Abstract

Implementation of a computerized book lending data collection system can run better and more efficiently than manual systems, and can minimize paper usage. Data collection systems such as borrowing and returning books are still done manually, namely by recording borrowing and returning transactions in the book. Manual recording method like this is considered less effective and efficient, because it can consume time and librarian personnel in terms of manual data collection. Therefore, with computers and the internet, by making an online library application it will be able to provide satisfying services for students and assist librarians in processing book data collection. Through a computerized data collection system such as building an online library application website, it can help librarians in the process of collecting data and making reports that are more effective and efficient, and can make it easier for students who want to find books and borrow books in the library more easily. So the implementation of the online library application website is a good solution to make it easier to solve this problem. In this study, a website was created to carry out borrowing transactions and book data collection in the library, then a search engine was created which made it easy for users to become books according to the title. This implementation uses the UML (unified Modeling Language) method, where the UML method will create class diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, to explain the behavior of the system to be used in library applications. whose function can produce a good website.

Abstract

Geographical Information System is an information system that is specialized in processing data that has spatial information (spatial reference). In a narrower sense, a Geographical Information System is a computer system that has the ability to build, store, manage and display geographic information, for example, data that is identified according to its location in a database. The purpose of this geographic information system is to find out information on the location of the distribution of pharmacies and drug data information in East Kotawaringin, so as to help people and people who are not native to East Kotawaringin. The development of a web-based pharmacy geographic information system in East Kotawaringin uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database system.

Abstract

To get information about a cafe in accordance with consumer desires is not easy, sometimes consumers feel confused. This is a problem in providing solutions in choosing the right and best cafe places according to the tastes of consumers in Kisaran City. To provide solutions to problems that arise, a decision support system (DSS) is made using the AHP method to make it easier for users to provide solutions to their problems. The method used is to collect data on filling out forms given to consumers who frequently visit several cafes in Kisaran. The results obtained in the implementation of this study were selected as the criteria for a place with the alternative being Callisto Cafe.

Abstract

The use of Android-based smartphones is currently increasing rapidly. This makes application developers compete to create various applications. Augmented Reality (AR) is an environment that inserts 3D virtual objects into a real environment. AR is a visualization technology that is currently being developed in several fields. Augmented Reality application in the field of education developed in this study is to discuss the solar system for elementary school students. By presenting a good application content, children's imagination will develop positively. Many media explain about the solar system, such as books and videos. However, the development of Augmented Reality-based media is expected to provide its own insights for students. This research has successfully developed a prototype of a product or media in the form of a book that can be interacted with the AR application on an Android smartphone. The discussion in this study will focus on the application side designed, not on the interactive book design side. Regarding the interactive book media, visual displays of books which have been developed. Application testing has been done by directly interacting with students at the elementary school level, then they respond to the questionnaire. The results of these tests are, the level of usability of the application gets a good response and is easy for use by elementary school students

Abstract

Temperature is a quantity that indicates the degree of heat of an object. The higher the temperature of an object, the hotter the object. Thermal imagery is an image created with thermal infrared spectrum that utilizes the temperature of an object. Sensing on this spectrum is based on differences in the temperature of the object and its emission power in the image which is reflected by the difference in hue or color. The sensor used in thermal images is noncamera based on scanning. In thermal imagery, there is a problem, namely blurred / blurred images that make it difficult to obtain information about objects. Blurred thermal images are caused by hot spots or rising temperatures. Thermal images often experience problems due to the large amount of diffraction fog in thermal imaging caused by the refractive index decreases as the wavelength increases. Blind deconvolution is a method that can be used to restore images that experience blur effects without having to know the value of the Point Spread Function (PSF). The process of improving the quality of thermal images is carried out using the blind deconvolution method which consists of 3 stages, namely finding the kernel value, looking for the convolution and estimation values ( ). Blind deconvolution method can be applied in improving the quality of thermal images by reducing the blur effect found in the image

