Abstract

Occupational health is a part of public health or public health applications in a working society and community in the workplace environment, which aims to improve work productivity and the highest degree of health. Low back pain or Low Back Pain is pain that is felt in the lower back region, between the corners of the lowest ribs to the sacrum. The working conditions of shrimp fishermen in Belawan Sicanang Medan Belawan who can cause lower back pain are the focus of this study. This research use cross sectional method and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) for ergonomic assessment process. The results of this study indicate a relationship to three aspects in Shrimp Fishermen workers namely age, work attitude, and years of work. Meanwhile there are two variables that have no relationship with lower back pain, namely Body Mass Index (BMI) and smoking habits.

Abstract

Indonesian people at this time need quality health services that can be seen based on the level of patient satisfaction in Indonesia that shows the patient's satisfaction rate of 42.8%. In Sei Agul Puskesmas there are outpatient who expressed dissatisfaction as much as 49 people (51.6%). This research aims to determine the relationship quality of healthcare professionals with the satisfaction of a general Poly chamber patient in the health center of Sei Agul. The type of research used in this study is an analytical survey using the Cross-Sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 95 outpatient. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data retrieval using questionnaire measuring instrument. Analysis of data conducted in the analysis of Univariate and bivariate (test Chi- Square) with a degree of significance p Value = 0.05. The results showed that the reliability with the value p value = 0.006 (P Value < 0.05), responsiveness with the value p value = 0.002 (p value < 0.05), the guarantee with the value P value = 0.003 (P Value < 0.05), empathy with the value p value = 0.386 (p value > 0.05), and physical evidence with the value p value = 0.019 (p Value < 0,05). The conclusion of this research is there is a relationship of reliability with patient satisfaction, there is a response of responsiveness to patient satisfaction, there is a guarantee relationship with patient satisfaction, no empathy relationship with patient satisfaction and there is a relationship of physical evidence with patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) set on March 11, 2020, as a global pandemic status for the 2019 co rona virus disease or what is also called the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), because all citizens of the world have the potential to be infected with the COVID-19 disease. The case of COVID-19 has not shown a decrease and even tends to increase, so the community and government must carry out life habits in all sectors in the midst of the COVID-19 (The New normal). The purpose of this research is to find out the results of the analysis of community behavior consisting of knowledge, attitudes and behavior) of the community. against COVID-19. The type of research used is descriptive analysis, with a single variable without looking for a relationship. The research population was all people of Tangkerang Timur Village, Tenayan Raya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru with a sample of 200 people, where the technique used was “Purpossive sampling for 2 weeks with a questionnaire research instrument conducted by visiting the community by applying health protocols. The results of the research analyzed showed that the majority of respondents' knowledge was good 91%, the majority had good attitudes at 88% and the majority had good behavior, namely 71.5%. The conclusion of this research is that people's knowledge, attitudes and behavior are good.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Fatigue is a subjective feeling experienced by a person after doing his activities such as tiredness, drowsiness, boredom, and thirst. The problem found at The Margonda Raya Road gas station with 5 workers there are complaints of work fatigue that is felt heavier during the morning shift work, because the activities of gas station operators pretty much serve consumers and the attitude of work done by standing static. This study was conducted to find out the relationship between standing attitude and work shift with feeling fatigue in the operator officer of gas station Margonda Raya road number 328 Depok City, West Java. This research uses a type of analytical observational quantitative research with cross sectional design. The research located at gas station Margonda Raya road number 328 Depok City, West Java with a sample of 34 people and sampling techniques is total sampling. Data analysis using chi square test. The instruments used were Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaires, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) worksheets and cameras. Based on the results of the study there is a correlation between work shifts and work fatigue (p-value = 0.036) but there is no correlation between standing work attitudes and feelings of fatigue (p-value = 0.704 and RP = 1,571). The Conclusion There is a significant correlation between work shifts and feelings of fatigue but there is no significant correlation between standing attitude and feelings of fatigue at the operator of gas station Margonda Raya road number 328 Depok City, West Java.

Abstract

Hingga Maret 2019 dilaporkan ada 338.363 kasus orang yang teinfeksi HIV di Indonesia. ODHIV mengalami tantangan secara fisik dan mental diakibatkan stigma dari diri dan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pelaksanaan intervensi workshop body mapping dalam meningkatkan self-esteem (harga diri) pada ODHIV. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi-experimental one group pretest- posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 orang dengan HIV yang direkrut menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pretest dan Postest berupa kuesioner self-esteem diberikan kepada peserta sebelum dan sesudah workshop untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Lalu, data diuji menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh workshop body mapping dalam meningkatkan self-esteem pada ODHIV.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, diperkirakan bahwa tingkat prevalensi kejadian nyeri punggung bawah adalah dari 7,6% sampai 37% per orang per tahun dan dalam masalah pekerja yang dimulai dari orang dewasa muda sampai puncak prevalensi pada usia 25-65 tahun. KPUM pengemudi angkutan perkotaan rute Sri Gunting-Amplas, Medan, memiliki risiko sakit punggung bawah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang berkorelasi dengan nyeri punggung bawah pada pengemudi transportasi perkotaan rute Sri Gunting-Amplas. Penelitian dilakukan di terminal KPUM rute Sri Gunting-Amplas, Medan, sejak Desember 2017 hingga Januari 2018. Ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasinya adalah 30 pengemudi, dan semuanya digunakan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner, lembar NBM untuk mengukur nyeri punggung bawah, dan lembar REBA untuk mengukur perilaku kerja. Data yang dikumpulkan diproses dengan menggunakan uji statistik yang tepat Fisher pada α = 0,05. Kesimpulannya adalah adanya korelasi usia, lama pelayanan, dan sikap kerja dengan nyeri punggung bawah pada pengemudi angkutan perkotaan KPUM rute Sri Gunting-Amplas, Medan, pada tahun 2018. Dianjurkan agar orang mencegah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh pekerjaan seperti NPB (nyeri punggung bawah), dan pengemudi transportasi perkotaan beristirahat untuk mengurangi NPB dan mengatur posisi duduk mereka saat mereka mengemudi.

