Abstract

Pesantren is one of the Islamic educational institutions that implements multiculturalism and has humanist-religious values and the potentials for multicultural awareness. To be able to form the humanist-religious attitude of santri in Islamic boarding schools requires a systematic planning, implementation process and evaluation.This study discusses the phenomenon of the implementation model of the multicultural Islamic education value in shaping the humanist-religious attitude of santri at Pesantren Nurul Jadid in Paiton, Probolinggo. In order to obtain data from the results of the study, qualitative research was conducted with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data collection technique was using the snowball sampling technique. The data sources used were primary and secondary, while the data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman’s model. The results of the field research found that the implementation model of multicultural Islamic education values are integrated intoactivities and learning at Pesantren Nurul Jadid. This research provides theoretical implications instrengthening the theory of value integration and scientific interconnection (Amin Abdullah: 2006).Keywords: multicultural Islamic education; implementation model; humanist-religious attitude;pesantren (Islamic boarding school)

Abstract

This research aims to find: 1) the values of tolerance based on multicultural Islamic education found in the Klepu village community, 2) the process of enculturating the value of tolerance based on multicultural Islamic education in the Muslim community of Klepu village, 3) the value enculturation model tolerance based on multicultural Islamic education in a plural society.This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of ethnography, field data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The process of analyzing the data that has been collected uses qualitative data analysis developed by Spradley involving four main stages, namely domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis and discovery of cultural themes.The results of this study found the following: 1) the people of Klepu Village, which consists of two religious groups, live in a climate of tolerance between religious adherents based on five values of tolerance, namely; the value of compassion, the value of freedom to embrace religion, the value of politeness in preaching, the value of respect for other people, and the value of knowing each other in the midst of diversity. 2) The process of enculturation or inheritance of tolerance values based on multicultural Islamic education in the Klepu village community goes through several stages; The first stage is the stage, namely; knowledge, behavior, and identity. 3) This tolerance value enculturation model is composed of several variables, including: a) the enculturated values include; affection, freedom to embrace religion, courtesy in da'wah, respect, the value of getting to know each other, the value of balance, b) Institutions that are places for enculturation; From the results of the analysis, it is found that existing institutions that serve as vehicles for enculturation of tolerance values are in the form of non-formal institutions such as: mosques, residents' houses, and social activities, and will also be stronger if accompanied by processes carried out in formal institutions. c) Educational actors; actors who support the process of enculturating the value of tolerance consist of: Religious Leaders, Community Leaders, Rulers (Village Heads, Village Apparatuses) d) Teaching methods; methods in the learning process of the value of tolerance are several methods, namely: lectures, practices, and examplesKeywords: enculturation, the value of tolerance, multicultural education, plural society

Abstract

 Dalam konteks radikalisasi dan gender, feminisme Indonesia secara aktif merespon regulasi restriktif dan praktik diskrimimatif yang berujung pada kekerasan yang mensubordinir perempuan. Sebagai bentuk problem solving yang dihadapi maka komunitas-komunitas keislaman yang ada di Indonesia memiliki peran yang sangat penting, salah satunya komunitas keislaman berdaya gender yaitu  Muslimat Nahdatul Ulama, yang mampu mampu menangkal segala macam bentuk radikalisasi seperti di Desa Klampok kecamatan singosari, untuk mempertahankan kultur masyarakat yang damai dan kondusif. Maka diperlukan sebuah solusi tentang pemberdayaan gender agar dapat melakukan aksi pencegahan bentuk radikalisasi yang berupa penyerangan ideologi. Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya permasalahan yaitu, bagaimana pendayagunaan gender sebagai problem solving konflik sosial akibat radikalisme serta bagaimana menilai paham radikalisme dalam mempengaruhi lingkungan masyarakat desa klampok kecamatan singosari kabupaten malang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai pendekatan yang diharapkan nantinya dapat memberikan hasil yang terbaik.Kata Kunci: Radikalisme, Gender, Konflik Sosial In the context of radicalization and gender, Indonesian feminism actively responds to restrictive regulations and discriminatory practices that lead to violence that subordinates women. As a form of problem solving faced, Islamic communities in Indonesia have a very important role, one of which is a gender-powered Islamic community, namely Muslimat Nahdatul Ulama, which is able to ward off all forms of radicalization such as in Klampok Village, Singosari District, to maintain culture. peaceful and conducive society. So we need a solution about gender empowerment in order to take action to prevent radicalization in the form of ideological attacks. This writing is motivated by the existence of problems, namely, how to utilize gender as a problem solving social conflict due to radicalism and how to assess radicalism in influencing the environment of the village community in Klampok, Singosari District, Malang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach as an approach that is expected to provide the best results.Keywords: Radicalism, Gender, Social Conflict.

Abstract

Dunia peradilan di negara ini terus dalam penilaian publik. Dalam dunia penegakan hukum yang sering terjadi, salah satu aspek penting yang sering dituntut oleh masyarakat atau para pencari keadilan adalah penegakan prinsip persamaan kedudukan atau perlakuan di depan hukum, yang berarti  menuntut inklusifitas atau di tengah masyarakat pluralisme sekalipun, tidaklah dibedakan. Dalam ajaran Islam pun perlakuan demikian ini dituntut untuk ditegakkannya. Setiap aparat penegak hukum dituntut menjadi aparat yang mempunyai kapabilitas dalam menegakkan hukum dan keadilan tanpa membedakan status sosial atau kedudukan, sehingga tidak dikenal Namanya peradilan berdasarkan strata.Kata Kunci: peradilan, inklusif, penegakan, norma The world of justice in this country continues to be under public judgment. In the world of law enforcement that often happens, one of the important aspects that is often demanded by the community or justice seekers is the enforcement of the principle of equality of position or treatment before the law, which means demanding inclusiveness or even in a pluralistic society, it is not differentiated. Even in Islamic teachings, this kind of treatment is required to be enforced. Abstract

