Abstract

This research aims to figure out the position of attitude of undergraduate students of special education programmes, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta toward improvement socialisation skills of students with intellectual disabilities through inclusive education. This research used likert scales. The sample of this research was 30. This study used purposive sampled. The reliability of the instrument used Alpha Cronbach is 0.96 compared to r table on a= 0.05 is 0.63. Data analysis used planagan formula. Score limit for positive position is 27% from top’s scores and negative position is 27% from bottom’s scores. The highest score is 123 and the smallest score is 89. Score average is 105.16. The result figure out the attitude of undergraduate students in between positive and negative

Abstract

The phenomenon that often occurs in elementary school geometry teacher in the real world do not associate with students. Learning in the classroom is teacher-centered. The purpose of this study is to develop learning model geometry using realistic mathematics education approach (PMRI) are valid, practical, and effective. In addition, it also aims to see the difference between the students' learning outcomes geometry before and after using model geometry approach PMRI. This study was a research and development (R & D). For field trials used an experimental research design time series one-group pretest and posttest. Subjects were students in public elementary school no.14 Parak Laweh Padang four grade. The results showed that the learning model geometry with PMRI approaches that have been developed, as well as through experimental trials have been valid, practical, and effective. In sefesific there are differences in geometry student learning outcomes significantly between before and after using model geometry with PMRI approach. Abstract

The procedure of this study refers to the development of procedural models Borg & Gall simplified in accordance with the needs of research. Starting from the Needs Identification, Formulation Objectives, Content Development, Validation, and then do the Revision products according to suggestions and comments matter experts and media experts, the last stage of product trials conducted to 20 students. The analysis showed that the Interactive Multimedia learning media is in the very good category. For material aspects included in the excellent category (4.64). For the aspects of media presentation included in the excellent category (4.58). Furthermore, the test results are limited practicalities of media use are in the very good category (4.4).

Abstract

Results of the study revealed that mastery of pedagogical competence of teachers is low, characterized by the manufacture of RPP result of the adoption PL and prepared students for the purposes of surveillance, media and methods are still conventional, low-grade teaching is not thematic. Development of pedagogical competence of teachers is not yet optimal. Coaching by the school principal is done through classroom observation, meetings with teachers, and the assignment of teachers to follow KKG. Coaching by a senior teacher of the junior teachers in the form of a discussion or share teaching experience, as well as self-learning teachers. Constraints in coaching comes from internal and external. Effort in overcoming the obstacles in the guidance is advised teachers to continue their education to S1 as well as participate in various training, teacher performance assessment, contact the UNP to provide training to teachers in order to improve teachers' pedagogical competence. This study suggested that the acquisition and development of pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers UNP Development Laboratory can be improved through training and on going coaching to produce learning and quality education.

Abstract

Based on the learning process in Prodi DIII Midwifery there is a decrease in student learning achievement in level II. It can be seen from the drop in grade point average (GPA) students of the first semester and the second semester. There was a decrease prtestasi learned from the first half with honors as many as 18 people and a decline in the second half as many as 15 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship influence student relationships with students and Hb with student achievement level II Prodi DIII Midwifery STIKes Minang Padang in 2015. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all students of level II Prodi DIII Midwifery totaling 33 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire on 10 to 16 August 2015. The univariate analysis is shown in the form of a frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis shown by the results of the chi square test. The results showed 36.4% of students had Hb levels of anemia. 57.6% of students have influence student relationship with a student. 36.4% of the students have learning achievement is not satisfactory. There is a relationship between students and student relationships with the student learning outcomes. There is a relationship between Hb and students with student learning outcomes at level II Prodi DIII Midwifery STIKes Minang Padang 2015. There are students with student relationships and hemoglobin (Hb) and academic achievement in students. Students are expected to follow the existing regulations in the dorms and are expected to support each student with a friend in increased learning achievement.

Abstract

Teachers have important roles to accomplish the educational goals, and they are expected to show a high level of performance. Performance of the teachers’ was presumably influenced by various factors, such as creativity of teachers and principal supervision. Based on a preliminary field observation, the researcher noticed that High School teachers’ profesionalism in Palupuh Agam was unsatisfactory. Applying a stratified propotional random sampling technique, 30 teachers were selected as the research sample from a population of 62 teachers. A Likert scale model questionnaire was developed to collect data whose validity and reliability had been tested. The data were then analyzed by means of correlation and regression statistical procedures. The result of data analysis indicates that (1) the creativity has contribution as much as 19,6% of teachers’ performance (2) principal supervision contribute as much as 16,6% and (3) the creativity of teacher and prinsipal supervision either joint 16,7% of teacher’s performance. While the achievement level of creativity, teacher’s performance, principal supervision variable are very good.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 4 Baso dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan ceramah yang lebih dominan. Masih banyak peserta didik yang belum tuntas belajar matematika. Salah satu upaya yang untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar adalah dengan menggunakan model Pythagoras sebagai media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model Pythagoras pada materi Teorema Pythagoras di kelas VIII.1 SMPN 4 Baso Kabupaten Agam pada Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII.1 SMP N 4 Baso pada Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 20 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Tes digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada setiap siklus. Observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran pada setiap siklus. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penlitian adalah: Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 66,5, pada siklus II sebesar 75,5 sehingga terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari siklus I ke siklus II. Prosentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 60%, pada siklus II sebesar 95 %. Dengan demikian terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik dari siklus I ke siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model Pythagoras dapat meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of teachers’ competence of Environmental Education Subject at State of SMP in Padang City to build and implement a creative learning model based on school accreditation status. Four indicators of creativity measured in the comparison of teachers’ competence to build and apply this creative learning model are 1.) measurement of teacher's competence comparison to build creative learning of fluency thinking element between SMPN with accreditation A and B, 2.) Measure teacher's competence to build creative learning of flexible thinking element between SMPN with accreditation A and B, 3.) Comparative measurement of teacher's competence to build creative learning of original thinking element between SMPN with accreditation A and B, and 4.) complementary measurement of teacher to build creative learning element of elaboration thinking between SMPN with accreditation A and B. Population in this Research are all teacher of Environmental Education Subject as much as 57 in SMPN A- accredited and 57 in SMPN B-accredited with a total of 114 teachers. The research instrument used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics consist of validity and reliability, normality, homogeneity and independent t-test. The result of the research shows that there is an increase of competence of environmental education subject teachers between SMPN A-accredited and B- accredited in building creative learning model 1) fluency thinking, 2) flexible thinking, 3) original thinking and 4) elaboration thinking) Teachers of SMPN with A- accredited is better competence to build creative learning model than Teachers of SMPN with B- accredited in Padang city. This is due to the differences in the number of training, the difference in the facilities and learning infrastructure, the difference of the students input when the selection comes in