Abstract

The Youth Care Health Program is a model of health services aimed at and accessible to adolescents, This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Youth Care Health Program in the Gunung Tua Community Health Center. This research design used analytical survey with cross sectional study design. The sample in this study were some of the teenagers in the work area of the Gunung Tua health center as many as 108 teenagers using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistics and logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect of providing adolescent information (p = 0,000), there was an effect of supporting examinations (p = 0,000). there was an effect of of counseling (p = 0,000), there was an effect of skills education (p = 0,000), there was an effect of referral on the implementation of the Youth Care Health Program in the work area of the Gunung Tua Community Health Center (p = 0,000). The conclusion in this study is that the variables of providing adolescent information, supporting examinations, counseling, education, skills, peer counselor training have an effect on the implementation of the Adolescent Care Health Program in the work area of the Gunung Tua Community Health Center, while the most influential variable is the counseling variable (p = 0.022). . Suggestions in this study are that there is a need for broader socialization of the implementation of the PKPR program to adolescents through socialization to schools, cadets, giving pamphlets or leaflets containing information about the existence of PKPR which provides special services for adolescents.

Abstract

The Youth Care Health Service Program is a model of health services both physical and mental, aimed at adolescents. This research aims to find out the implementation of the PKPR program at the Medan City Health Center. This research is a qualitative descriptive study held in August to September 2020. The informants in this study consisted of 11 informants. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are known that there are 3 human resources who have received training. Special allocation funds are limited. Facilities and Infrastructure are available, but join the IMS VCT space. The Decree of the Head of the Puskesmas has been made but the officers who enter the Team have not all received training from the Health Office. Planning of PKPR activities at puskesmas is often adjusted to POA BOK. Organizing in accordance with Permenkes number 31 of 2019 concerning Puskesmas Information System. The implementation of PKPR activities at puskesmas Often does not cover all fostered school teenagers and adolescents outside the school. Officers provide health advice / information in accordance with the health problems found. Recording and reporting are done, but the reporting format is often variable. The result of the implementation of the PKPR program is that the number of teenagers who take advantage of this PKPR program has not increased. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it is necessary to improve the competence of PKPR officers, funding support, adequate infrastructure, planning and implementation of activities that reach adolescents inside and outside the school, increasing cooperation with related parties and monitoring and evaluation of activities by the Health Office every year

Abstract

Penyebaran wabah virus corona yang sangat cepat, menjadikan banyak orang mengalami kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perspektif agama dan kesehatan tentang faktor penyebab kecemasan terhadap virus corona (Covid 19). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan mix method. Sampel kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian masyarakat Kelurahan Tembung Kecamatan Medan Tembung Kota Medan sebanyak 95 orang, sedangkan informan kualitatif yaitu sebanyak 10 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar wawancara. Data kuantitatif dianalisis secara statistik chi-square dan regresi logistik, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, kepatuhan mencuci tangan, kepatuhan menggunakan masker, kepatuhan mengonsumsi makanan bergizi, akses informasi, dan spiritualitas terhadap kecemasan menghadapi virus corona (Covid-19) dengan nilai p value < 0,05. Hasil penelitian kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa survivor covid masih mengalami kecemasan terkait Covid 19 sehingga selalu berupaya menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel dalam penelitian memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecemasan menghadapi virus corona (Covid-19) sehingga diharapkan agar survivor dapat lebih meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dan kesehatan, dengan olahraga yang teratur dan tidur yang cukup, serta meningkatkan kualitas hubungan dengan Allah sehingga kecemasan yang berlebihan akan terkena covid dapat berkurang.

Abstract

Puskesmas telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, akan tetapi pelayanan kefarmasian belum diterapkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian puskesmas sesuai Permenkes RI No 74 tahun 2016 pada Puskesmas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualititatif yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Informan penelitian ada sebanyak 12 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada input diketahui bahwa SDM kefarmasian di puskesmas tidak mencukupi, anggaran pengadaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai tersedia bersumber dari dana DAK Kefarmasian dan dana kapitasi JKN. Pada proses diketahui bahwa proses pengendalian obat dan bahan medis habis pakai belum sesuai ketentuan. Tahap output diketahui bahwa pencatatan dan pelaporan belum dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian pada Puskesmas di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara belum sesuai PerMenkes RI No 74 tahun 2016 dalam hal pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut disarankan kepada Pemerintah Pusat, Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara melakukan penambahan tenaga kefarmasian khususnya apoteker yang bertugas di seluruh puskesmas Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara
