Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of academic service quality and teacher performanceon parents' satisfaction at Pembangunan Jaya Elementary School. The method used in this study is touse multiple linear regression with a qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the F count of165,637 with a significance value of 0.000 <α0.05 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 isaccepted. So this shows that there is a joint effect between all the independent variables on parents'satisfaction. If seen from the results of the T test, the academic service quality variable has acoefficient (β) of 0,864 with a sig value of 0,000. Significant value is smaller than α = 0.05 or 0,000<0.05 then the coefficient value (β) is positive, the teacher performance variable has a coefficient (β)of 0,873 with a sig value of 0.000. Significant value is smaller than α = 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 then thecoefficient value (β) is positive. Calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained 79,3% andthe remaining 20,3% is influenced by other factors not included. Thus there is a positive influencebetween the quality of academic services and teacher performance on parent satisfaction inPembangunan Jaya Elementary School. The quality of academic services and teacher performancecontribute to generating good parent satisfaction in Pembangunan Jaya Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Yakobian values and Catholic values on thecharacter of students. In this study, the researchers chose all nine grade students in the 2019/2020school year with 142 students as respondents. To determine the effect of Yakobian values andCatholic values on the character of students of this study using regression analysis. To test thevalidity of each questionnaire used Product Moment correlation. The data reliability test used theAlpha Cronbach test and tested the normality of data using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. Theregression linearity in this study used the f test. The results show the relationship of Yakobian valuesinfluencing the character of students the magnitude of the effect is 0.519. Catholic values affect thecharacter of students the magnitude of influence is 0.214. Suggestions from the results of this study,the need for a shared commitment to continue to live the values of the Jacobian and Catholic valuesby considering the needs of students for the development of the times. Based on the data owned, theCatholic values are still low although it reaches, which is low due to the Catholic values because thestudents of St. James Middle School have a variety of beliefs other than Catholic beliefs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables of discipline, jobmotivation, compensation and employee performance. Test results partially for disciplinaryvariables with a statistic value of tcount> t table (4.258> 1.985) and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected means there is a significant effect of the discipline variable on employeeperformance. Partial test results for job motivation variables with a statistic value of t count> t table(1.207 <1,985) and a probability value of 0.207 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted means that there is nosignificant effect of work motivation variables on employee performance. Partial test results forcompensation variables with a statistic value of t count> t table (3.613 > 1.985) and a probabilityvalue of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected means that there is a significant effect of the compensationvariable on employee performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of Fcount > Ftable(30.234> 2.70), then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means that there is a significantsimultaneous influence (together) of the variables of discipline, work motivation, and compensationtogether towards variable employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Net Profit Margin,Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share on stock prices in construction andproperty companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ”. The method of datacollection is done by using financial reports. This study uses 6 samples of construction and propertycompanies listed in the LQ45 Index. The period used in this research is 6 years starting from 2012-2017. The sample method used was purposive sampling (conditional sampling). The results showthat simultaneously it can be seen that the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return OnEquity, and Earning Per Share on stock prices shows a significant value for the F test of 0.000111<0.05 (α = 5% ). Abstract

This study is a qualitative research which aims to describe the Strategy for theDevelopment of Tourism Potentials of Anyer Beach in Banten Province during the COVID-19Pandemic. The research was conducted in groups with a time frame from September to November2020 in the Anyer Beach Tourism Area, Banten Province. Researchers only used 23 objects asresearch samples consisting of hotel managers, tourist destinations, restaurants and others that areeasily accessible to researchers. The results of this study indicate that the Anyer beach tourism areawhich is located in Serang Regency, Banten Province is very potential if it is used as one of the halaltourism destinations. Several strategic efforts have been made to keep this industry in existenceduring a pandemic, including massiv promos via social media, continuing to implement healthprotocellers so that visitors are safe and comfortable and following the CHSE certification test(cleanliness, health, safety, environment) from the Ministry of Economic Tourism. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, promotion and price toward purchase decision of motorcycle at Dealer Suzuki PT MAHKOTA INTI SEJAHTERA JAKARTA. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification with quantitative approach with the number of samples of 98 respondents. The results showed that independently the quality of service and promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions while prices have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously (variable) quality of service, promotion and price have a significant effect to purchasing decision. While the value of R is 0.802 close to 1, indicating there is a strong enough influence between independent variables to the dependent variable. The result of Adjusted R Square Analysis (Adj.R2) 0.631, showing the variable of service quality, promotion and price have influence to motorcycle purchasing decision at Suzuki Dealer PT Mahkota Inti Sejahtera Jakarta for 63.1% while the rest equal to 36.9% influenced by other variable outside this research.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of welfare, job environment, and provision of incentives on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. Casual research methods. The sample in this study was PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Indah, South Jakarta with 60 respondents. The data used are primary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used id quantitative using SPSS versions 23. The results of this study partially indicate that welfare has a signidicant effect on job satisfaction, the job environment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and the provision of incentives has a significant effect on job satisfaction. While simultaneously welfare, job environment and the provision of incentives together have significant and positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job ability, motivation, and career advancement on the performance of employees of PT. Bina Buana Semesta partially and simultaneously. Causal research methods. The sample in this study was PT. Bina Buana Semesta with 80 respondents. The data used are primary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is quantitative using SPSS version 23. The results of this study partially indicate that job ability and career development significantly influence employee performance. While motivation does not significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and work ethic on organizational commitment. The population in this study are employees who work at PT Akindo Karya Gemilang Jakarta. The number of samples used was 92 respondents and data were collected using a questionnaire. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect on Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment. This is evidenced by the t value of 2.813 where the value of 2.813> 1.98729 and the significant value of 0.006 where the value of 0.006 <0.05. There is no positive and significant influence of Transactional Leadership on Organizational Commitment. This is evidenced by the t value of 0.093 where the value of 0.093 <1.98729 and a significant value of 0.926 where the value of 0.926> 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of the Job Ethic on Organizational Commitment. This is evidenced by the t value of 5.301 where the value of 5.301> 1.98729 and a significant value of 0.000 where the value of 0.000 <0.05. And there is a simultaneous and significant influence of Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Job Ethic on Organizational Commitment. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 29.508 where the value of 29.508> F table 2.71 and a significant value of 0.000 where the value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of the style of leadership, compensation, and job environment on employee performance and job satisfaction on PT Asshidiq Cater Indonesia. The population in this study are all employees of PT Asshidiq Cater Indonesia. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Based on the research conclusions show leadership styles have a significant impact on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction, job environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance, leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance, the working environment has an influence on employee performance.