 Korupsi merupakan salah satu ”penyakit” serius yang menimpa atau menguji ketahanan bangsa Indonesia. Di wilayah manapun dan di unit-unit kelembagaan yang berhubungan dengan tata kelola keuangan negara, baik dari pusat maupun daerah, korupsi nyaris selalu mengikutinya. Seolah dimana ada uang negara, disitulah korupsi muncul. Akibat kondisi ini, semua subyek bangsa, khususnya yang merasa punya kewajiban moral untuk berupaya melakukan penanggulangan atau pencegahan. Perempuan merupakan subyek bangsa terdidik yang ikut punya kewajiban demikian, sehingga logis jika ada penguatan pendidikan etik Islam tentang anti korupsi.Kata Kunci: korupsi, perempuan, penguatan, pendidikan, etikaCorruption is one of the serious "diseases" that befall or test the resilience of the Indonesian nation. In any area and in institutional units related to state financial management, both from the central and regional levels, corruption almost always follows. As if where there is state money, that's where corruption appears. As a result of this condition, all subjects of the nation, especially those who feel they have a moral obligation to try to take action or prevent it. Abstract

 Multikultural terbesar di dunia adalah Indonesia, multikultural pendidikan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa tanpa membedakan jenis kelamin, etnis, ras, atau karakterstik lainnya. Pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren dibutuhkan supaya para santri dapat menghargai perbedaan diantara mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebijakan penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren, mengetahui analisis kebijakan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur yaitu kegiatan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, mencatat, dan mengelola penelitian dari sumbernya secara deskriptif analisis yaitu metode yang memaparkan sistematis materi pembahasan diberbagai sumber yang dianalisis dengan teliti untuk memperoleh hasil sebagai kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : 1) kebijakan yang digunakan di pondok pesantren adalah menanamkan nilai-nilai pancasila, menjunjung tinggi pluralisme, demokrasi, dan mencetak santri yang ber-Islam moderat; 2) pada penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren perlu melakukan beberapa kegiatan yaitu kegiatan pembelajaran formal disekolah, kegiatan pengembangan diri dan kegiatan pembiasaan diri; 3) nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di pondok pesantren yaitu penanaman nilai demokrasi yang saling menghargai, nilai tolerasi yang saling menghormati, nilai keadilan sosial, kesetaraan, dan nilai kebersamaan yang saling tolong menolong.Kata Kunci: Analisis Kebijakan, Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Multikultural, Pondok Pesantren The largest multicultural in the world is Indonesia, multicultural education provides opportunities to students without distinguishing gender, ethnicity, race, or other characteristics. Multicultural education in boarding schools is needed so that students can appreciate the differences between them. The purpose of this study is to know the policy of applying multicultural educational values in boarding schools, knowing the analysis of policies on the cultivation of multicultural educational values in boarding schools. Research methods using literature studies are the activities of methods of collecting library data, reading, recording, and managing research from its source descriptive analysis, which is a method that systematically describes discussion materials in various sources that are carefully analyzed to obtain results as conclusions. The results of this study show: 1) the policies used in pesantren huts are to instill the values of Pancasila, uphold pluralism, democracy, and print santri that are moderateLy Islamic; 2) in the cultivation of multicultural educational values in boarding schools need to do several activities, namely formal learning activities in school, self-development activities and self-habituation activities; 3) The values of multicultural education in boarding schools are the cultivation of democratic values that respect each other, the value of mutual respect, the value of social justice, equality, and the value of mutual help.Keywords: Policy Analysis, Multicultural Education Values, Islamic Boarding Schools.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an educational and learning process that aims to develop all student potential with a learning model of appreciating, appreciating the diversity of students' backgrounds and heterogeneity as a form of diversity in traditions, local culture, ethnicity, ethnic differences, and the many sects in religion, differences in students' potential , talent different interests. So it needs to be achieved through multicultural learning. Islamic Multicultural Education at pesantren Mambaul Falah Bawean Gresik is carried out referring to the religious traditions and local culture of the pesantren. The problem of this research is how is the implementation of Islamic multicultural education based on religious and cultural traditions at the Pesantren Mambaul Falah Tambilung Tambak Bawean Gresik? This problem was solved by using qualitative methods, descriptive analysis and methods of collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of Islamic multicultural education based on religious and cultural traditions at the Mambaul Falah Islamic Boarding School is carried out in six steps, namely (1) Strengthening Islamic Boarding School religious traditions, (2) the yellow book, (3) santri character, (4) santri culture, (5) local culture, (6) religious practice values.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal sebagai negara multikultural karena terdiri dari banyak budaya. Adanya banyak budaya atau perbedaan di Indoensia dapat mengakibatkan persatuan atau perpecahan. Disinilah pentingnya pendidikan multikultural untuk menjelaskan perbedaan dan memancing kesadaran generasi muda bahwa Indoensia merupakan masyarakat majemuk. Untuk itu, penulis ingin menjabarkan tentang pentingnya pendidikan multikultural khususnya bagi siswa dan guru melalui pembelajaran sejarah. Pembelajaran sejarah yang dimaksud yaitu pembelajaran sejarah lokal yang berfokus pada keberagaman masyarakat Suku Tengger. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini yaitu kepustakaan (library research) yang mengkaji data dari artikel, jurnal maupun berita. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu toleransi merupakan salah satu nilai positif dari kajian sejarah lokal masyarakat Suku Tengger. Untuk itu peserta didik diharapkan dapat memaknai dan menanamkan pendidikan multikultural melalui pembelajaran sejarah lokal masyarakat Suku Tengger.Kata Kunci: Multikultural, sejarah lokal, toleransi
