Abstract

The existence of information system which enables documenting of violation, achievement, and report for parents in importantly needed to monitor students’ progress. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to make Information System of Punishment, Reward, SMS Gateway in Nurul Jadid Junior High School for producing software of information system which can be used by Discipline Department in Nurul Jadid Junior High School to encode or produce report forparents about violations or students’ achievement. The method used in this research is qualitative method while the system of development method is waterfall method. The result of this research is a software examined for user applicant and fulfilling the standard based on patterned necessity analysis. By making Information System of Punishment, Reward, SMS Gateway in Nurul Jadid Junior High School which gives exact result and agrees with institution’s desire in problems of violation point recording, students’ achievement, and also report for parents is expected for developers to develop this information system by increasing student progress graphic or students’ accepted sanction kinds, while for user applicants, it is also expected to join training of made system use.

Abstract

Implementasi Sistem informasi geografis daerah rawan banjir kabupaten jember merupakan tindak lanjut dari blue print penelitian yang terdahulu Desain Sistem Informasi Geografis Daerah Rawan Banjir Kabupaten Jember yang merupakan perancangan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai daerah rawan banjir pada masing-masing kecamatan yang mana daerah rawan tersebut didapatkan berdasarkan perhitungan fuzzy tsukamoto. Sistem ini mengimplimentasikan informasi kedalam bentuk peta digital dengan tujuan lebih mempermudah penyampaian informasi. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari BPBD (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah) dan BPEKAP (Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten) Jember yang kemudian diolah menjadi sebuah sistem yang sesuai dan tepat guna. Informasi daerah rawan banjir , sarana kesahatan, serta data kejadian yang mendahului merupakan keluaran dari sistem ini.

Abstract

Music favored by many people. Because the wonderful mix of instruments that can make people become complacent with its voice. One of instrument that favored people that drum. Drum can adrenaline someone for its drum. The introduction of drums still use books or media twodimensional (2D). One of development the introduction of drums could use Augmented Reality (AR). In this study, Augmented Reality is an application that visualizes the shape of parts of the drums. In manufacturing consists of three phases, namely making marker, making 3D objects with Autodesk Maya, and manufacturing of AR application using Unity 3D. In this study using multi tracking method that is able to scan more than one marker simultaneously. Testing of this research was conducted by two parameters, namely, the resolution of the camera, and angle. The resolution parameter consists of 2 Megapixel camera, 3.2 Megapixel, 5 Megapixel, while for angles comprised of 300 , 450 and 900. From the results of these tests showed that the ideal angle for scanning is at an angle of . When using angle and less than 900 , then the time for generating 3D objects can be longer. For the resolution of the camera is a 5 Megapixel recommended, because it can detect the marker faster in comparison with the resolution 2 megapixel camera, and a 3.2 megapixel.

Abstract

Robot terkenal dengan harga yang mahal dan tingkat kesulitan pembuatan yang tinggi. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan robot membutuhkan banyak part dan skill. Salah satu metode membangun struktur robot yang mudah dan murah adalah dengan menggunakan prinsip kirig ami atau origami. Kirigami adalah cabang dari origami yang dalam prosesnya melibatkan proses pemotongan. Origami memungkinkan membangun obyek 3D dari lembaran 2D. Mobile robot untuk keperluan inspeksi terkadang harus menjalankan misi yang membuatnya tidak dapat kembali (oneway mission), sehingga harga yang murah dan mudah sangat diharapkan. Dengan menggunakan prinsip origami tingkat presisi robot akan menurun dikarenakan sifat kelenturan bahan. Robot tersebut telah berhasil direalisasikan. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem kemudi semi otomatis sehingga robot lebih mudah dikendalikan dengan menjaga arah gerak robot. Percobaan dilakukan dengan mengubah salah satu roda robot dengan diameter yang berbeda. Sistem dengan metode yang diusulkan secara signifi kan dapat menjaga arah gerak daripada sistem open loop.

