Abstract

This research is based on the result of observation in the fourth grade students SDN Taman Kopo Indah. When learning activities take place, Researchers found the various problems. These problems lead to low comprehension of students. This study aims to determine Whether students' comprehension can improve After the implementation of model cooperative learning type picture to picture in social science learning. The research method used is Classroom Action Research Which refers to the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. This research is done with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study was conducted in 3 action cycles. The results obtained are: The average percentage of students' complete mastery in the first cycle of 45%, In the second cycle increased by 35% to 80%, And cycle III increased by 5% to 85%. so, it is recommended for teachers to implement cooperative learning model type of picture to picture in the social science learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe: 1) the final ability of MI teachers to make / compile RPP with discovery learning, problem based learning, and project based learning model according to the provision in the 2013 curriculum after being given the drill method using job sheet. 2) early ability of MI teachers to make / compile RPP with discovery learning model, problem based learning, and project based learning according to the provision in curriculum 2013 before being given practice / drill method using job sheet. Data collection during the workshop on Curriculum Implementation 2013 for 22 hours (3hari). Alternative strategy taken in this research using experimental method with Pre-Experimental Design form. While the design used One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. In this design there are pretest before being treated, and posttest after being given treatment using drill method, the study population is all the participants of workshop on the implementation of curriculum 2013 which amounted to 34 MI teachers in one class. Posttest implemented towards the end of the workshop. Based on the results of the study and discussion are described as follows: 1) the final ability of MI teachers is good with average posttest 77,082 with variance 31,780 and Corelasi 0,934> 0,05. 2) the initial ability of MI teachers is still in doubt with pretest averages of 55.440 and variance of 12,678, better ending ability than initial ability and with Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) = 0.005 <0.05 means there is a difference in ability beginning and end. In the end, it can be concluded that the practice / drill method using job sheet in the workshop can improve the ability of MI teachers to arrange RPP with discovery learning, problem based learning, and project based learning model according to the provision in the 2013 curriculum, in other words the method of drill / drill classified effective in the preparation of RPP based on the provisions according to the curriculum 2013.

Abstract

In terms of time, Mind Mapping can streamline the use of time in studying an information. This is mainly because this method can present a comprehensive picture of a thing in a short time. In other words, Mind Mapping is able to cut learning time by changing the pattern of linear recording into effective recording and at the same time directly understood by the individual. So is the preparation of teachers. Teaching preparation is a special tip in the successful delivery of a subject matter. One of the subjects in Elementary School (ES) is a Natural Science that in fact many proofs between theory and practice. Therefore, the Mind Mapping method in preparation for teaching is one of the special tips for the delivery of the material in its entirety. The more mature the preparation of a teacher in planning the lesson, the better prepared the teacher teaches. With Mind Mapping, the teacher must have tried to think about the things involved with the lesson to be conveyed, such as the tool of the demonstration, how to estimate the condition of the learning condition if using the props, how to use the props, or whether the learner should try the props We make / we serve. With Mind Mapping, teachers are ready to teach with all their abilities accompanied by learning tools that are prepared. Keywords: Mind Mapping, Preparation, Teaching.
