavator was obtained with a large operating cost in the rock grading activity of Rp. 7.299,90/ bcm with total profits after revenue reduction namely Rp. 22.437,10/bcm. Whereas by using the blasting method with the type MD6290 and using a loading device, namely the hydraulic excavator R-9250, the operational costs of Rp 7.508,68/bcm with a profit of Rp. 21.113,32/bcm..    Keywords:  Produktifitas, Ripping, Blasting, Economi, Coal.

Abstract

On the research of this planning tool to the needs of gali-fit and transport tool that will be discussed are short-term planning for 5 years to the needs of tool gali-fit by using Volvo EC 210 Excavator, Caterpillar 320 D and transport tools by using Nissan CWB 45. PT. Anugrah Halaban agreed to procure the tools dig-load and transport tools the way procurement is done i.e. buy direct and rent and the two methods used certainly has its disadvantages and advantages of each, for it required analysis the most beneficial way with the company, PT Anugrah Halaban agreed procurement tool gali-fit and transport tools. In this research obtained a quantity the cost of ownership and operating costs are different for each of the unit's heavy equipment and there is also a difference in the cost of ownership and operating costs for the leased instrument with the tools that are purchased directly. Cash Flow is obtained, then analyzed by using the method of Net Present Value (NPV) then it can be known whether the alternatives viable economically. For alternative buy cash from existing cash flow then obtained the value of NPV to buy cash alternative is $22523759.00 so the NPV > 0, then the alternative is declared feasible economically. And for alternative rentals from existing cash flow then obtained the value of NPV to rent alternative $22693782.85 is so NPV > 0, then the alternative is declared feasible economically. From peneitian who have 21 days in daptkan the results of the comparison analysis of NPV and IRR can be expressed that alternative procurement tools are most profitable for the company at this time was a lease because the lease is greater than the NPV NPV buy.Keywords: Investment, NPV, IRR, Trial and Error, Owning Cost, Operation Cost

Abstract

This Research based on the partially fragmentation which the boulders blasting results more than 80cms that intervene the crusher’s performance. The purpose of this Final Project is to get the exact value of powder factor; in order to attain the value of fragmentation up to 80 with optimally hold on 10%.The methodology problem that used is finding the value of rock factor by using Monte Carlo simulation and calculate the effect of powder factor on fragmentation with linear regression.The result of this final project is attained the value of rock factor 5.01 by using Monte Carlo simulation and the relationship between powder factor with the fragmentation is 72% with equation Y = -102,89X + 50,086. Based on its calculation, to attain the maximum result of fragmentation holding up to 10%, therefore the exact value of powder factor is 0,389.  Keywords: boulder, fragmentation, powder factor, rock factor