Abstract

Public Facilities are facilities built by the government for the benefit of the general public. The problem that is often faced in Aceh Province is the difficulty of knowing the location of Public Facilities in Aceh Province due to the difficulty of the signal, many Public Facilities are not yet registered and mapped on Google Maps. Mobile Phone is one of the fastest growing technologies. Mobile Phone was originally used to send letters and make calls, but has now evolved into a smartphone that has the function of searching for a location. Apostolico Giancrlo works by comparing each index of keyword characters with the String character being examined. The search for strings in the Apostolico Giancarlo algorithm starts with pre-processing keywords. Pre-processing of keywords. Abstract

Information about the performance of a BTS (Base Transceiver Station) is needed to help improve a Network service. But in the selection of a good or bad BTS (Base Transceiver Station) it can be caused by several factors such as Transmission, Power, and Celldown BTS. Therefore we need a system that can provide recommendations using the right method, here are the decision support system methods including Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making TOPSIS. The TOPSIS method uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest (farthest) distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using Euclidean distance (distance between two points) to determine the relative proximity of an alternative with the optimal solution . Positive ideal solutions are defined as the sum of all the best values ​​that can be achieved for each attribute, while the negative-ideal solution consists of all the worst values ​​achieved for each attribute. while the negative-ideal solution consists of all the worst values ​​achieved for each attribute.

Abstract

Deepening is a step called to determine the profit and loss of a company in its activities. This deepening is related to ATK product and product problems that often occur in a company. CV.Sumber Rezeki has objects that are marketed through marketing and sales counters. The object being marketed consists of three parts namely pens, printer ink, quarto paper and so forth. The problem of determining the cost of sales in CV. Source of sustenance is often faced by a company. The contributing factor is the amount of goods produced is not in accordance with the needs of consumers, so there is a buildup of stock of goods that can result in losses on the source of sustenance. Determination of sales costs can be completed using the triple exponential smoothing method. Several ways to solve problems with triple exponential smoothing. Among them are resolved using the smoothing method. Triple exponential smoothing method. is one of the settlement techniques in triple exponential smoothing. which is used as a decision-making technique in matters relating to the optimal allocation of resources.

Abstract

Expert System to Diagnose Internet Connection Disorders is a series of systems that utilize digital technology to do special analysis. At PT.Telkom the Sumbagut Infratel Division already has its own website, but in providing expert system information about connection disruptions is still via the telephone, therefore a web-based expert system is designed, to facilitate the community in finding solutions to internet connection disruption. With the creation of this expert system, it is expected to provide solutions to current problems. In other words, this expert system can be said as a digital technician. The expert system to diagnose internet connection problems has been designed and implemented using the Visual Basic 2008 program and Microsoft Access as the database while the algorithm used is the Rete algorithm.This application is only admin that can process data input, edit data, and delete data. While the user can only consult and find information about internet connection disruption and the solution, with the program design that the authors make this hopefully can be used by all parties.

Abstract

Pituitary tumors are relatively common intracellular neoplasms, and constitute 10-15% of all intracial neoplasms. These types of tumors often have difficulties and not infrequent recurrence, even though surgery has been done. Although there have been many studies on pituitary tumors, the pathogenesis of the occurrence of these tumors is not entirely clear. It is generally considered that pituitary neoplasms are primary pituitary tumors. Biomolecular electrons show that pituitary tumors, both functional and non-functional, originate from the growth of one clone (monoclonal). The Dempster-Shafer method is used to look for inconsistencies in effects and also new facts that will change existing attitudes, using the Dempster-Shafer method that allows a person to be safe in the work of an expert. This study aims to apply the Dempster-Shafer method to expert systems to diagnose the risk level of a person's pituitary tumor based on factors and symptoms of a pituitary tumor. The problem experienced by the community is the difficulty of specialist pituitary tumors due to the limited time of specialists to work, besides that in terms of very expensive costs for them or those whose economies cannot diagnose or consult with tumor specialists.