Abstract

Scheduling of the courses is a very complex problem and requires precision, and should be based on rules (constraints) scheduling applies to generate an optimal schedule. UTM's Faculty of Engineering is currently in charge of six courses and the even semester FY 2014 -2015 has begun implementing a centralized scheduling system in a faculty that is directly under the direction of Assistant Dean I. In a centralized scheduling system was introduced lecturers sharing, which means that a professor can teach in several different study programs. This leads to the possibility of conflicting lecture schedules so great that in this scheduling need to be checked on a schedule of all courses of study in order to schedule formed in accordance with the rules (constraints) applies. Currently the process of scheduling at the Faculty of Engineering UTM still usin g traditional methods, namely the preparation of manually so that the design of the scheduling of courses with the method of simulated annealing (SA) this needs to be made, in order to begin to be made centralized scheduling can be made more optimal. In addition, the scheduling will be more easily modified if there are changes to the schedule of lectures.

Abstract

Dengue fever is a disease caused by dengue virus by Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes intermediary. There are four dengue virus serotypes, called DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4, each of them can lead to dengue fever, either mild or fatal. Based on a survey of public health in Jember, recorded during January 2015 there were 300 cases of dengue fever, and seven of them died. Previous research using fuzzy method to determined the potential spread of Dengue in Jember. Para meters that used is the amount of rain in a period, the amount of rain in one month, free amount of larva and house index. Data that used is taken from 2009 until 2012 from 31 districts. The weaknesses in this study were not contain a way to resolve the imputation of missing data. In fact, survey data is often incomplete. Based on these issues, it will be created a prediction system of imputation of missing data on the spread of dengue by using Naïve Bayes method. The data refers to the prediction of the mi ssing data and the data were used as training data, so it can be processed further. This research has been successfully predicting missing data imputation using existing data, so that the missing data can be completed with high degree of accuracy.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis kuliner khususnya di kota Jember berkembang seiring waktu. Hampir di semua penjuru Jember bermunculan bisnis tempat makan. Kehadiran mahasiswa baru yang masih awam daerah kampus tentunya akan menemui banyak kesulitan ataupun banyak kendala khususnya dalam memilih rumah makan. Penentuan rumah makan yang harus dipilih oleh pengguna khususnya mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya terdiri dari kenyaman, kebersihan, pelayanan dan harga. Adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan rumah makan dengan menggunakan metode Metode Simple Additive Weighting. Mempermudah dan mempercepat masyarakat terutama mahasiswa baru untuk memilih rumah makan. Membantu pemilik rumah makan untuk mempromosikan kepada pengguna tentang kuliner di tempat makanannya dengan kriteriakriteria yang berbeda.

Abstract

The Technological developments from time to time proved to have given a lot of changes in people's lives. Changes for the better, like make it easier to do a job. One of the technologies developed at this time is with the development of cellular technology is not only used as a telephone and send SMS, but also can be used as a device for controlling a device. Raspberry Pi, often also called by the name Raspi, is a single board computer (Single Board Circuit / SBC), which has the size of a credit card that can perform digital data processing in accordance with orders given programming language. Then the Raspberry Pi is currently widely applied in daily life, one of which is used in smart home wifi automatic use of media-based Raspberry Pi. smart home system is a tool that can work automatically based on the input to the Android and the program that is embedded in a Raspberry Pi. wifi as a communication medium to transmit data or input from the android application that acts as a device to control home appliances remotely. In general, control of home appliances is still work manually making it less effective, objective of the smart home system design tool to create a tool that can help people to carry out activities in the house that is to control home appliances using smartphones automatically through android application.

Abstract

Handling for network security issues require a defense system that uses a firewall, antivirus and intrusion detection systems in the network (network intrusion detection system / NIDS). Securi tyrelated attacks through the network with malware could use the honeypot Dionaea. In this research honeypot implementation Dionaea as a shadow server as a diversion attack, while the model of the attack through the network first scan and attack by malwar e. It is expected that the system is implemented capable of handling network security attacks. Scenario testing in this study were carried out attacks on the system via the internal network and external networks / public use nmap and metasploit. Besides te sting in realtime against attack from outside. This model of data retrieval is done for 3 days in a span of 7:00 to 3:00 p.m. On testing over a local network, the public and the public in realtime obtained the system has detected attacks. In the public backlash in realtime leads on port 1433 for MSSQL service, so it requires more handling for systems that use the service.
