Abstract

Indonesian tourism in 2019 provided the second largest contribution after CPO in providing foreign exchange. With this development, currently various regions in Indonesia are developing tourism, one of which is in West Kotawangin Regency with the Tanjung Puting National Plant (TNTP) destination. To develop regional tourism, extra services are needed by tourism actors such as guides, Klotok, food and so on in order to provide satisfaction for both foreign tourists (tourists) and domestic tourists (Wisnus). Therefore, this study aims to 1) determine the effect of the quality of tour kelotok services, on the satisfaction level of foreign tourists visiting Tanjung Puting National Park. 2) Knowing the effect of the quality of tour guide services on the level of satisfaction of foreign tourists visiting Tanjung Puting National Park. 3) Knowing the effect of the quality of food and baverage services on the level of satisfaction of foreign tourists visiting the Tanjung Put National Park. and 4) Knowing the effect of hotel service quality on the level of satisfaction of foreign tourists visiting Tanjung Puting National Park. The research method used. in this research is quantitative with data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study show that the service quality of tourist services has an effect on the level of satisfaction of foreign tourists, both tour group services, guide services, food and baverage services and hotel services as a whole (simultaneously) have an effect of 60.1% on the level satisfaction of foreign tourists.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence between organizational culture and knowledge management on performance with job loyalty as a mediation. The research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of Pasuruan Regency, with a sample size of 87 respondents using a saturated sample, the number of samples was in accordance with the number of population. Data analysis was performed using the SmartPls program. The results of this study are the influence of organizational culture and knowledge management on performance, but it does not directly affect performance, but with the mediation of work loyalty has a significant and positive effect with full mediation. Organizational culture and knowledge management have a significant and positive effect directly on job loyalty, while job loyalty has a significant and positive effect on performance. Organizational culture and knowledge management in improving performance must be able to increase job loyaltyABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja dengan loyalitas kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pasuruan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak populasi sebanyak 87 PNS dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh maka jumlah sample sesuai dengan jumlah populasi. Analisis terhadap data yang ada dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPls. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh budaya organisasi dan knowledge management dengan terhadap kinerja tetapi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, tetapi dengan mediasi loyalitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif dengan sifat full mediation. Budaya organiasi dan knowledge management secara langsung berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas kerja, sedangkan loyalitas kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja. Budaya organisasi dan knowledge management dalam meningkatkan kinerja harus dapat meningkatkan loyalitas kerja.

Abstract

The emerging online community provides opportunities for consumers to participate in discussions whose purpose is to provide information to each other and influence fellow consumers regarding product information.The purpose of this research is to find out whether the dimensions of quality in online communities, namely the quality of relationships and the quality of information affect purchase intentions through reducing uncertainty with the moderating variable of involvement. The object of this research is the influence of online community quality dimensions on the purchase intention of smartphone products. Partial least square method is a method used to process this research data.The results of this study are information quality variables and relationship quality variables have significant influence on reducing uncertainty. Relationship quality and information quality significantly influence the purchase intention variable. The variable of uncertainty reduction influences and is significant on the purchase intention variable. There is significant moderation effect on the involvement variable on the uncertainty reduction variable on the purchase intention variable. In addition, the results of this study indicate the quality dimensions of online communities influence purchase intentions. The existence of quality information and good quality relationships in online communities will result in uncertainty reduction by visitors so that it will lead to product purchase intentions.

Abstract

Increased employee performance can be achieved through improvements in the working environment as well as satisfaction in compensation. Companies should pay more attention to factors for employee performance in the company. The focus on this research is to look at the relationships of the working environment as well as compensation to employees performance. Using qualitative method of descriptive and do dissemination questionnaire. Respondents were investigated by 16 total employees in the Finance and accounting division of PT. Mulia Cemerlang Abadi Multi Industry. The study was treated with validity testing and reliability testing. The results of the research in 2020 at PT. Mulia Cemerlang Abadi Multi Industry State if the work and compensation environment has a relationship to the increase in employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Punishment & Reward, organizational climate and potential for the productivity of the scientific work of PDRI South Sumatra lecturers. The research method used is quantitative research with descriptive and verification confirmative survey methods, with a population of 234 PDRI members in the Whatsapp (WA) group and 132 taken after being verified in answering questionnaires and interviews, as well as data processing using the SPSS 23 tool. that punishment & rewards for lecturers can affect productivity with t count 6.215> t table 1.976, organizational climate affects productivity with t count 6.215> table 1.976, and compensation affects productivity with t count of 4.044> t table 1.976, and punishment & reward, Organizational climate, and competence together affect productivity with F count of 26.484> F table 3.0663, with the output solvent coefficient of R Square 70.9%. Thus, that reward & reward affects productivity, organizational climate affects productivity, and competence affects productivity, and together punishment & reward, organizational climate, and competence affect productivity.Key words: punishment & reward, organizational climate, Competence, and Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the principles of transformational leadership in human resource management. This research was conducted for 7 (seven) months from September 2019 to February 2020 at the Regional Government Secretariat of Kupang City (Pemkot Kupang) East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Indonesia. The population of respondents in this study were the State Civil apparatus (ASN) within the scope of the Kupang City Government, East Nusa Tenggara, group I to group IV, totaling 370 ASN Kupang City government consisting of ASN group I as many as 8 of respondents, ASN group II as many as 80 of respondents, group III as many as 215 of respondents, and group IV as many as 67 of respondents. The type of data in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis with data processing and analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that the transformational leadership within the City Government by policy makers has generally been implemented well. This can be seen from the ability to build a vision, inspirational communication, leaders who provide support, increase in intellectual abilities, and respect for individuals. Keywords: transformational leadership, state civil apparatus, Kupang City Government

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of Murabahah receivables, Mudharabah Financing, Musyarakah financing, and Qardh loans against Net Operating Margin (NOM) as well as the implications against Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The research object is the Sharia General Bank in Indonesia from 2014-2018. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling with selected samples as many as 10 sharia banks out of 14 sharia public banks. Data were analyzed by using a panel regression analysis model, and it was processed in Eviews 10. The results showed that the Murabahah receivables have a significant and negative effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-1.08 E-11 and a prob. amounting to 0.0470. Mudharabah financing has a significant and positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 4.98 E-11 and a prob. of 0.0137. Musyarakah financing has a positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 2.97 E-12 and prob. by 0.1579. Qardh loans have a negative effect and not significant to Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-2.88 E-09 and prob. of 0.4773. Besides, receivables Murabahah, financing Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Qardh loans have a significant effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM) simultaneously. Abstract

Employees are a very important resource for the survival of the company, so it is necessary to pay attention to matters relating to employee performance in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment factors on employee performance and the most dominant factors in influencing employee performance at CV. Roda Jati Karanganyar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. In accordance with the objectives of this study, the sample used is the employees of CV. Roda Jati Karanganyar. Through this preliminary research, it is hoped that in addition to producing a follow-up research formulation, the main thing is to become a reference material for companies to be able to determine human resource development strategies to achieve company goals.Key words: Compensation, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Motivation to Learning has an important function in organizing commitment organized. Likewise with Displacement Knowledge Exercise also owns role in motivation description learn in influencing worker towards organizational commitment. So that employee continues to maintain their commitment to the organization. Therefore, this nature is very important in producing organization that is high quality and make a transfer towards training knowledge. This study was conducted on labor in the private sector with a total number of respondents of 189 workers. The research used was to identify and analyze the empirical model study with Partial Least square and moderating.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kabupaten cilacap. Tujuan  penelitian ini. 1) untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Cilacap. 2) untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Cilacap. 3) untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Cilacap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji f.       Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif,dengan nilai thitunglebih besar dari ttabel(6,874) > (1,67) atau sig α= 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positifnilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel(2,464) > (1,67) atau sig α= 0,017 < 0,05. 3) Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh, dengan nilai hitung 228,959 > F tabel 3,15 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
