Abstract

There is still a presumption in the community that anyone can teach so as not to feel the need to deepen the science of teaching. This is true for those who can teach by themselves without studying it, but not infrequently individuals who can not teach but because of one another is required to teach. In addition, teachers do not care whether learners can understand what is taught or not. The goal of self learning can be achieved or not. Such things can not be categorized in teaching or professional teaching. Teaching is always related to the goal to be achieved, then teaching must be accountable. Therefore, to conduct learning activities required a benchmark or guidance in the implementation so that it can be assessed and accountable. Through these guidelines teachers can find out how to teach what they should.

Abstract

The development of child psychology when parents or teachers respect the stimulation of child growth by giving a touch of basic love, it has a strong influence on the development of child psychology. When parents or teachers ignore and also hit children, it will hamper the development of healthy psychology. The stimulation that students gain in both the family and school environment through various programs shows an increase in the number of IQ scores as well as in other related areas. Parents like it or not, they play an important role in the psychological formation of children directly or indirectly. With a deep understanding of the development of children, this causes the role of parents can not be replaced by indiscriminate people.

Abstract

There is an exaggerated but realistic worry that the author felt before writing this paper, after several times hearing and discussing with some fellow practitioners of education about a phrase that says "If pengin kaya, do not rely from ngguru alone ..." or even "if want to be rich, yo do not be a teacher! ". To understand a society, it can not be done at once as a whole because society is formed by various aspects. Those aspects are the realities that make up society. If society is likened to a house, then the parts that make up it are pole, wall, roof, foundation, and so on. Likewise society, composed of various social realities. To understand a society, we must understand the various social realities that constitute that society, including Master.

Abstract

Professionalism of a teacher is very influential on improving the quality of education success to learners, because the professionalism of teachers is a device of ability that must be owned by a teacher so that he can carry out his teaching duties properly and successfully, therefore to become a professional teacher who has accountability in carry out pengelolahan learning requires determination and a strong desire in each prospective teacher or teacher to make it happen. In addition, teachers are required for discipline in the profession of work as educators. According Nitisemito (1986: 1990) states the problem of work discipline is a matter that needs to be considered, because with the discipline, can be affected effectiveness and efficiency in achieving educational goals. This means that Discipline is one of the success factors of organizational goals in the education environment of SMK Sunan Drajat. An organization must have a purpose, so that the organization's wheels run smoothly and directed.

Abstract

Burke's theory compares life to a performance and states that, as in a theatrical work, life requires the existence of an actor, a scene, some tools for the scene, and a goal. This theory allows a rhetorical critic to analyze the speaker's motives by identifying and learning these elements. Furthermore, Burke believes, guilt is the main motive for the speaker, and Dramatism states that a speaker will be most successful when they give their audience a way to erase their guilt.

Abstract

So that the da'wah can be accepted by mad'unya, then the process of da'wah that must be implemented in order to transform the teachings of the Islamic religion needs to get a more serious study, so that proselytizing process carried out to get sympathy from mad'u which in the end consciously to be in give as a consequence islamic. Grown against science and technology also impact on take against the treatment of religious teachings for its adherents. The phenomenon of life problems will be given priority in the delivery of missionary mission itself. Basically that dakwah that can be accepted by the mad'unya is that can provide solutions in life. The need for added values ​​for the da'i is that the other sciences that support the activities of da'wah process will be a priority consideration for the da'i to improve the quality of delivery and success of da'wah.

Abstract

Managing any concept of pesantren is not an easy job, it must be remembered that there is no absolute rational concept, and most afdhal applied in pesantren. Both because of its unique growth history and because of the lack of pesantren from other social institutions in the freezing of technical activities, pesantren has not been able to manage, let alone in the matter of implementing the concept that is based on rational considerations. However systematic and methodical a concept is, at least for present generation, all such concepts will confront tremendous obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

Teachers are professions that experience ups and downs in the world of professional arts. Even if the teacher was considered a sacred profession, it boasted to be seen when proudly a teacher, but is now presumed to be a marginal profession. This is evident from the many generations of successors who are a little aspiring to a teacher. They tend to make doctors, engineers, pilots a choice of the profession in the future. There are a variety of reasons put forward due to their unwillingness, but it is clear that welfare is the first place for a person not to choose a teacher as a profession.

Abstract

Education is the process by which a person is taught to be loyal and obedient and also his mind is nurtured and developed. Education is essentially something of a conscious and deliberate activity, and full of responsibility done by an adult to a child so that interaction arises from both in order for the child to reach the desired and continuous maturity. Therefore education is considered one of the aspects that have a fundamental role in shaping the next generation. With education is expected to produce human quality and responsible and able to anticipate the future. Given the very importance of education should be done as well as possible so as to obtain the expected results. School as a formal institution is the place that allows one to increase knowledge, and it is easiest to foster young people who are implemented by government and society.

Abstract

Self-esteem is not a factor brought about by birth, but it is a factor learned and shaped throughout the individual's experience, developing self-esteem means developing the belief that one is able to live and deserve to be happy in the face of life with confidence, virtue and optimism, helping to achieve goals. Developing self-esteem means expanding capacity for happiness. Parental involvement in instilling the child's personality from an early age is the domain of the educational environment within the family, since the primary foundation that generates the child's self-esteem is the parent who responds to the child's conditions and needs relevant to the child's self-esteem development.
